Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.

Mr. Rabner swore to "uphold the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the state of New Jersey." Has Stuart Rabner done that? Is it true that, years ago, Mr. Rabner declined the opportunity to investigate Mr. Madoff's financial shenanigans? I wonder why that would be true, if it is true? This guy, Rabner, is the "Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court." That's right, the "Chief Justice" of New Jersey's legal system is besmirched by allegations of cronyism, corrupt relationships and favors for politicians, selective and partisan enforcement of laws, not to mention covering-up the atrocities of Terry Tuchin or Debbie Poritz, perhaps, as regards little-old me. Diana Lisa Riccioli? What did Rabner know and when did he know it?

How many others have been secretly questioned under hypnosis by "Dr." Tuchin? Mr. Rabner? Where are those reports filed by Tuchin? Riccioli? How's your buddy, Angelo ("The Horn") Prisco? Are you not ashamed that this spectacle of corruption and criminality continues on a daily basis, Mr. Rabner, because no one in New Jersey's judiciary or government has the courage to abide by the Constitution? How can you remain indifferent to rape, theft, censorship and other crimes committed by persons with the nerve to judge my "ethics"? How can the complicity of the OAE in civil rights violations and cover-ups continue to be ignored? Have you no sense of decency, Mr. Rabner? Anne Milgram, Esq.? Do you require cash in an envelope to discharge your responsibilities? This is New Jersey, after all.

New Jersey Justice Rivera-Soto is duly sanctioned for giving someone his business card as well as for refusing to accept bribes or to participate in organized crime. Give him time. He'll learn "how to go along, to get along." Right, Senator Bob? ("Does Senator Menendez have Mafia Friends?")

New Jersey's current Chief Justice, Stuart Rabner, is yet another example of a politician disguised as a judge. Worse, good old Stu' is a corrupt politician, whose claim to fame was to "demur" on numerous occasions when Democrat politicians from the Garden State faced federal prosecution. Only when a Republican was targeted was Stuart Rabner interested in prosecuting corruption, that is, only in a minor matter arising in a small town of course. Otherwise -- in the most corrupt state in the nation -- there were ZERO prosecutions of any prominent so-called "Democrats" originating under Rabner's stewardship of the A.G.'s office. Rabner didn't know from nothing -- and he liked it that way. Anne Milgram's "Lesbian Love-Fest" precludes law enforcement efforts from her office.

Mr. Rabner's alleged homosexual encounters as a young man at Harvard University are irrelevant to charges of incompetence and corruption in his failure to discharge the responsibilities of N.J. Chief Justice. There is not one shred of evidence that Mr. Rabner really likes young girls (as Debbie Poritz allegedly does!) or that Rabner's "relationship" with his daughter is in any way "inappropriate." All of these allegations and much worse were made against me, usually behind my back, by persons claiming government authority to disseminate their poison with less basis than exists for the charges aginst Mr. Rabner.

At least, no such prosecutions for Democrat corruption by Rabner were covered in the press to the best of my knowledge and recollection. Certainly, Rabner was deficient in his duties or the 200 or so culprits arrested and convicted by the feds -- after Rabner's departure from the U.S. Attorney's Office and before his so-called "service" as Chief Justice -- would not have thrived during his "stewardship" of the A.G.'s office. Looking the other way, Stu? Was an envelope left in your office when you served as Attorney General "with a little something" for the holidays? No other explanation makes sense of Rabner's lethargy. What's your price, Stuart? ("New Jersey's Political and Judicial Whores.")

For a small fee, probably, Rabner "didn't see nothing and didn't know nothing." Naturally, this led to Rabner's appointment to the New Jersey Supreme Court, where the sort of person who "sees and knows nothing" does quite well, usually. I make much more serious accusations against the current New Jersey Chief Justice and the soiled court on which Rabner sits. Stuart Rabner must have been a player in the sinister "Prisco" mafia release, whether Rabner received cash under the table or "favors" for his assistance, if any, is a matter for speculation. By reputation, Rabner is a "go-along" guy who (allegedly) facilitated the ouster of Zulima Farber from behind the scenes, where most of what matters unfolds in New Jersey's slimy political and legal circles in order to ease the way for his pal, Anne Milgram, Esq. (see The Soprano State, at pp. 135-139.)

If Stuart was unaware of the questionable Prisco release, then he was clearly derelict in his duties of supervision as state Attorney General; but if he knew what was going on concerning the violation of procedures that coincided with a hefty "contribution" to the Democrats "non-federal" account -- followed by Prisco's release -- then it is more culpable behavior by the man who is now New Jersey's Chief Justice. Either way, Rabner should no longer serve as "Chief Justice" in New Jersey. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

How is it possible not to question the integrity of this individual and of the court where he presides in light of the almost daily corruption and incompetence chronicled in the national media that refers to Rabner's state as "a byword for corruption"? The Wall Street Journal chuckles that "New Jersey is America's Italian Problem." Appearance of impropriety? Why not resign, Stuart? Isn't it time for New Jersey not to be referred in The Wall Street Journal and other periodicals as America's "corruption problem"? New Jersey is a disgrace to America's legal system.

"According to documents obtained [by the Star Ledger] the university [of medicine and Dentistry] contributed nearly $60,000 to state and local political officials from a 'community events fund.' The largest checks went to the Democratic Senate Majority, the political action committee that funds Democratic campaigns in the Senate."

I wonder how much of this loot went to good old Bob Menendez? Joe Coniglio? Richard J. Codey? No comment from or action taken by New Jersey's then Attorney General Stuart Rabner? Did they "share" the loot with good old Stu? No comment from the other tainted state Supreme Court justices? Nobody knows from nothing. How about it Anne Milgram, Esq.? (Only one letter deleted from this essay, so far.)

How do you people live with your disgusting hypocrisy and greed? Do you presume to comment upon or judge my private life? Many of New Jersey's legal eagles did just that. How do you have the nerve to comment on the "ethics" of others in New Jersey's feces-stained tribunals? Whatta-ya need to get those items to me, Stu?

This would be a good time for another attack on my computer or to insert "errors" in my writings.

Rabner did "favors" for politicians, allegedly, by not paying attention to their "activities" -- politicians like Lynch, Lesniak, and Codey as well as unspecified "others," Neil M. Cohen, Esq.? -- whose gratitude has brought Stuart to his current prominence. Whether these favors were granted in exchange for money or advancement, it is difficult to say. You decide.

I suspect Rabner's current judgeship was the price of Stuart's "soul," to the extent that he has one. During his years as A.G., for example, Stuart was not averse -- as we shall see -- to looking the other way at mob activity in Atlantic City and elsewhere in New Jersey. (See again: "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.") Is Paul Bergrin still your buddy, Stuart? ("Is Paul Bergrin, Esq. an Ethical New Jersey Attorney?")

To the extent that Rabner is aware of the participation of N.J. lawyers and judges in censorship efforts directed against my sites, or at any time when he became aware of CRIMES committed against me, Rabner was obliged to bring these crimes to the attention of the authorities and ethically constrained from acquiescing or participating in any way in committing such offenses or in covering up the offenses that were committed after they came to his attention. Silence is endorsement, Stuart. Again: What did you know, Stuart, and when did you know it? (As I say, this may be a good time to have one of your friends delete a letter from this text or another of my writings.)

Rabner liked to arrest people from Long Island on gambling charges in Atlantic City, when illegal gambling was easily found a stone's throw from his own office in Trenton. I am sure that Stuart Rabner -- who is sworn to "uphold the Constitution of the United States and all laws of New Jersey" -- is aware of crimes committed against me and others, on a daily basis, as well as of the whereabouts of Tuchin's and Riccioli's "reports." Rabner will LIE -- under oath, if need be! -- and claim that he knows nothing about these matters. Rabner's silence is a daily lie with lethal consequences for New Jersey and America. Mr. Rabner is a product of New Jersey's political-legal establishment and "family-like" organization, who is stained by (and smells of) many deals that have brought him to prominence as the chief adjudicator and "ethics" official in Trenton. Each day that the cover-up continues, Mr. Rabner, is a renewal of the tortures for many innocent persons and not just for myself. How close are you, Mr. Rabner, to Paul Bergrin, Esq.? Did Bergrin provide you with some "shake-and-bake," Stu? Your silence in response to atrocity is "unethical conduct," Stuart. How does a Jew become Eichman, Stuart?

If you're both amused and disgusted by this contaminated jurisdiction, so am I. This essay has been altered several times by criminal hackers. I must expect more of the same treatment in the future. Most decent people are sickened by the shit hole that is New Jersey's judiciary and legal system. (See "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.") Good Old "Stu" Rabner only "demurs."

If you are litigant in that state, think of the courts as a joke. Try to figure out who you need to take care of, quietly, in order to get things done. Attacks on these writings continue to be constant, which helps to prove much of what I am saying. For two days, I have been unable to write at my MSN group, "Critique." ("America's Holocaust" and "Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey.") I am told that MSN has "closed."

"The New Jersey legal system is headed, of course, by the New Jersey Supreme Court, mostly composed of lawyers with political CONNECTIONS" [emphasis added!] -- what happened to the independence of the judiciary? -- "but little prior judicial experience. ... the court effectively makes its own laws and orders them carried out, thus acting as all three arms of government. Seemingly few justices have read the state constitution, and if they did, they didn't understand it. The result is seven unelected, largely unknown political appointees controlling housing and education and all manner of other elements of daily life."

Rabner had zero judicial experience, little trial experience or private practice experience before becoming New Jersey Chief Justice. Rabner's focus on the "public corruption" of Republican mayor, John "Mack" Lake, is bizarre, given that his own party and office were put to shame by federal indictments of over two hundred corrupt New Jersey political operatives and flunkies, many connected to Rabner. More than 200 criminals in total are in the federal pooper scooper (so far!) for dirty government practices in Trenton while Mr. Rabner was on the job. Perhaps Stuart Rabner will join them.

How does a Jew become Mengele, Stuart? Debbie Poritz? What do you say, Terry? Are most of the persons you question under hypnosis in the presence of agents of the state "minority group members," Terry? Is Diana an admitted "racist"? Is Diana an "alleged" rapist? These are the people associated with the OAE and NJ's Supreme Court who "evaluate" my ethics? These are the people who label me "unethical"? You decide who is more "unethical."

Reporters were shocked, as I have noted, by Angelo ("The Horn") Prisco's release after mysterious "contributions" to the Democrat's coffers. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?") Stuart Rabner, Esq. -- as Attorney General -- had no questions about Prisco's release. Rabner thought everything was hunky-dory. Did you have sex with Marilyn, Terry Tuchin? Alex? Was that only Diana who was having sex with Marilyn? Was she unconscious, by the way, when these acts were performed on her, "ladies and gentlemen"?

Is that "ethical," John? Is bribery of public officials who happen to be lawyers hunky-dory, John? Where's the OAE on this? (See "Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

Where was Stuart Rabner when these "shenanigans" took place? Wasn't Rabner New Jersey's Attorney General at the time of these mysterious contributions to Democrat coffers? Should Rabner not have been aware of the actions taken by the corrections department and other state agencies -- actions whose legality was his responsibility? "Appearance of impropriety," Stuart? Do the honorable thing for once in your life and resign, Stuart. New Jersey needs honest judges and a competent Supreme Court.

"Machine politics is not based on doing what's right for the state or in the long term. It's what good for the [Democrat] party and getting candidates elected, and that usually means putting the faithful [like Rabner] in jobs regardless of qualifications or whether the job is needed." (p. 277.)

Has Stuart Rabner tried Superior Court cases to conclusion, both civilly and criminally? I doubt it. However, Rabner will decide on the competence of others to do such work, including those who have indeed tried such cases. This is like asking a proctologist to explain brain surgery to a neurological specialist. Stuart being the proctologist, as it were, in every sense.

Stuart Rabner had nothing to say when the state approved "$175 MILLION -- in bonds, borrowed money -- to rebuild Camden in 2002. The city's deficit went from $9.8 million in the 2005-6 budget year [to an "unspecified amount" today] without a lot to show for it" -- allegations of THEFT by Democrats were ignored by Stuart Rabner, as A.G., who is intimidated or controlled by George E. Norcross, III, allegedly. (p. 177.)

Mr. Norcross is, allegedly, also calling the shots for Anne Milgram, Esq. Nobody voted for Norcross, but hey, what the hell? All you have to do is get some young women for Anne Milgram to "party," and she lets you slide. Right, Anne? ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Rather than discouraging attacks against whistle-blowers and supporting whistle-blower law suits in order to fight NJ corruption, Stuart likes to make such do-gooders "go away" because negative publicity about N.J. corruption could hurt Rabner's public image and slim chance of getting to the U.S. Supreme Court. We wouldn't want that, right Stuart?

"The link between Prisco, Segal, and the politically connected lawyer Scarinsci was Prisco's cousin Robert De Brino, a rough-talking Hollywood producer and former New York police officer. [Connected?] De Brino was known to others in New Jersey -- including McGreevey. Coauthor McClure obtained a letter signed by McGreevey, then governor-elect, to De Brino telling him it was a pleasure meeting him in connection with a fund raiser for families of Port Authority officers who died on 9/11." (p. 239.)

9/11 victims probably never saw any money after "expenses" at this so-called "fund raiser."

Rabner made the whole embarassing situation go away for local politicians by settling the Connolly whistle-blower law suit with a $480,000 "pay out" and a job closer to home for Mr. Connolly. YOU, the Garden State resident might call that a "bribe" in exchange for the whistle blower "forgetting-about-it." I could not possibly comment any further at this time. By the way, YOU (tax payers in N.J.) paid for that "bribe." They called it a "settlement."

"Attorney General Stuart Rabner's aides said the lawsuit was settled because the state was expecting to lose big time," I wonder why they expected to lose? "but they were unable to explain why the case wasn't pursued from a criminal standpoint." (P. 242.)

Rabner was obviously "told" to make the situation disappear. There is an old joke in New Jersey that a "judge is a lawyer who knows a politician." Stuart Rabner has inspired a variation on this chestnut that says: "A judge is a lawyer who takes care of things for politicians and mobsters." (see pp. 151-161.) Compare "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" with "Jim Florio and the Mafia in Atlantic City."

Was Paul Bergrin a friend, Mr. Rabner, who introduced you (Rabner) to young ladies or men? Ever accept Mr. Bergrin's "hospitality," Stuart? If so, do you remember her name?

Stuart, you have no standing to speak to anyone about ethics or to preside over the legal system in any American jurisdiction. The thought of someone like Stuart Rabner as "Chief Justice" of any state's "legal system and supreme tribunal" should make you sick. Stuart, you are part of a cover up and criminal conspiracy to withhold the truth from me and others concerning torture and systematic violations of fundamental Constitutional rights by agents of New Jersey's government and legal system, along with persons enjoying "apparent authority" to act "for" New Jersey's legal system. You will not cover up these atrocities for long.
