N.J.'s Philip J. Kenny, and Conduct Unbecoming to an Elected Official in New Jersey.
May 5, 2010 at 8:22 P.M. The first effort to post this essay was blocked and spacing was affected, titles were altered or lowered in essays at these blogs today as part of the harassment and cybercrime campaign from Trenton. I will continue to write.
Peter J. Sampson, "Ex-Councilman Who Admitted Taking Bribes is Sentenced," in Star Ledger, May 5, 2010, at p. 17.
"Former Jersey City Councilman Philip J. Kenny was sentenced yesterday to a year behind bars and fined $4,000, becoming the latest New Jersey official to head to prison for his role in the state's largest corruption sting."
It is difficult to tell whether this lowlife is worse than his brother, Bernard Kenny. SO FAR this has been the largest corruption sting, with 44 legal operatives arrested, but the record may still be surpassed by others. Several pending investigations are about to break that may increase the total number "popped" in a single operation in New Jersey. Bobby Menendez was said to be tight with Mr. Kenny.
Hey, whatta-ya gonna do? Boys will be boys, you know. He, he, he ... ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
"U.S. District Judge Jose L. Linares" -- I will profile this guy soon, you're going to love it!" -- "heeding a plea that he temper justice with mercy, ordered a term of incarceration below the advisory guidelines range of 18 months to 24 months."
Fair sentence, I must admit. Linares must have a good law clerk because he didn't know criminal law from a flying saucer. Noise fills the room in which I write again. Perhaps there will be more annoying marketing calls or amusing obscene ones. Mr. Linares had some amazing jokes that featured African-Americans. I will be happy to quote them since I have discovered new "errors" inserted in my writings. This man is now a federal District Court judge and was a member of the Right-wing "Cuban American National Foundation" or a supporter of that "group."
"Citing Kenny's long history of community service and otherwise unblemished record, defense lawyer Samuel Sachs urged the judge to impose a sentence of home confinement, community service or probation."
How about we take him to Disneyworld? Give him one free book of tickets for the rides. What the hell.
"Kenny pleaded guilty Oct. 6 to conspiracy to commit extortion, admitting he accepted two bribes totalling $5,000 from the FBI informant, Solomon Dwek."
Did he keep the money, like Suarez? ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!")
The "lettuce" -- i.e., MONEY -- "was funneled to Kenny's election campaign through straw donors. In return, Kenny promised to assist Dwek in securing zoning changes for a purported 25-story, 750 unit apartment tower."
Mr. Kenny was, allegedly, an attorney not disturbed in his operations by the OAE. The OAE's "walking turds" prefer to go after apolitical attorneys who are not going to make a phone call that will affect their career options as OAE lawyers. The biggest whores in Trenton are OAE attorneys. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
Sue Epstein, "Plainfield Schools Chief, Two Others Charged With Theft," in The Star Ledger, May 5, 2010, at p. 17. (Several other articles detailing corruption and nefarious conduct by connected lawyers in the greasy Trenton "educational" system are coming up.)
Tiffani N. Garlic, "Franklin Twp. Calls on Teachers to Accept Wage Freeze, Save Jobs," in The Star Ledger, May 5, 2010, at p. 19. (" ... teachers [must] take a one year wage freeze in order to save jobs and programs.")
"The Plainfield Superintendent of Schools and two assistants were charged yesterday with STEALING more than $10,000 worth of education services by providing false documents to send two Perth Amboy children to school in South Plainfield, Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan and state Attorney General Paula Dow anounced."
How about the torture files, Ms. Dow? Do you want to condone these crimes committed against me, Paula? Are you part of the cover-up in New Jersey, Ms. Dow?
I "have reason to believe" that there is a federal investigation concerning these matters pertaining to me. Let's hope it breaks soon. Who are you trying to protect, Paula? Too late to worry about Debbie Poritz. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
"Steven Gallon III, 41, a South Plainfield resident and superintendent of schools in Plainfield, was charged with conspiring to commit theft by deception, theft by deception as an accomplice and false swearing, Kaplan said."
"His former assistants, Angela Kemp, 36, the assistant superintendent for educational services and Labelei Kelly, 34, who had worked as the district's coordinator of assessment, data collection and school improvement, were charged with uttering false documents, theft by deception and falsely swearing."
Teachers and students in New Jersey are asked to make sacrifices as money is cut from school budgets because of a culture of thievery, corruption, pay-offs to cops, lawyers, prosecutors and politicians and these people choose this particularly sensitive moment to steal ten big ones from the kids. They deserve what they get.
These people are my so-called "ethical superiors" in New Jersey? I don't think so.
