The Experiments in Guatemala.
October 19, 2010 at 7:15 P.M. My cable signal was blocked at about 1:30 P.M. causing my computer to shut down. I have rebooted my computer. "Errors" have been inserted, I surmise, in a number of essays. I will try to make corrections over the next few days. A red signal on my security system warns of my "weak password" and indicates intrusion attempts. I will continue to try to scan my computer. I average several hundred intrusion attempts every day, in addition to illegal spyware, often from New Jersey government computers. Florida?
October 17, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. Unfortunately, hackers prevent me from scanning my computer. I will try, again, later today to do so. I will move to public computers during the week. Several essays have been altered overnight, some have been vandalized so that they now contain "errors" not found in previously printed versions of the text. I will do my best to make all necessary corrections. Tell your friends in other countries about this spectacle and American media cowardice. ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")
October 16, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. The cable signal to my computer was blocked, illegally. I cannot imagine who would do such a thing or why. I have rebooted my computer. I will continue to write.
October 16, 2010 at 8:16 A.M. A New Jersey former Sussex County schools employee was arrested yesterday on child molesting and other charges as reported in The Record. More information will be available soon. New Jersey is ground zero for child prostitution due to state government protection for the industry. (The information was posted on the newspaper's website.)
October 15, 2010 at approximately 2:00 P.M. The cable signal to my computer was blocked, much to my surprise. I have rebooted my computer. Perhaps the persons responsible for this computer crime are adherents of consequentialist ethical theories disputing the Kantian foundations of Rawlsian epistemology in political theory on the basis of more empiricist and pragmatist logical grounds a la Stephen Toulmin or Ludwig Wittgenstein. I will continue to write. ("John Rawls and Justice.")
"Errors" were inserted overnight in "John Rawls and Justice." I will do my best to correct these inserted "errors."
I wonder whether a widening investigation into drug dealing in New Jersey schools and distribution of child porn (with the protection of local politicians and police departments) has something to do with my continuing experiences of cybercrime or with the paralysis at the New Jersey State Attorney General's office? Is "Golden-H" really a more potent kind of heroin that has emerged in New Jersey streets that is being distributed throughout the country? Are police officers in New Jersey part of the organized crime group involved in this distribution effort? How shocking. ("Organized Crime Group in New Jersey's State Police" and "New Jersey's KKK Police Shocker.")
Andrea Alexander, Jeff Roberts & Stephanie Akin, "1st Arrest in Wayne Steroid Probe: Police Looking at Township Gyms and SCHOOLS," in The Record, October 14, 2010, at p. L-1. (I bet federal law enforcement only gets involved in such matters when they cross state lines.)
October 14, 2010 at 3:21 P.M. Numerous attacks against my computer accompanied an alleged "cellphone" call from 919-228-1303 at exactly 3:05 P.M.
October 14, 2010 at approximately 1:00 P.M. The cable signal to my computer was blocked, once more. I was able to reboot my computer. I believe the constant attacks on my computer are aimed at destroying my hard drive. I will try to write from public computers later today. I continue to experience periodic interference with my telephone service, crank calls from bogus numbers, and other harassments. I surmise that these tactics are designed to obstruct communication efforts by me. Threatening my life will not stop me from writing. I will do my best to continue writing from some location. I will also try to correct any "errors" inserted in my writings while my computer was disabled. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "More Cybercrime and Censorship.")
October 14, 2010 at 8:22 A.M. I experienced the usual obstacles in reaching this blog today. I have been unable to scan my system in full for security risks. I will try to do so, again, later this morning. Persons wishing to threaten my life should take a number. You will get a turn to utter your threats.

Much of the world was horrified by recent revelations not only that American physicians have participated in developing torture techniques used against detainees in Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo, but that American doctors, for years, deliberately infected Latin Americans with STDs as part of their research.
Similiar deliberate infections of African-Americans from the forties through the seventies -- possibly into the eighties and nineties -- have taken place. I am sure that Terry Tuchin ("the Jewish Mengele") would happily assist in such efforts to "learn from" victims.
Similar research was performed -- many scholars contend that experiments continue to be performed on unsuspecting and non-consenting victims -- as part of Pentagon planning for germ warfare and psychological or "enhanced" interrogation methods, within the United States of America, mostly on African-Americans and other so-called "lesser persons." ("Little Brown Men Are Only Objects for Us.")
No consent was ever sought from victims, no disclosures of the intended, harmful, and potentially lethal effects of these hideous experiments was made to victims oblivious of the risk to their health from these experiments. Many of these victims suffered grievous harm and, in some cases, died. What the hell. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")
Perhaps these deceased victims would take comfort from the thought that their deaths may contribute to a cure being developed for syphilis some day -- not for their countrymen in Guatemala, of course, but only for affluent Americans. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
Psychological Destruction Techniques (PDT) or "touchless torture" methods have been used and continue to be used, allegedly, in America and elsewhere on secretly selected victims, including American citizens and all prison inmates along with the mentally ill. It is likely that the authorities have preferred victims that are chosen from the so-called "lower orders." Such victims are unlikely to have the resources to investigate or litigate criminal wrongdoing by government. Frustrations, anxiety inducement, isolation, sensory deprivation, creation of hostile environments are only some of the common techniques that appeal to sadistic "therapists." ("'Inception': A Movie Review.")
The International Socialist Review reported that minority boys and girls were enticed to participate in a Columbia University test of intelligence among persons in minority groups with gift certificates to Toys-R-Us. No parents of these children were invited to approve of these tests or of relegation of their minor children to the status of laboratory animals. Mysteriously, none of these secret tests were performed on children living in New Darian, Connecticut or Westchester. ("America's Unwilling Human Experimental Animals" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
"A medical historian's discovery that American researchers in the 1940s deliberately infected hundreds of people in Guatemala with syphilis or gonorrhea has provoked outrage in both countries. President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton rightly apologized to President Alvaro Colom [sic.] of Guatemala. More will be needed to make amends, beginning with a planned investigation of this appalling breach of medical ethics."
Mr. Rabner, is it really so difficult to acknowledge that rape is unethical or that theft and assault are "bad things" -- even criminal in some states -- or that subjecting a person to hypnosis and questioning in an impaired state in the presence of an adversary should result in disbarment and indictment for any lawyers participating in such crimes? ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")
Richard A. Posner would view all such victims of experiments as "objects," no doubt, for the purposes of U.S. law. Hence, there is no need to compensate those Guatemalans or Americans who die from unsuccessful experiments since the costs of the experiments to U.S. society would then outweigh the potential benefits. Very similar reasoning was popular with Nazi doctors. ("Richard A. Posner on Voluntary Actions and Criminal Responsibility.")
"The experiments were brought to light by Susan Reverby, a professor at Wellesley College, who found unpublished records in the archives at the University of Pittsburgh. The studies were led by Dr. John C. Cutler, an internationally known expert on sexually transmitted diseases and a former assistant surgeon general." (Again: "An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")
On display in this incident and in the thousands of other similar accounts by professionals in America contributing to torture since the forties, when these experiments took place, is all of our national phobias about race and "inferior" humans. It is striking that this "research" followed upon the revelations of Dr. Josef Mengele's experiments with Jewish children or that a self-described "Jew" would subject other human beings to similar barbarism in New Jersey only a few decades after the Holocaust. How this monster lives with himself is beyond me.
Do Cubans wish to become experimental animals for Americans? No? What a shock. Pakistanis have "volunteered" to help us test our robot bombs, perhaps. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me.'")
How does a Jew become Mengele, Mr. Rabner? Is it only a question of money for some sick persons in America's self-styled "professional class" or "ethics" establishment? Do you judge my ethics, Mr. Rabner? ("American Doctors and Torture" and "America's Torture Lawyers.")
The practice of secret experimentation involves a total denial of human dignity and violations of fundamental rights recognized in the UN Charter as well as the Fourteenth and Fourth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and other provisions of that document, to say nothing of New Jersey's Constitution. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
"In 1984 the United States and other governments adopted the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment. Article 1 defined torture broadly, as 'any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person,' carried out by a public official to obtain information or a confession. [Repetitive torments aimed at censoring necessary writing efforts, rape, theft, assault, slander and destruction of relationships, economic and professional harms?] The Convention was also categorical that there were no circumstances -- even a war against terrorism -- in which torture could be justified, a principle ignored by Professor Derschowitz and the makers of 24. [An American t.v. show "24" celebrates "harsh methods" with terror suspects.] All acts of torture are treated as criminal offenses. According to article 4, 'any act by any person which constitutes complicity or participation in torture' [emphasis added] is also to be treated as a criminal offense." (Sands, pp. 72-73.)
Rape and assault certainly qualify as torture as does conspiracy to violate and actual violations of civil rights, including privacy and free speech rights, which are "fundamental" under America's Constitution.
Astonishingly, it appears that this horrible practice of torture continues today with the knowledge of U.S. officials, including judges sworn to uphold the provisions of the highest law in America. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
Scholars contend that the CIA specializes in these secret experiments, often conducted with the cooperation of lawyers and judges in corrupt jurisdictions such as America's "Soprano State." A great fear is that Jews will become victims of such experiments, again, and indeed that there are forces in the world seeking to develop such techniques in order to use them against Jewish persons in Israel or America. The complicity of Jews in such barbaric "research," therefore, is baffling and suicidal in light of these fears and realities. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")
Frustration inducement, anxiety, depression -- all are said to be synthetically generated in victims by government psychologists who delight in removing words from Internet texts. No security scan could be conducted of my computer today, despite several attempts to do so. For some strange reason, my computer was shut down as a result of "blocking" my cable signal from a New Jersey government computer, I suspect. No doubt this is all a misunderstanding. A telephone call was received from 514-731-4099 at 3:41 P.M. identified as emanating from "Montreal, OC."
Earlier, a call was received from 914-339-5600 from "FOP, NY" (11:41 A.M.) -- could these calls have come from the same party? How curious? Evidently, so long as experiments are confined to low income or minority neighborhoods, "no one cares." (McCoy)
These continuing experiments with "secret tortures" are clearly unethical for medical professionals and legal experts alike. Somehow both "elite" or "learned" professions are well represented among America's torture experts. None of the Bush lawyers who approved of torture will face either professional discipline of any kind or criminal charges thanks to the reasoning of Mr. Margolis of the U.S. Justice Department who has deemed these "gentlemen" sufficiently "ethical" to discharge their professional responsibilities or to serve as federal judges, like Mr. Bybee.
How does a Jew become Eichman, Mr. Margolis? ("American Legal Ethics Today" and "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?")
Not one of the psychologists and medical professionals, as opposed to their flunkies, in America's torture squads will face punishment of any kind that I know of or that is reported in the books listed above. Neither Terry Tuchin nor Diana Lisa Riccioli, nor John McGill, Esq. (to the best of my knowledge and belief) has been disciplined or indicted at this time in the Garden State. ("America's Medical Torturers" and, again, "Is America's legal Ethics a Lie?")
"The aim of the research [in Guatemala] was to test whether penicillin could prevent the transmission of syphilis, whether better blood tests for the disease could be developed, and what dosages could cure syphilis. That cannot justify experimenting on human beings without their consent." ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")
"Little brown persons" should not become means to possible improvements in the quality of life that may result for Americans -- whose welfare is the sole end pursued by researchers -- improvements that may be achieved at some future date, if the experiments ever yield a benefit in addition to the suffering and deaths of Guatemalans, or "detainees," or others unaccepted at Harvard Law School. Incidentally, I never applied to Harvard Law School.
For some reason, people in funny countries south of the border object to being "used" in these ways. How would we like it if someone were to do such things to white persons residing in suburban Virginia, like Dick Cheney?
"Top health professionals insist that current rules governing federally financed research would prohibit such experiments. They require that subjects be fully told of the risks and give their informed consent. Institutional review boards must approve the research."
I have been required to reboot and restart my computer about five times today. Dozens of "errors" have been inserted in this text. I have corrected them. This is not unusual. Perhaps the authorities in New Jersey are not aware of these computer crimes emanating from Trenton, New Jersey, probably, or Union City? This would explain a great deal. ("Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" and "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana.")
"The Obama administration has said it will ask the Institute of Medicine to investigate the experiments; a presidential bioethics commission will suggest methods to ensure that all human research around the globe meets rigorous standards. The Guatemalan government plans to conduct its own investigation. The United States should also pay reparations to any survivors [don't worry, there are none!] that can be found and compensate Guatemala by paying for ethical health projects there."
Strangely, our specific methods at Guantanamo, unconsciously, have mirrored exactly the tactics used by Nazis in the death camps. Perhaps this says something unpleasant about us or our methods? Naturally, we take it upon ourselves to define "ethical" human research for the rest of the world. People laugh when they hear such things from the White House today.
"Nazi doctors experimented with sensory deprivation, including hooding, [I have experienced "sensory deprivation,"] as did the British in their campaign against the IRA in Ulster in the early 1970s. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) specifically identified hooding -- generally with hessian (jute, burlap) bags -- as a practice used extensively at Abu Ghraib, as well as at Guantanamo Bay and at the Bargram Collection Point on the Bargram Air Base, near Charikar in Parvan, Afghanistan." (Eisenman, p. 25.)
Grim and highly specific details may be found in that book for those with strong stomachs as we fight for the American way of life in our "War Against Terror." We are the "good guys," remember. ("John Rawls and Justice" and "Manifesto for the Unfinished American Revolution.")
