N.J.'s "Pete" Aballe Gets Popped!

December 16, 2010 at 9:55 A.M. Computer attacks made it difficult to access my blogs this morning. I will be "moving on" to public computers (plural) later today. Intrusions have resulted in "five issues" affecting my security system. I will do my best to repair the harm done by New Jersey's hackers. At any time my computer's cable signal may be blocked, turning off my computer from a remote location to induce frustration and despair. I will continue to struggle without despairing.

"A construction code official in Englewood and Old Tappan pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of attempted extortion under color of official right in U.S. District Court in Trenton, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's office said."

Business as usual in New Jersey. No wonder they are attacking my computer. They don't want anyone highlighting these crimes for New Jersey residents. Keep the people in the dark and you can keep stealing, eh? ("Da Jersey Code" and "Cement is Gold.")

"Piero 'Pete' Aballe, 46, of Old Tappan appeared before Judge Joel A. Pisano, ... spokeswoman Rebeckah Carmichael said."

"According to the U.S. Attorney's office [Paul "darn-those-mafia-guys" Fishman, Esq.!] Aballe, in his capacity as Englewood's construction code official, accepted cash payments of $1,000, $1,500, and $500 on three separate occasions from a cooperating witness in exchange for official assistance."

Incidentally, Mr. Fishman: if someone in your office is supposed to help with my computer wars, they must be on vacation. I find it hard to believe that this little situation cannot be controlled by New Jersey or the federal government.

If intelligence agencies in other countries are seeing this spectacle of sanctioned cybercrime by American state agencies, then they must be celebrating America's incompetence and inability to protect a dissident who is bringing corruption to public attention.

Moscow looks like Switzerland compared to New Jersey. How can we presume to criticize these other countries? They are doing better than we are in controlling computer crime.

Paula Dow, is anyone from your office (OAE, perhaps?) responsible for the daily computer crimes committed against me in addition to the continuing denial of the "torture files" pertaining to me in violation of federal civil rights laws? I suspect so. ("Will Governor Christie End the Nightmare?")

" ... The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine according to the press release. Aballe will be sentenced on March 23."

"Aballe who earned $97,000 a year as Englewood's construction code official, resigned Friday, City Manager Daniel Fitzpatrick said Tuesday."

"Englewood Mayor Frank Huttle" -- who is rumored to be on the take and to share in all spoils from city graft, allegedly -- "said he was 'shocked and appalled' that Aballe would 'betray the taxpayers of Englewood in this way.' ... "

Irony, Mr. Mayor? Engelwood, alleged John Travolta turf, is said to be Gambino territory. This may explain why Mr. Travolta moved to California. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

"Old Tappan was going to pay 'Pete' $30-$40,000 in 2010 [over the $97,000 from Englewood!] and suspended him 'with pay.' ..."

What the hell. 'Dem guys take care of their families -- until they go to prison. Time for a new "Tappan" in New Jersey.
