"MADISON -- A New Jersey police officer has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself using a webcam to an undercover detective he believed was a 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL."
"Believe the children!"
New Jersey is child-porn central in America. Many distributors and makers of this material are on-line experts in cybercrime. Would it amaze all of us to discover that some of these lowlifes have tried to damage these blogs and hack into my computer? It would not surprise me.
I know that it would shock all of us to learn that New Jersey police, lawyers, as well as prosecutors and judges provide protection for these child-prostitution and -porn activities in New Jersey. ("New Jersey is the Home of Child Molesters" and "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey" then "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child molester" and "More Child-Molestation and -Prostitution in New Jersey.")
"State Criminal Justice Director Stephen Taylor said 49-year-old JAMES N. HASPEL of Chatham, a 25-year veteran of the Madison Borough Police Department, was arrested Tuesday. Haspel is charged with official misconduct, attempting to endanger the welfare of a child and attempting to transmit obscene materials to a minor."
Partners in these efforts and/or organizations involved in such ventures have not been identified by this allegedly "rogue" cop. ("Are Albio Sires and Richard J. Codey Next in New Jersey?")
New Jersey is definitely the place to do this sort of thing. Much of the webcam material is probably going to be distributed to other parts of the country with the assistance of corrupt police and tainted judges, some will be on county legal ethics committees, perhaps, where this sort of activity is not unusual. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey.")
Former state Assemblyman DANIEL VAN PELT "spoke Tuesday for the first time since his arrest last July about federal corruption charges against him. He denied using his political influence to help a corrupt real estate developer, insisting that the $10,000 he accepted was a consulting fee."
"Van Pelt, the defense's first witness in his trial, repeatedly told jurors during his three hours of testimony there was no reason for him to accept a $10,000 bribe because his influence was not needed on a permit application."
That is what is known, prosaically, as "bullshit" -- allegedly. A phone call from a politician or an "approach" by a friend of a politician (who can deny any knowledge of such a conversation) is a preferred mode of "doing things" in New Jersey. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
I will speak to no attorney or so-called "friend" from N.J. about anything in these blogs "unofficially." We are going to federal court where all discussions can be placed on the record. Any communication with me from Trenton, including new "threats," should be in writing and "official." ("A Letter From the DRB in New Jersey" and "Another Letter From the DRB in New Jersey.")
"Much of the testimony of Van Pelt, a former mayor and committeeman in Ocean Township, was devoted to his work to attain special state designation for [a] redevelopment area there. He also spent a good portion of his testimony explaining potentially incriminating comments secretly recorded by developer Solomon Dwek -- who turned out to be a government witness."
This Dwek matter is now known, unofficially, as the "crooked rabbis' case." Perhaps my situation will be known as the "Lesbian Corruption Case"? ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
" ... Van Pelt who was captured on video accepting $10,000 in cash from Dwek on Feb. 21, 2009, said he was shocked when he received an enevelope stuffed with $100 bills."
Irony? Van Pelt was so shocked that he deposited the money in his accounts in two installments to beat the legal requirement that the bank report the funds to the tax man. ("More Mafia Figures Arrested in N.Y. and N.J.")
"Even if the dormant Meadowlands Xanadu project suddenly is revived and plans are made to open next year, cornerstone tenant Cabela's wouldn't be there -- unless there is an 'unbelievable opportunity,' the company's chief executive said Tuesday." ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "Crooked Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")
Cabela's is the trophy property at the location. This will effectively kill the project, allowing a bunch of law firms to STEAL moneys offered for the project that has come to naught. ("New Jersey's Mafia Culture in Law and Politics" and "New Jersey's Xanadu Mess.")
You won't see Xanadu no more.
