New Jersey Police Charged With Sexual Abuse.
May 21, 2010 at 8:59 P.M. Many calls from marketers, the number of hits at my blogs has increased dramatically over the past few hours. How strange?
May 21, 2010 at 1:37 P.M. My blogger profile -- at least the one available to me -- shows "zero" hits at my profile and these blogs. Earlier this morning there were over 8,000 hits counted, some individually, also at my profile and these blogs. Before a few months ago, hits were counted -- for some reason -- in increments of one hundred. The true number of hits at these blogs, I believe, must be in excess of 50,000.
Whether my books continue to exist or how many hits they have received, I cannot say. This is probably a good sign that I am having an impact on the persons responsible for these cybercrimes. Tampering with the numbers at my blogs will have no effect on my determination in this matter. No images can be posted at blogger; my books are suppressed; harassments are continuous with the cooperation of legal officials and corrupt police officers in New Jersey. I am told that MSN has "closed." For some reason, the N.J. Supreme Court is described as "good on the First Amendment." I am skeptical about this claim. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "What is it like to be censored in America" then "Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey.")
May 21, 2010 at 8:57 A.M. Below is a small sample of the items on display in a single day's typical account of corruption, ineptitude, mafia influence, disgrace and thievery in New Jersey's legal and political system. Are these people "ethical"? ("New Jersey's Mafia Culture in Law and Politics.")
Efforts are underway to obstruct, censor, destroy these writings and deny me access to the Internet. I will "move on" to public computers, every day, or as often as possible. At any time, I may be prevented, illegally, from writing on-line. Tell your friends in other countries and elsewhere in America about this horrifying spectacle. Mr. Rabner, life is so short. Do you really wish to spend your time engaging in these kinds of tactics, Mr. Rabner? ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")
Scott Fallon & Alexander McInnes, "Cancer Agent Found in 16 Homes: EPA Promises Basement Cleanups," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. A1. (Harmful levels of cancer-causing chemicals in Garfield -- much the same may be true in other Passaic and Bergen communities -- as a result of ineptitude or corruption by state health officials bribed over decades.)
Leslie Brody, "Union Bosses Boost Pensions," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. A1. (Teachers' union leaders boost their pensions by earning credit in the state pension system, even though they haven't taught in years -- many "drawing" salaries of $97,000 or more -- even as new teachers are fired and tenured faculty lose pensions. Corruption? "Boost" is a slang term for theft.)
Jeff Pillets, "Pimp Gets 18-Year Term: Ran Sex Slavery Ring for Decades, Officials Say," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. A-4. (A Jersey City pimp known as Prince who, allegedly, catered to prominent members of the bar, judiciary, and politics, received an 18-year prison sentence for his operation which resulted in drug addiction and torture for many women. Where are his political "friends" now? "New Jersey's Politically-Connected Pimps and New York's 'Pay-For-Luv-Guv.'")
Maryann Spoto, "Ex-Legislator Guilty of Bribery: Took $10,000 From Informant Working for U.S.," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. A-4. (A jury finally convicted Daniel Van Pelt of bribery and extortion for accepting a $10,000 "consulting" fee in one hundred dollar bills. Please tell me that Anthony Suarez, Esq. is next.)
Michael Gartland, "Deal Would Reduce Layoffs: County Workers to Vote Tonight," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. L-1. (Desperate efforts to save jobs and benefits: 75 Bergen County employees are expected to lose their jobs at the end of the month.)
Giovanna Fabiano, "Englewood Council Backs $1.6 Million School Budget Cut," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. L-3. (More cuts imperil the declining quality of education available to children in the community as additional investigations for corruption explode in the home of the mafia, Bergen and Hudson counties.)
Michael Gartland, "Pay-to-Play Foes Angry at Freeholders' 'No' Vote," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. L-3. (Is Democrat honcho STEPHEN M. SWEENEY, a.k.a. "Fingers," instructing Democrats to oppose legislation prohibiting pay-to-play that leads to corruption in New Jersey? I wonder why? What's Sweeney's cut from Bergen County?)
Monsy Alvarado, "7th Lawsuit Filed Against Police Chief: Cop Says Zisa Ordered Change in Report," in The Record, May 20, 2010, at p. L-3. (Sexual harassment, shakedowns, cover-ups, altering police reports, possible criminal frauds and much worse is alleged as "routine police procedure" in Bergen County. So far, there are 13 lawsuits against Hackensack officials in total.)
"NEWARK -- A Hackensack police officer is alleging she was ordered to change a police report" -- obstructing justice, tampering with a witness, suborning perjury -- "about a robbery so it would not include the name of the son of Police Chief Ken Zisa's former girlfriend, according to a federal lawsuit filed this week."
That ain't nothing. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
"The lawsuit which was filed in Newark [federal court] on behalf of Police Officers Laura Campos and Richard Melber, accuses Zisa of official misconduct. It alleges Zisa ordered Campos -- through her supervisor, Capt. Danilo Garcia -- to not include Kathleen Tiernan's son in the report. Her son was a suspect in the 2004 robbery, according to the suit."
I suspect that Deborah T. Poritz was involved in a "relationship" (which may have been sexual) that allowed her to "overlook" some of the actions of so-called "physician-therapist" Diana Lisa Riccioli and, maybe, her fellow worshipper, Terry ("I Live in Ridgewood!") Tuchin. What's the deal, Debbie? ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
I cannot say -- it may be irrelevant -- whether Tuchin, Rabner and Poritz or Anne Milgram attend services at the same temple. I hope not. I can only hope that a shared religious affiliation would not explain efforts to protect Mr. Tuchin. Ms. Dow, are you a member of a reform congregation? Baptist? You cannot protect Debbie Poritz, Paula. I think that we need to inform Mr. Tuchin's rabbi of these developments. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")
What consideration was offered to Poritz is not known to me at this time -- perhaps merely a little, shall we say, "affection"? (Again: "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
The following is quoted directly from the papers filed against these, allegedly, corrupt Bergen County officials, who are still protected by "family" members in positions of power in law and politics: " ... 'Under threat of fear and retaliation, plaintiff was ordered by her superior officer, Captain Garcia, to change the report not to implicate Tiernan's son,' the suit states. 'Garcia further indicated to plaintiff that the order came from Zisa.' ..." (emphasis added)
I wonder how well Mr. Zisa knows Diana Lisa Riccioli and her "family" or crew? What favors does Diana do for our boys in blue? (Underline that last word.) Is Diana also known by any other names? Or is Diana involved in the "erotic" services industry? Drugs? "Maria?" Have you ever used the name, "Maria," Diana? If so, when and for what purpose? What other names (if any) have you used, Diana? Ever used the name "Marilyn," Diana? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")
This shameful PATTERN OF MISCONDUCT is so irresponsible for police officers and city attorneys and/or officials -- like local prosecutors -- who are, allegedly, involved from behind the scenes in this investigation despite "ethical conflicts":
Menendez man, Officer Garcia, is alleged to have made sexual advances to fellow officers, while glancing a porn magazines (perhaps featuring local attorneys or juveniles), complainants and others allege retaliation and threats from Hackensack POLICE officers, also more allegations of insurance fraud and cover-ups are only the beginning:
" ... [Attorney] Mark Prost said the claims in the lawsuit show a pattern of official misconduct as it relates to KATHLEEN TIERNAN. Zisa, who has led the police department since 1995, was suspended with pay after surrendering to police last month on an insurance fraud charge stemming from a 2008 car accident involving Tiernan. Officers at the scene said they suspected Tiernan was drunk when the chief arrived and took her from the scene before a sobriety test could be given, authorities said. Zisa and Tiernan filed an insurance claim that contained false statements in support of the claim, according to authorities."
I wonder whether Zisa has visited my sites and can explain the cybercrime that I experience every day? I wonder whether Zisa was involved with my life or practice, secretly, in violation of the law at the request of any "friends"? ("New Jersey's Mafia Culture in Law and Politics" and "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")
Padilla will be worthless as a cop or chief, since he is exclusively a politician and servant of Bobby ("Big Daddy") Menendez. Padilla is looking to milk this situation for higher political office, for himself, if he takes care of things for the power-structure -- and he will. Federal involvement in this matter is highly necessary. We need the F.B.I. on this, Mr. Holder.
Bergen County and the Zisa clan have been associated by many persons with New Jersey's culture of corruption and much worse for many years. ("New Jersey's KKK Police Shocker" and "Organized Crime Group in New Jersey's State Police.")
None of this comes as a surprise to residents in the area. Many middle class people -- of all ethnicities and races -- are tired of getting robbed and screwed (in the no-so-nice sense!) by their elected officials and bribed judges, corrupt cops, and protected polluters. This is life in the Garden State.
People are tired of seeing family members dying of cancers caused by poisons allowed to seep into the earth and water by corrupt inspectors and other officials, who are often protected (like many criminals), by tainted cops and courts.
Time to get pissed off if you are unfortunate enough to live in America's "shit hole" -- New Jersey.
Mr. Christie, turn over the torture files. Mr. Rabner, do the state a favor and resign. Do the right thing for once in your life, Mr. Rabner. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
Business as usual? If there is one thing I hate, it is cynicism. As for lying, among New Jersey judges, mendacity must be expected. ("On Bullshit.")
