A-1. ($600 MILLION lost in high-risk equities from several states, as a result of New Jersey's troubled "alleged" mob project "Xanadu.")

I hear the Port Authority is laying off workers, including architects. I hope no one I know will be affected. Also under investigation is credentials frauds by N.J. teachers. ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "Senator Bob Says: 'Xanadu and You Are Perfect Together!'")

December 19, 2010 at 6:55 P.M. From a public computer: I will hold persons who cooperated with my enemies -- and the computer criminals initiating each occasion on which my computer was turned off today -- responsible for all censorship. I will express my feelings of disgust and hatred to such persons, non-violently, with the hope that they will communicate my feelings to the "officials" in New Jersey responsible for these tactics. December 19, 2010 at 1:47 P.M. After three occasions when my computer was turned off today from a remote location, I believe, in order to frustrate my efforts to run a scan of my computer and/or to "defragment" my hard disc, I will set aside (for now) another effort to complete this scan. I will try to perform this operation, again, tomorrow morning or later today. I will try to write a bit more of a short story on a legal pad. I will then look for a location at which I can type this work on to my blogs.

Despite the emotional and even physical harm resulting from this continuing struggle against censorship -- after so many years -- I will certainly write more essays, short stories, plays or scripts and at least one novel, even if these works cannot be published in America. I have reason to hope that they are being read outside of America. I am told that Latin American and other media is covering this spectacle of corruption in America. I will do my best to correct any inserted "errors" in my copyright-protected writings covered by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. You decide how real is Americans' freedom of speech. This right is certainly real to me. Telephone calls from bogus numbers continue to be received. I usually attract some menacing company on my walks in the city -- from "Rey Decererga" perhaps? No threat, physical injury, or emotional harm will prevent me from writing from some location in the city. December 19, 2010 at 8:42 A.M. I will try again to perform the necessary maintenance on my computer. Anyone planning to enter my home illegally to inspect my books is asked to return them to their location and not to make a mess. Anyone planning to follow me on my walks should keep a respectful distance. Mysterious calls from "Name Not Available" are expected during the course of the day. I prefer that these tactics be aimed at me and not my family members, including Marilyn.

December 18, 2010 at 6:40 P.M. "Errors" were inserted and corrected in this essay since this afternoon. My computer's cable signal is obstructed. I am writing from a second public computer. I expect that attacks against my home computer will continue and efforts to prevent my writing efforts will intensify over the holidays. I will continue to struggle.

Anyone who has cooperated with this effort should make no attempt to speak or interact with me in any so-called "cordial" fashion. You will be treated by me in accordance with your actions. Any communication with me from New Jersey should be in writing. I will bring my own tape recorder to any meeting. December 18, 2010 at 3:14 P.M. Several attempts to defragmentalize or "defragment" my hard disc have been obstructed. My computer's cable signal is blocked. I am writing from a public computer. I will try, again, tomorrow morning to perform the necessary security operation to "optimize" my computer's performance. December 17, 2010 at 10:27 A.M. Some time was needed for me to reach this blog from my home computer due to New Jersey's cyberharassment campaign. I will continue to struggle. Attacks on my security system have prevented me from "defragmentalizing" my hard discs. I will write from public computers later today. I cannot say how many writings have been altered or damaged overnight.

December 16, 2010 at 3:15 P.M. Earlier the following advertisements were attached, illegally, to my blogs:

Apparently, "relativists" are also represented as advertisers -- "choice," however, is a non-relative value. This line of thought seems very familiar to me:

Attacks on my computer make writing very difficult from my home. I will write from public computers throughout the day. More arrests are coming in New Jersey.

December 16, 2010 at 12:23 P.M. My computer was turned off by New Jersey hackers obstructing its cable signal. Several essays, including "John Finnis and Ethical Cognitivism," were altered and damaged despite copyright protection. I will do my best to make corrections as they are needed. Also altered was "Manifesto for the Unfinished American Revolution." Irony.

I have rebooted my computer only to receive a message that "defragmenting" of my hard disks is necessary, again. This usually allows for sabotage and much turning off of my computer by New Jersey's hackers. I will try to comply with this instruction. "Errors" have already been inserted and corrected in this essay several times since this morning.

"The Politicization of a Respected Court," (Editorial) in The New York Times, December 16, 2010, at p. A38.

New Jersey's Supreme Court is no longer very well respected in this country or anywhere.

The embarassing spectacle of New Jersey's Supreme Court meltdown and the judiciary's self-destruction requires the attention of the state's "high flying" governor, Mr. Christie. Mr. Rabner, the state's tainted Chief Justice, is simply too compromised and devoted to self-preservation and survival to be very effective in any crisis, much less in a crisis affecting his own court. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

The New York Times has always enjoyed a comfy relationship with people like Rabner and Poritz, Milgram and Moses. Good press for such persons is almost always assured. Even the Gray Lady now recognizes that New Jersey's legal incompetence and corruption has reached astronomical levels to achieve the status of a full-scale international disaster and humiliation for America. Censorship is never satisfied with one victim. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

The attempted cover-up of my situation -- with state legal ethics officials participating in torture and theft, obstruction of justice and lying, also censorship, plagiarism, suppressions of speech and computer crimes -- despite the media's collusion, is not working. Perhaps robot bombs will be next. ("Little Brown Men Are Only Objects for Us.")

Smears and character assassination -- whether as threats or in reality -- will have little effect on my efforts nor on their growing momentum on-line. Questions are now being raised about the independence and effectiveness of the corporate media which remains apathetic and dull to what you are witnessing, also to the indiscriminate use of robot bombs in Pakistan.

The events in Nigeria involving experimentation on unwilling and uninformed persons, mostly children, by New Jersey-based Pfizer pharmaceuticals is life imitating art. See John Le Carre, The Constant Gardner (New York & London: Scribner, 2001) and Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz in The Constant Gardner (Focus Features, 2005). A convenient Times editorial either written or edited by Richard J. Codey, Esq. (probably), or someone like him in Trenton, will not solve the lethal problems with a failed legal system, soiled judiciary and contaminated legal profession that is all-too willing to remain complicit with organized crime and big money politics. To put this in New Jersey terms: "Somebody's gonna take the hit on this."

Is it a "conflict of interest" for a legal official to write an editorial, secretly, for America's leading newspaper assessing his or her own state's legal system and highest court? Is this not "appearance of impropriety" for a political or judicial figure expressing opinions ostensibly "independent" of government responsibilities? Hypocrisy? Is it not grounds for disbarment for any lawyer to engage in such public DECEPTION of readers? How can any newspaper allow for such a thing? ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey.")

"When Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey chose not to renominate Justice John Wallace Jr. to the State Supreme Court in May, it was a case of political overreach. [Right decision, Mr. Christie.] The situation is now a national disgrace, [-- one of many for New Jersey --] thanks to the governor, [sic.] the State Senate president, Stephen Sweeney, and Justice Rivera-Soto."

The sanctioning of Mr. Rivera-Soto was also a matter of behind-the-back New Jersey politics for the only independent Republican on the tribunal who is not a member of the Garden State's political mafia. I am not a Republican nor am I a friend of Mr. Rivera-Soto. Luckily, Mr. Schundler was not involved in Rivera-Soto's troubles. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

Mafia is the right word. Organized crime wields too much influence in New Jersey politics: cover-ups of law enforcement crimes, denial and protection for incompetent judges (like Ms. Poritz), criminality by the OAE, politicians running rough-shod over procedures and statutory requirements to get what they want -- all of this is routine or "business as usual" in New Jersey. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and, again, "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "Anne Milgram Does It Again!")

The state's dismal predicament and horrors -- like Xanadu's $2 BILLION disaster that makes any troubles in New York or other states insignificant by comparison -- are the result of years of such evil absurdities. New Jersey residents must take back their state. Tell the politicians and crooked judges that you have had enough of being robbed and treated like imbeciles. Politicians, lawyers and judges are making out just fine. New Jersey's "ordinary Joes" are hurting, severely. ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers on the Tit.")

New Jersey's legal system is perceived (accurately) as racist, corrupt, inept, tainted by hypocrisy and sanctimony, with tragic results in the lives of millions which must be faced. Turn over the torture files, Mr. Christie and Ms. Dow. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

How many others have been tortured and raped in New Jersey through the illicit use of "touchless torture techniques"? We have a right to know. The ethical judgments of New Jersey's rapists and thieves -- or of their protectors -- do not trouble me. ("America's Holocaust" and "Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" then "What is it like to be tortured?")

"Mr. Christie named a lawyer to fill the seat [belonging to Mr. Wallace, who has remained on the court anyway!] and Mr. Sweeney, a Democrat, then refused to let the State Senate consider the nomination. In September, the court's chief justice [sic.] sought to deal with the problem by temporarily filling the seat with a widely respected lower-court judge. [Rabner buddy, Edwin Stern, who will cover Rabner's back?] But last Friday, Justice Rivera-Soto pushed the matter over the top. He called the temporary appointment 'unconstitutional,' [it is unconstitutional,] and issued an opinion stating that he would abstain from voting in cases until a justice nominated by the governor was sworn in."

Grotesque corruption and ineptitude deligitimizes all decisions by this once respected appellate tribunal. No Supreme Court or legal system can function effectively or ethically when crucial decisions and actions are made "behind-the-scenes" for political or worse reasons that have nothing to do with evidence or legality. "Deligitimation" and "deligitimizes" are both words and may be used in a sentence, correctly or incorrectly. ("'Michael Clayton': A Movie Review" then "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

I have corrected several words in the foregoing paragraph numerous times on the first day that this essay was posted. Think of the Rodney King video and imagine a person not accused of any crime being subjected to the Internet equivalent of such treatment. I doubt that these tactics will work with me. I will try to "defragmentalize my hard discs" tomorrow morning. Three efforts to perform this procedure have been obstructed by hackers and my computer was turned off on each occasion. The intensification of attacks and threats this week is a good sign that I am having some effect on New Jersey's corrupt power structure. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

What has been the long-term effect of these torture techniques in the lives of others subjected to them in New Jersey's schools or institutions? How many persons have been severely injured through such efforts at "conditioning" responses? Many. Are the injured mostly women and minority group members? How many are also subjected to sexual violations? Marilyn? ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" then "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

Mr. Rabner, some things cannot be covered-up forever. Smears and character assassinations of me on-line or by way of your media friends and computer crimes committed against me will not solve this problem. In the age of Wikileaks, the truth will reach me eventually -- probably sooner rather later. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" then "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

Do the right things in this situation by making an effort at amends which will be more likely to produce cooperation and discretion from the state's many victims than disdain, disregard for the suffering of the "little people," stonewalling silence, and denials of an obvious reality of pervasive jurisprudential failure. America's Constitution is the greatest victim today. ("Little brown men are only objects for us.")

The responsibility now rests with you, Mr. Rabner, to begin the long effort to repair and heal a broken legal system in America's "Soprano State." A good way to begin that effort at amelioration is by resigning as Chief Justice of New Jersey's Supreme Court, Mr. Rabner.
