New Jersey's Zisa "Family" Goes to the Matresses.

May 24, 2010 at 6:13 P.M. F.B.I. agents are said to be intensifying an "inquiry" into matters in Bergen County this week.

May 3, 2010 at 9:58 P.M. Developments in Bergen County are becoming more interesting by the second. Mr. Molinelli is stepping aside because of a possible "conflict." Federal agents are allegedly looking into "this" matter. The other shoe is about to drop. Stay tuned to this station. Harvey Lipman, "Prosecutor Removes Himself From Ken Zisa Case," in The Record, May 3, 2010, at p. L-7.

May 3, 2010 at 5:45 P.M. "Errors" were inserted in several essays. I have done my best to make necessary corrections. Titles of essays will be altered in my blogger list. I will ignore such loathsome tactics in order to rise to higher ground.

May 3, 2010 at 9:17 A.M. Another fraudulent advertisement was attached, illegally, to this blog:

"Suffered Clergy Abuse? Strict Confidentiality New York Law Firm. http://www.clergy-abuse-lawyers.com "

The origin of this advertisement is in New Jersey and does not involve "Ads by Google." Persons claiming molestation by rabbis, priests, or Islamic clerics are "invited" to file law suits against their religious institutions. This may be an unethical advertisement for any lawyer, except in New Jersey. Mr. Zisa or his ilk? Mr. Padilla, perhaps?

May 2, 2010 at 1:03 P.M. An advertisement was, illegally, attached to this blog where all advertisements are prohibited. I surmise that this expression of vicious antisemitisim originates with organized crime and political figures in New Jersey and not with "Ads by Google."

"Learn Hebrew Online, Learn Modern or Biblical Hebrew with Israel's best teachers. http://www.hebrewonline.com/ "

I doubt that you can learn Hebrew online. However, I suspect that this is about dismissing me as an "uppity Jew." I have been described in such terms by persons who thought I was Jewish since I often read about physics and other "weird" topics. Perhaps I will be described as Asian by next week? What will they say when they learn of my interest in jazz?

May 2, 2010 at 12:15 P.M. Interference with my updating feature of my security system has required me to restart my computer. My t.v.'s pay-per-view feature still says: "Error 101." I wonder why that is? ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Monsy Alvarado, "Some Say Acting Leader Too Close to Democrats," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. A1. (Is Padilla a point man for Bob Menendez and Angelo "the Horn" Prisco?)

Are allegations true that Ms. LaVecchia -- or a person close to her -- is "affiliated" with Gambino crime family members substantiated?)

Chris Megerian, "Democrat Blocks Christie's Nominee for Parole Chief," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. A4. (See what I mean?)
Kibret Markos, "Lodi Man Gets 50 Years in Sex Abuse Case, Faces Trial in 1972 Killing of Brother," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. 6. (Another child sex abuse spree in New Jersey as police chiefs were busy "politicking.")
Mike Kelly, "Hackensack Cleanup Will Get Messier," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. A7.

"The Hackensack boys lined up Friday afternoon in a windowless room, their expressions frozen as they listened to Bergen County's top law enforcement officer basically tell them that their city's Police Department was broken and in need of a baby sitter."

This is true of most local New Jersey police departments because they are private armies for political bosses handing out rewards for loyal service. N.J. police brass are often in the pay of mafia bosses. Most cops are great; most leadership in police departments is political (or worse) and not-so great.

Mr. Padilla in Hackensack is the kind of police officer and "freeholder" that you will get in such a system: loyal to the power structure, official and unofficial, unintelligent and obedient, a cog in the machine who will not make waves and who will do any and all "favors" for bosses in order to advance his career. Cubanazo?

Now they gotta find another "freeholder."

"The problem wasn't just the police chief, Charles 'Ken' Zisa, who had just been charged with fraud after allegedly trying to cover up a car accident involving a tipsy gal pal."

This is probably how they set up defendants iin the criminal justice system: fraudulent reports and paid-off or intimidated witnesses.

"On Friday, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli described a litany of problems for Hackensack cops that go far beyond their chief's love life."

"But Molinelli was far too kind to Zisa."

"The unfolding story as told to me by rank-and-file cops portrays the chief as the master of this civic disaster. Their allegations range from frat boy cronyism and flat-out political arm twisting to a creepy tradition of soliciting local businesses for campaign contributions that seems all too close to political shakedowns."

This sounds like Bob Menendez in Hudson County. Buy some tickets to my dinner and you'll get your variance applications granted. $5,000 to $10,000 every six months and we'll be your friends. No thanks.

" ... 'We want to nip this in the bud right now,' [Bergen Prosecutor] Mollineli said."

Irony? Window dressing? Real? You decide. Is it possible for locals to "clean up" Bergen County? I doubt it. It will take federal action to do such a thing.

"Mollineli's words -- and his decision to appoint a police department monitor -- seemed like a long-awaited balm. Finally, someone is trying to fix one of Bergen County's biggest political embarassments -- the Hackensack Police Department."

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office can also use a little make-over. One theory is that they acted on this matter because Bergen Prosecutors and the "boys" heard the F.B.I. was looking into Zisa.

The Zisa FAMILY would rather keep this in the neighborhood. Mayor Marlin Townes said he "don't speak English." City Manager Stephen Lo Iacono explained that he is "for all the people of our wonderful city."

The Zisa FAMILY seems to be "everywhere" in Hackensack and Bergen County.

"Besides the police chief, there is a deputy police chief who suddenly retired on Friday, two former mayors and a still-on-the job city attorney."

" ... [New Police Chief] Padilla is a close ally of Zisa [with even greater loyalties to Bob Menendez and the N.J. Democrat machine.] You also need to know that Padilla was handpicked to run for a county freeholder's seat by now CONVICTED Bergen County Democratic Boss Joe Ferreiro."

The allegations concerning Gambino family influence in Bergen County and, specifically, within the Hackensack Police Department, can neither be confirmed nor denied by observers. The current authorities claim that they "don't know from nothing about no mafia." 'Dem guys. What are ya gonna do?

You certainly have to think about this "rumor" when you talk to these guys. I will be happy to name lawyers who expressed concerns abut mafia influence in Bergen County, including among members of the Superior Court in that county. Let's see if they insert more "errors" in my writings. Tell your friends in law-enforcement about this war.
