New Jersey Judges Engage in Partisan Politics.
June 4, 2010 at 3:29 P.M. Only one new "error" inserted since this morning. I will make all necessary corrections. The war against N.J.'s mafia corruption continues.
Chris Mergerian, "Panel Quits Over Justice's Ouster: Move Protests Christie's Decision," in The Record, June 3, 2010, at p. A-5. (Get Debbie Poritz an attractive young woman and she's happy.) "Officer Convicted of Sexual Abuse," in The Record, June 3, 2010, at p. A-5. (Another N.J. police officer is part of sex abuse scandal. Child molestation?)
"Banker Charged With Embezzling," in The Record, June 3, 2010, at p. A-3. (Menendez "friend and supporter," allegedly, Brian M. Campbell, stole $600,000 or more from his employer and a leading bank in Hudson County.)
Stephanie Akin, "Paramus Police Give Up Raises: Pay Freeze Averts Layoffs, Demotions," in The Record, June 3, 2010, at p. L-3. (Soon police officers may have to give up their jobs to compensate for money STOLEN by corrupt officials.)
William Lamb, "Clinic Owner Accused of Sexual Assault," in The Record, June 3, 2010, at p. L-3. (Politically connected clinic owner, Jonathan Pallouras, has been charged with sexual molestation.)
"All members of a state advisory panel that reviews nominees to the Superior Court resigned Wednesday in protest over Governor Christie's decision to replace Justice John Wallace."
What's really going on here? Simple. This is a power-move by Garden State Democrats and mafia brigades through their employees in the judiciary. All of those who resigned were appointed by outgoing Democrat Governor Jon Corzine. All of them have served in what is universally described as the most partisan and Constitutionally questionable, legislating judiciary in the country -- that is, in New Jersey's befouled judiciary and Supreme Court. They did Christie a favor by resigning. ("Sexual Favors for New Jersey Judges.")
Among those who resigned is former Chief Justice, Debbie Poritz, ostensibly a Republican and (in fact) the liberal lunatic responsible for terrible decisions from the bench seeking to legislate solutions to vexing social problems, often incompetently, based on her royal command: "We are not amused!" ("Trenton's nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")
Debbie loves the royal "we." Ms. Poritz may have allowed her lesbian love affairs to cloud her judgment -- which was not much good to begin with -- in any number of matters. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
This may be the time to insert another "error" in my writings, boys.
"Christie has faced a series of rebukes from critics who say the move jeopardizes the independence of the judiciary."
New Jersey's judiciary is not and has not been "independent" of the Mafia-Political Machine for some time. Phone calls from bosses and politicians, often non-lawyers, dictate who gets to be a judge and what judges decide when they get on the bench. To speak of a concern with judicial independence when Christie refuses to reappoint Mr. Wallace -- who is an alleged devotee of marijuana -- is absurd. ("George E. Norcross, III is the Boss of New Jersey Courts and Politics" and "George E. Norcross, III is the Godfather of New Jersey Politics.")
"In a letter to Christie, the members of the Judicial Advisory Panel said the governor's views are 'inconsistent with an independent judiciary.' ..."
New Jersey judges are inconsistent with an independent judiciary. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
New Jersey's judiciary has caved-in to politicians, like Jim McGreevey, for years. This includes Ms. Poritz, who also does favors for her sexy "gals." ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless" then "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
Ms. Poritz and her so-called "friends," together with New Jersey's notorious "culture of corruption" and "blatant disregard for due process" (to quote Governor Christie), SHAMES America and further disgraces the Constitution that is soiled by these persons every day that this censorship and scandal continues to be covered-up. (Da Capo: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
Mr. Rabner, you cannot hide forever. Have you no sense of your obligations, sir? Did you not take an oath when becoming a justice -- or a lawyer for that matter! -- that precludes cover-ups of censorship and cybercrime, rape and assaults, thefts and tampering with due process or obstruction of justice? Each day that the cover-up continues is a renewal of the tortures for many persons, Mr. Rabner. censorship of my writings and computer crimes will not remedy this terrible wrong for which you, Mr. Rabner, are responsible. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
