N.J.'s Arthur ("Three Dollar Bill") Marino Scams $4.5 M!

August 16, 2010 at 11:12 A.M. The following advertisement was attached, fraudulently and illegally, to this blog:

"FINANCIAL FRAUD VICTIM LOSS RECOVERY C. We'll help you get your money back. Contact us today to get started. Ads by Google."

I am a financial fraud victim and so are those robbed by Mr. Marino as well as many mafia figures in New Jersey, allegedly. Let's give 'em a call. I have never been charged with or convicted of a crime.

August 14, 2010 at 9:56 P.M. At least six essays that had not been altered for some time have been vandalized with old "errors" reinserted in the text. I believe that I have made all necessary corrections, thus far, but it is likely that this intense wave of attacks is about inducing collapse through exhaustion and frustration.

I do not believe that these tactics will succeed with me. However, they say something appalling about the Garden State's levels of corruption after twenty-one years of fighting this battle. It is not surprising that there are sick people who do such things. It is shocking that an American jurisdiction allows for this conduct. "The owner of a Carlstadt bulk mail company pleaded guilty to charges of masterminding a long-running wire fraud scheme that bilked investors out of $4.5 MILLION, federal authorities anounced Wednesday."

N.J. government entities missed this little operation for years. Surprisingly, rumors of "connections" to Luchese crime family factions ("Diana?") in this area are denied by the defendant and Mr. Molinelli of Bergen County's tainted prosecutor's office. ("Mr. Mollinelli's Little Ethics Problem.")

"Arthur Marino, 61, of Englewood, admitted in federal court in Newark that he scammed customers through his company, New Tech Direct, from 2003 until 2010, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark."

"Marino was the founder and sole owner of the company, which employed more than 50 people at one point, authorities said. None of the other employees have been charged, said assistant U.S. Attorney Zach Intrater."

" ... Marino and other employees used a postal stamp stolen by a New Tech employee to make the mail look as if the post office had received and approved it, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office." ("A Letter From the DRB in New Jersey" and "Another Letter From the DRB in New Jersey.")

How did Paula Dow, former Essex County prosecutor before becoming Attorney General of New Jersey miss this operation for so many years? How did Bergen County's highly ethical prosecutor, Mr. Molinelli, also miss this scam artist and "not see nothing"? Coincidence? Jersey lightning? ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"Marino faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail and a $25,000 fine."

Allegations that Mr. Marino contributed to the election campaign of Senator Robert Menendez, whether personally or through third parties, cannot be confirmed at this time. Thank god for the feds. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

"Intrater said Marino has been released on a $200,000 unsecured bond."

Is it true that the bail money was paid in singles?
