Mafia Out of Control in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless!

April 24, 2009 at 9:58 A.M. Numerous attacks on my computer, interference with my cable signal, and other troubles make it impossible to write today. I am unable to access my home e-mail account again. I will continue to struggle. The editing feature at blogger has been affected by all of the attacks on my computer. I will write for as long as I am able to do so.

March 29, 2008 at 1:01 P.M. and April 9, 2008 at 4:10 P.M. calls from 704-633-8373 and April 10, 2008 at 2:40 P.M., from 786-336-8148. A lot of telemarketing calls are probably only a coincidence -- a coincidence every 15 minutes or so.

April 18, 2008 at 9:53 A.M. calls and the usual bullshit from New Jersey.

"Errors" will be inserted in this essay many times, corrections will be made and the "errors" will then be reinserted. This is part of an ongoing effort to discredit these writings (despite the solid research supporting them) and to induce frustration in me. Please see "What is it like to be tortured?" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" at my MSN group, Critique. Unable to write at MSN today. I will keep trying. March 28, 2008 at 2:37 P.M.

"Dozens Arrested, $5M Seized In Organized Crime Bust, Officials Say,"
Updated 9:29 p.m. ET, Tues., March 25, 2008
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23797254/print/1/displaymode/1098/

"New Jersey authorities" -- apparently, excluding the Attorney General's Office -- "announced the arrests and/or the pending charges against 42 PEOPLE in connection with a gambling and drug ring allegedly run by the Genovese organized crime family on Tuesday. Twenty-four search warrants executed in Bergen, Hudson, Monmouth and Ocean counties brought about the seizure of five pounds of marijuana, five vehicles and over $5 MILLION, according to a statement from the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office." (The Gambinos going after the Genovese family?)

That probably means that they found $7 million. About $2 million will no doubt be split up among several politicians and judges in the Garden State.

April 24, 2009 arrests of members of an international child porn ring in New Jersey came as news to Anne Milgram. (See "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem," "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House," "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "New Jersey State Assembly Member, Neil M. Cohen, Esq., Charged With Possession of Child Porn," together with other essays detailing New Jersey's status as "child porn central" in America, such as "We don't know from nothing" and "Guttenberg Mayor and Wife go to the Slammer!")

The Genovese family is said to be well-connected with Garden State officials, including members of the judiciary. Right, Senator Lesniak? Can you help law enforcement to investigate these matters, Mr. Norcross? Senator Bob said he is against organized crime committed by persons he does not know. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!")

"The arrests and search warrants are for various crimes relating to traditional organized crime activities occurring in and around Bergen County, to include Racketeering, Promoting Gambling, Money Laundering and the Distribution of Narcotics," the news release said.

The revelations are significant both because it shows the lack of confidence -- not only by the feds who rarely share information with the N.J. Attorney General, who is said to be controlled or subject to manipulation by New Jersey's political-mob bosses -- but even in terms of the divisions within the county prosecutors' offices and among state officials. There is plenty of history to justify the chaos and mutual double crossing by fancy cops in N.J. The "family-like organization" is also said to have more than one hook in the state Supreme Court. "Jaynee?"

Do you have an opinion on this matter, Jaynee LaVecchia? Gambinos? Lucheses? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.") What happened to the $300 MILLION from the HIP scam?

Incriminating tapes allegedly implicating GEORGE E. NORCROSS, III in "shenanigans" were edited by Anne Milgram's predecessor (Peter "see-no-evil" Harvey, Esq.) to protect the Camden Boss, according to Ingle and McClure as well as Chris Chrsitie; other nefarious "deals" between N.J.'s former A.G., Mr. Harvey, and the state's various political underworld figures, are said to be well-documented:

"... The A.G.'s office is both CORRUPT AND INEPT."

Bob Ingle & Sandy McClure, The Soprano State: New Jersey's Culture of Corruption (New York: St. Martin's Press, 2008), p. 93.

Yeah, but they're against late fees at Blockbuster. These are the authorities deciding on the "ethics" of lawyers in New Jersey. These unethical, bribe-taking shysters should make you wanna puke.

It is very difficult to dispute the conclusion that most legal officials in Trenton are either corrupt or inept, sometimes both on the same day. Senator Bob said that corruption and ineptitude will always have a place in New Jersey politics, even though he is against both things, usually. ("On the One Hand, but On the Other Hand" and "More Problems for Menendez -- Tapes!")

This corruption is the only explanation that I can provide for the on-going spectacle of censorship and suppression of speech, public cybercrime, stonewalling -- or outright lying -- by Trenton concerning years of torture and theft on the part of N.J. government agents supported by objective sources and made publicly. Do you think that they're hard of hearing? Where are the $300 MILLIOn, Jaynee, with the "big Boss"? Do you want to judge me? Do you not approve of my manners, Jaynee? ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

The disappearance of independent newspapers in New Jersey will make this continuing government criminality and censorship aimed at dissidents more likely. The only difference between New Jersey and most totalitarian states is that N.J. is a little more hypocritical about what it does and less competent about the few services it can afford to provide to residents.

How many African-Americans have you tortured, Terry? Assatta Shakur? Do you prefer sex with unconscious women, Diana? Or is that what Debbie Poritz likes? Hey, Diana ... did you enjoy hanging out at my office, persuading "clients" to ask for their money so you could get some of it? Who were you kicking back to, Diana?

"Five government employees, including North Bergen High School's JERRY MAIETTA, 37, RALPH MARINO, 52, described as a school administrator at the North Bergen Board of Education, and JOHN PRATO, 36, a teacher at Freehold Regional High School, face charges related to the bust."

People interacting with CHILDREN in New Jersey are, allegedly, involved in Mafia activities. This is only the beginning. New investigations in Hudson County are rumored to be unfolding in a setting of corrupt Municipal Courts, bribe-taking public figures, and millions disappearing from the public treasury. Senator Bob said he is "for school safety."

Many of these people are lawyers. Where's the OAE? "Big Nicky" Sacco? Senator Bob? Badda-bing, badda-boom. See "Jay Romano and Conduct unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "James R. Zazzali and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey." How's Kelly Anne Michaels, Jay? Still at The New York Times? "All the news that's fit to print."

Any more "errors" to be inserted today, boys? How about obstacles to my access to the Internet? Illegal interference with my cable signal? Whatta-ya say? Huh, tough guys? "We don't know from nothing?"

"... two other government employees worked for Kearney Department of Public Works" -- isn't Kearney the town where a city government official was busted for heroin possession and distribution, wasn't his name ROMANO? -- "and Bergen County Parks Department, officials told MSNBC.com."

"Authorities said the arrests were the results of a 7-month-long investigation beginning in August concerning illegal gambling and money laundering activities in and around Bergen County."

" ... 'The group is ultimately controlled by the Genovese organized crime family, and several of the individuals arrested for their part in controlling the illegal enterprise are known associates of the Genovese crime family,' said the news release."

"The authorities said the illegal gambling portion of the group was controlled by MARK IAFELICE, BRIAN DIGUILMI, JAMES W. SKINNER and his son, JAMES J. SKINNER. Under this layer BERNARD DUFFY acted as mid-level manager on behalf of the SKINNERS, prosecutors said."

All are said to be "well-connected" with legal officials and local judges. Perhaps this is because they are civic-minded, just like many local corpses that vote regularly in elections despite being dead. Some of these dead persons are also employees of local municipalities. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.") A few are expected to become judges if the Democrats are reelected in New Jersey.

I bet that some of the checks made out to those dead people are being deposited in the accounts of living politicians and lawyers (or judges) in New Jersey. Senator Bob, perhaps? ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

"Beneath the five individuals were a large number of operatives and 'agents' that were running individual gambling 'packages' on their behalf. The co-conspirators were paid a 'commission' or percentage of the profits by the organization, prosecutors said."

How much is for the cops and judges? The usual 10-15% off the top, Bob? Hey, John ... I bet that's unethical! What the hell, right? Where's the A.G.? OAE? No more threatening letters from the DRB? (Only two "errors" inserted since my previous review is not too bad.)

Would you prefer to threaten my child? How about some "anxiety inducement," "frustrations," or "economic pressures" directed against me? Knock yourselves out, boys.

"The bettors were placing their wagers on every conceivable sporting event, to include college, professional and horse racing. [How about trials in New Jersey? Are trials easy to fix?] The bettors placed wagers with an offshore 'wire room,' actually located in the 'Dominican Republic either by telephone or on the Internet,' prosecutors said in a statement. 'Bettors,' as well as 'agents,' were given code names when communicating with the 'wire room.' ..."

"The drug distribution allegedly included the distribution of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, marijuana and the illegal sale of prescription drugs."

It has been rumored for years that drugs were being dealt right out of local police departments in New Jersey. Does anyone in West New York, New Jersey know about that? These activities should be added to New Jersey's claim to fame as the child porn distribution center of America. These activities usually take place with a police escort. I wonder whether hypnosis is used against those children? Anybody know about the Kelly Michaels case? I will do some research on these matters in a New Jersey law library. You got more "error" insertions for me, Anne Milgram?

Just ask Neil M. Cohen, Esq. Is it true that Mr. Cohen and "others" share materials with members of the judiciary who have unusual sexual lives? Debbie Poritz? Anne Milgram? Since you guys inserted some new "errors," I have decided to write an essay concerning Ms. Poritz and the young ladies.

"Prosecutors said the investigation is continuing and more arrests are anticipated." (Only one additional "error" since last time!)

Go ahead, tell me how ethical you are compared to me. Profiles of several Superior Court judges are coming up. You're gonna love 'em.
