New Jersey Prosecutors and the Mafia.

April 8, 2011 at 10:23 A.M. Spacing between paragraphs was affected, again, in this essay. I will do my best to keep up with corrections of these texts after attacks from Trenton.

January 29, 2011 at 8:37 A.M. "Errors" inserted overnight will now be corrected.
January 28, 2011 at 3:40 P.M. The following story was posted 6 hours ago, arrests are taking place in New Jersey. More items will follow:

"A reputed crime associate [a.k.a. mafia soldier] made political contributions to Joe Cryan, whose legislative partner Sen. Ray Lesniak, wants to disband the commission created to drive the mob out of the waterfront in the port of N.Y.-N.J."
http://njtoday.net/2011/01/28/cryan-lesniak-have-ties-to-organized-crime-figures/ (quid pro cuo?) ("Joe Ferreiro is a Repeat Offender" and "Joe Ferreiro is Bergen's Godfather.")
Please see: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "'Shyster Ray' Lesniak Accused of 'Juicing' a Development Deal" then "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey." Mr. Cohen shared an office with Joe Cryan -- former Chairperson of the Democratic Party in New Jersey -- and N.J. Senator Ray Lesniak. All of these men may have served on the "legal" ethics committees in their county or state. ("Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?" and "American Legal Ethics Today.")
Judges and other notable political figures may be implicated in these breaking controversies, including persons affiliated with the Union County Prosecutor's Office. ("New Jersey's Larry Peterson Cleared by DNA" and "America's Holocaust.")
January 27, 2011 at 3:41 P.M. "Errors" inserted since 9:05 A.M. (including the removal of a letter and alteration of a capitalization) will now be corrected.
January 27, 2011 at 9:05 A.M. Overnight one letter was transposed in a single word. I have now corrected that inserted "error." I am still unable to scan my computer. Harassments continue on a daily basis. I expected worse. ("No More Coverups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")
January 26, 2011 at 12:27 P.M. My home computer was turned off by hackers, probably Cuban-Americans from New Jersey. I cannot imagine many others who would be so stupid. I surmise that the motivation for this continued sanctioned computer crime affecting my security system is a mysterious hostility to me combined with an inability to respond effectively to my arguments.
Evidently, despite my dazzling charm, some people in Union City do not like me. Brutality is always the expected response by Fascists to frustrating complexity in discussions or debate. Psychological torture, induced frustrations and anxieties seem not to produce the desired results for my would-be torturers. Perhaps my torturers like to wear red thong underwear when engaging in their crimes. ("America's Love of Violence.")
I will be writing at public computers later today. I hope to see and review "The Rite" later in the week, also I am working on a book (3 pages a day) and "A Quantum of Malice," a Jane Bond story. New investigations of New Jersey lawyers and judges "connected" to mafia families are coming up. Have you no sense of shame about this continuing spectacle, Mr. Rabner? Ms. Dow? Mr. Christie?
January 26, 2011 at 10:21 A.M. "Errors" continue to be inserted in these writings by computer criminals with access to New Jersey government computers. I will continue to make all necessary corrections. My security system is effectively disabled. I am prevented from performing necessary security scans by hackers.

January 25, 2011 at 10:59 A.M. My computer's cable signal was blocked this morning when I tried to access the Internet. It has taken some time to reach these blogs. Spacing was affected in the essay below while it was in draft form. I am unable to run necessary scans of my computer. No images can be posted at these blogs. My books continue to be censored and suppressed in America. Media coverage continues to be blocked. ("How Censorship Works in America.")
New Jersey has always been a place where potential witnesses against the powerful are framed or discredited through smears concerning character flaws or an alleged lack of "ethics." None of what is described in this essay surprises anyone who knows New Jersey well. I recommend the story of Ruben "Hurricane" Carter -- who looks a lot like Denzel Washington. Mr. Carter will be at the Barnes & Noble bookstore on the West Side, 83rd Street, February 11, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. Like me, Mr. Carter believes that New Jersey should get tough on crime.
"Errors" will be inserted repeatedly in this essay with the goal of exhausting me. I doubt that this tactic will work. ("Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")
Jean Rembach, "Papers Sealed in Suit Alleging Coverup by Prosecutor," in The Record, January 21, 2011, at p. L-1. (This article's title has been altered by hackers then corrected by me.)
Bob Ingle & Sandy McLure, "The Gospel According to the Mob," in The Soprano State: New Jersey's Culture of Corruption (New York: St. Martin's Press, 2008), pp. 219-249. ("New Jersey is the home of the mafia.")
"A Superior Court judge has sealed all documents in the law suit of a former state investigator who alleges that his bosses squelched an investigation into possible corruption among high ranking members of a prosecutor's office -- apparently the one in Bergen County."
Given Bergen County's history with the Zisa family and notorious mafia influences on local governments and courts, these accusations are less than shocking to me. The matrimonial or family sections of the Superior Court in Bergen County can only be described as a clubhouse. ("The Gang's All Here!" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Law and Politics.")
A crucial factor not found in New Jersey court reports or statutes concerns the ability of powerful officials to circumvent legal processes or investigations through corrupt influences and a system of favors that ensures, for example, that Hudson County's prosecutor will not indict a Hoboken police lieutenant whom he is told to "take care of," possibly in exchange for favors from that unindicted official in the future. ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
I am not surprised that my computer's cable signal was obstructed this morning thanks to New Jersey's government technology. There are bosses making phone calls to prosecutors -- usually through intermediaries in the legal profession -- in order to make things "go away" for their friends or soldiers. An insider or "made man" of one of the local mafia-political families will not be indicted by New Jersey, no matter what he or she does, unless the mechanisms of law or other systems are being used by powerful enemies to target that individual defendant for reasons that have nothing to do with legality. ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")
The irony is that the attorneys making such calls for bosses or corrupt politicians, tainted prosecutors and judges -- even coopted Supreme Court justices who preside over the total process or culture of favors -- "judge" the ethics of outsiders, presuming to stigmatize victims for life as "unethical" or "guilty of something, we don't know what." ("Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?" and "America's Legal Ethics Today.")
The legal culture of New Jersey has become symbolic of decadence and corruption in legal processes. The failures of America's legal system are now, seemingly, beyond the control of a federal government being made irrelevant to the de facto take-over by organized crime of an American state. The mafia still runs New Jersey. ("More Mafia Members Arrested in New Jersey" and "Organized Crime Group in New Jersey's State Police.")
The illegality and corruption that is structural in the Garden State is obscured by hypocritical and fraudulent displays of bogus concerns at the destruction of expendable lives -- ideally, gentile lives, Latino and African-American lives. By placing violent members of the underclass in prison, people may be convinced that the court system is dealing with the "crime problem" as opposed to reflecting that problem and making it worse. The offenders who need to be placed in prison often wear judicial robes or hold elective office in New Jersey. I doubt that Mr. Obama will address this issue of corruption in his State of the Union speech. The world sees that corruption and our hypocrisy. ("N.J.'s Larry Peterson Cleared by DNA" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "What is it like to be plagiarized?" and "America's Holocaust.")
"Judge Mark Russello issued a sealing order" -- I suspect that Debbie Poritz did the same in my case to protect her alleged lesbian lover, Diana Lisa Riccioli -- "and protective order in the civil case brought last year by long time organized crime investigator James Sweeney, which alleges that a 'prominent' member of an unnamed prosecutor's office had a 'personal and business relationship' with a reputed mobster."
This kind of "relationship" (bribery?) is not unusual among prosecutors, judges, or politicians in New Jersey. Perhaps such a relationship also explains the protection of Terry Tuchin by Mr. Rabner or Diana Lisa Riccioli by Ms. Poritz to say nothing of Mr. Prisco's release from prison. Given the sexual relationship with Ms. Riccioli (together with Diana's "involvement" with Marilyn Straus) and possible outside-the-record conversations concerning my life between Ms. Poritz and Ms. Riccioli, should Deborah T. Poritz have been involved in any way in generating or deciding matters concerning me?
Is this level of bias against any litigant "ethical" for a judge, Ms. Poritz? I doubt it. I wonder whether male litigants were always at a disadvantage with Ms. Poritz as a judge? Probably. The frame-up will not help now, Ms. Poritz. Did Diana make very young women "available" to you, Ms. Poritz, for deviant sexual acts of some kind? Catholic school students perhaps, Ms. Poritz? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?" then "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
"Sweeney maintains he was transferred and then terminated in retaliation for pursuing an investigation. He's seeking damages in part for economic losses and emotional distress." Was Mr. Sweeney declared an "unethical" investigator?
I hope and expect that Mr. Sweeney will get those damages. I further hope that Mr. Sweeney will then write a book about his experiences. I will certainly read such a book. If New Jersey residents wish to clean up the state and do something about the corruption that blights the lives of Garden State residents, then punitive damages in terms of a substantial monetary award in favor of Mr. Sweeney may send the right message to Trenton's politicians. This level of corruption must be punished because it will cost the state millions of dollars. ("Will Governor Christie End the Nightmare?")
I do not have the resources to pursue a civil lawsuit -- a lawsuit which would be delayed and obstructed at every turn by N.J.'s A.G. and other lawyers, but I can argue my case (indefinitely) in the court of public opinion, so that it will never go away and ends up costing the state millions in terms of lost tourist dollars, discouraged business ventures, damaged perception in many places in the world, and in lots of other ways. I can embarass tainted government officials and corrupt judges into doing the right thing.
I "have reason to believe" that my blogs are receiving more international media attention, every day. Perhaps a journalist will locate Marilyn Straus even if I cannot find her. Perhaps Marilyn's sister Lillian in Florida will be helpful. I will be posting more details of Marilyn's life-story in future writings, such as her employment history at Univision. ("Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")
"Bergen Prosecutor John Molinelli declined to comment Thursday, saying his 'office is not involved in the lawsuit.' ... " ("John Molinelli's Ethics Problem.")
I have never agreed to the denial of the truth, to me, or to the sealing of any record of interrogations, including criminal hypnosis sessions involving alleged "C.I.A. psychiatrist" Terry Tuchin (The Jewish Mengele) and alleged "psychologist" Diana Lisa Riccioli, or video tapes of sexual assaults against me, nor any other so-called "confidential" materials.
Why are those two individuals, Tuchin and Riccioli, being protected by New Jersey's tainted legal system? No one knows. How many African-Americans -- like Assatta Shakur -- have been tortured by those two persons? No one will say. ("Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal" and, again, "America's Holocaust.")
Not only will sealing the record in any matter prevent the public from following events in litigation, but it will allow soiled judges and officials to act secretly upon the lives of their victims in order to shield their determinations from examination by legal experts who may assess the validity of court actions. No doubt victims will be described as "delusional," like Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto in the words of Charles Stile in The Record. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" and "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" then "Civility.")
This kind of legalized secrecy is highly dangerous in a free society and can only be motivated -- aside from all rationalizations for public consumption -- to protect powerful persons from the consequences of their illegalities. If such a determination that a legal record should be sealed is made unconstitutionally or criminally to protect mobsters and crooked politicians, how will this be known or corrected if the truth is hidden from the people or all victims? It won't be. ("Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")
Bosses and mafia figures will continue to get away with their crimes in the Garden State for many years to come. New Jersey's legal system will be further discredited -- if such a thing is possible -- by its own contradictions, lies, frauds, double standards and absence of legal as well as judicial ethics. New Jersey's reality in politics and law must be unacceptable in America. How much did they hurt you, Marilyn? What did they steal from you, Marilyn? What lies did they tell you about me, Marilyn?
Probably Marilyn Straus has been severely affected by decisions taken in her life to which she was not a party and that have still not been fully disclosed to her. Ms. Straus may be incarcerated as a result of such illegalities and secret decisions. Many women are in similar situations -- but since they have not attended Yale University, no one is worried about their rights or genuine applicable feminist "issues." Feministing? Does "Dodi" belong to you, Ms. Poritz? Incarceration in undisclosed locations is one way to get rid of annoying witnesses. Right, Ms. Poritz? ("Not One More Victim.")
I am sure that Mumia Abu-Jamal is incarcerated, partly, to limit his ability to address issues of torture in prisons, the cruelty of death penalty sentences, and racism in society along with bias in the court system. ("Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal" and "Mumia Abu-Jamal and the Unconstitutionality of the Death Penalty.")
I wonder whether Ms. Poritz had sexual contact with Marilyn Straus at any time and/or under any circumstances? Ms. Straus and I may never know the answer to such questions because we are not the sort of persons protected by what they call the "laws" in New Jersey. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Abuse and Exploitation of Women in New Jersey.")
There is something in New Jersey's surreal political culture that prevents people from grasping that heinous crimes for which the state bears responsibility -- like rape, theft, abuse of power or obstruction of justice -- makes N.J.'s corrupt officials and judges incompetent and unqualified to comment on the "ethics" of others, especially when it comes to their own victims. ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
Feel free to post any insult of me that you like on-line, OAE. Continuing harassments of me when I seek to access these blogs from my home computer will not help you. You cannot "move on" from wrongdoing without recognizing fault and attempting to make amends for such atrocious violations of human rights, ladies and gentlemen. Censorship or silencing critics is not an answer, Mr. Rabner. Preventing me from scanning my computer for security risks is less than an adequate response. Further computer warfare and more censorship makes things worse. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "How Censorship Works in America" then "What is it like to be plagiarized?" and "More Cybercrime and Censorship.")
You must deal with this situation, Mr. Christie and Mr. Rabner. Mr. Holder, is there nothing the Justice Department or FBI can do about this situation of public criminality and censorship emanating from New Jersey government? ("Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey" then "I Affirm This Single Moment of Rebellion.")

No doubt Mr. Hynes is a distinguished New Jersey attorney who would never kickback to Chief Justice Rabner. )
