Idida Rodriguez and N.J.'s Connected Lobbyists.

May 24, 2010 at 6:50 P.M. Is it true that a "Mafia Task Force" has been set up by the U.S. Attorney's Office/F.B.I. in New Jersey with "enhanced resources" to cope with the political protection for the mob in the Garden State? Keep an eye on Rabner.

April 30, 2010 at 6:29 P.M. Interference with my security system once again makes it impossible to update my protection. I am running a second complete scan of my computer today. I expect the computer warfare to continue, mostly because corruption permits American state governments to facilitate this censorship effort. Paralysis and corruption in government makes dealing with this cybercrime difficult. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?")

April 30, 2010 at 9:10 A.M. Hackensack Police Chief, Ken Zisa, has been asked to surrender himself to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office (no problem) in connection with allegations of insurance fraud or maybe more allegations of criminal conduct, like obstruction of justice.

Not much will happen to Mr. Zisa at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. Bergen County was described to me by lawyers all over New Jersey as the biggest clubhouse in the legal system. I will be only too happy to name lawyers, including some who are now judges, who expressed this opinion and much worse about that mafia turf.

Only one inserted "error" overnight is not too bad. Keep it up, fellas. Rumors of additional forthcoming arrests in north Jersey cannot be confirmed at this time.

Monsy Alvarado, "Cop Chief Charged With Fraud: Sources Say Case Stems From Report on Girlfriend's Crash," in The Record, April 30, 2010, at p. A1. (Alleged connections to the Gambino crime family are, presumably, denied by Mr. Zisa, who is rumored to be a "friend" of Senator Menendez.) Diana Lisa Riccioli?

April 29, 2010 at 9:17 A.M. In addition to obstructions of my access to my blogs yesterday, I have just encountered an attempted alteration of my profile to delete even the understated number of hits. Images are still blocked. Spacing was affected in my draft of this essay. Other obstacles must be overcome. My estimate is that, at least, 50,000 or more hits have been received at these blogs.

Marcy Gordon & Tom Raum, "Senate Assails Bank's 'Greed': Goldman Execs Defend Tactics," in The Record, April 28, 2010, at p. A1. (These men have a future in New Jersey politics or the mafia -- redundancy?)
Brian T. Murray, "New Jersey's Air Quality a Low Point of Nationwide Report," in The Record, April 28, 2010, at p. A-3. (Putrid air seems to hover over Senate building and Supreme Court chambers in Trenton. Ms. Rodriguez?)

Matt Friedman, "Sarlo Sees 'Retaliation' at Hospital," in The Record, April 28, 2010, at p. A-4. (Protester at closing of corrupt hospital for mentally ill patients that served as an alleged "rape center" was terminated. See "A Killing in New Jersey's House of Healing.")
Bob Horowitz, "Deliberations Begin in Child Sex Case," in The Star Ledger, April 28, 2010, at p. 15. (Another glimpse at New Jersey's rampant child-abuse, -porn, and -prostitution culture, often "relations" exist between teachers and very young students. How are the legal troubles, Mr. Prado?)
James Ahearn, "For Lobbyists, Many New Jersey Benefits," in The Record, April 28, 2010, at p. A-13. (Slimy political and judicial whores again, like Joel T. Leyner or Deborah T. Poritz.)

"I have been writing about New Jersey and its state government, on and off, for half a century, but it was not until Sunday that I fully grapsed a key fact:"

James Ahearn writes in The Record:

"The lobbyists are on the take."

"They do not just throng the halls of the State House when the Legislature is in session, seeking to influence votes on pending bills. No, many of them are also being paid by the state for part-time work."

"This work, which usually has nothing to do with lobbyist's key legislative concerns, paid as little as $1,500 a year until two years ago. But it entitled the recipient to generous health and pension benefits." (emphasis added)

Mind you, pension funds are endangered for cops, firefighters and teachers while these political leeches are sucking the blood out of the system. ("New Jersey is $46 BILLION 'Short' in Pension Funds.")

"In 2008, the pay threshold was raised to $7,500, in legislation signed by Gov. Jon Corzine." -- Give our regards to Carla, Jon! -- "But it entitled the recipient to generous health and pension benefits."

Let us take the case of the, allegedly, much-vilified and detested "Idida Rodriguez." Is this person a lesbian Cubanaza? I "have reason to believe" that Ms. Rodriguez is also a bosom friend of Senator Bob ("I love cranberries!") Menendez. Does Ms. Rodriguez know "Lourdes Santiago, Esq."? Nydia Hernandez, Esq.? Anne Milgram, Esq.? Who can say? I wouldn't be surprised.

Plastic covers for the furniture and a little glass of water with an apple in the apartment, right, Idida? Santeria? Have you "made" your Santo, Idida? Have a cigar. Don't forget to wear white.

"During the McGreevey administration [need I say more?] she was part of a team that won a $1.5 MILLION public relations contract with the troubled schools construction corporation." ("Cement is Gold" and "Da Jersey Code" then "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

I wonder how "Idida" shows her appreciation to BobbyM? Do you make a little flan, Idida? Do you bring "friends" to meet the "Great Man" from Union City?

"[Ms. Rodriguez] also served in Corzine's election campaigns for U.S. senator and governor."

Take the contents of that bag over to the office, Ms. Rodriguez. You do the dirty work, Idida? I wonder whether Idida has visited my sites or can explain the "shenanigans" at these blogs?

Perhaps we will find out soon. As one of the Cubanoids from Weehawken once said to me: "We will talk about!" How true.

"Now she works for a lobbying firm, 1868 Public Affairs, as well as managing her own firm, Irodz Associates, earning in all [at least on her tax returns] $84,288 last year." ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Is Idida a friend of Mary Anne Kricko? Gilberto Garcia? Still "on the public tit," Idida? Another sleazy New Jersey lawyer? How much of this was public money "earned" by Ms. Rodriguez, the Jersey lobbyist? Are you, Ms. Rodriguez, a "friend" of Jim ("You-Gotta-Pay-to-Play") McGreevey? Albio Sires? Zulima Farber, Esq.?

"Clients of 1868 Public Affairs include Bally, Scherring, Sharp and Wal-Mart Stores. [I wonder if Idida Rodriguez "knows" in the Biblical sense Nydia Hernandez, Esq.? Anne Milgram, Esq.?] In addition she has two part-time PUBLIC jobs, paying $8,500 from the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission" -- very appropriate! -- "and $12,000 from the Local Finance Board, which also includes Fox. You wonder how she finds time for all her" ... 'responsibilities.' ... "

I wonder whether Idida has attempted to debate me on philosophical issues? Were you at "The Philosophy Cafe," Ms. Rodriguez? If so, at whose request did you visit that site? You are welcome to debate me any time. Jersey tomato? Or Florida orange? Disbarment proceedings may be arriving soon for Idida? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

May 1, 2010 at 10:07 P.M. Attempts to make use of my pay-per-view service resulted in a notice "Error 101" and the inability to use this service. I am sure this is only a coincidence. Continuing developments in the Hackensack Police Department, including appointment of Menendez man, Tomas Padilla, to the Chief's position is being monitored. La Bolita?

I can only hope that these developments are unrelated to my computer troubles and sudden difficulties with my television signal. Evidently, Assistant Chief Frank Zisa has "retired," other resignations may be in the works. Further -- possibly unrelated -- arrests are also in the works, or so they say. The Bergen County Prosecutor's office is "supervising" the Hackensack Police Department. F.B.I. interest in the matter is unconfirmed, but the feds may be "supervising" the Bergen County prosecutors.

I understand that at least one Hudson County police department is under intense scrutiny these days. I would not rely either on county prosecutors or the state police in such matters.

"Lay Off the Lobbyists: Towns Shouldn't Be Paying to Influence State," (Editorial) in The Star Ledger, April 30, 2010, at p. 10.

"Every time a lobbyist was sent by a municipality to persuade state Sen. Loretta Weinberg (D-Bergen) to wring more money from the state budget for that town, she wondered why the mayor didn't just pick up the phone."

If the mayor used a lobbyist -- especially an expensive one -- he or she might well expect that lobbyist to show "appreciation" for the hefty fees being paid by a town's officials for that service. The word "kickback" is not exactly unknown to New Jersey politicians.

" ... 'Why do they need a middle man?' Weinberg says. 'Municipalities are our most important clients. Towns don't need a lobbyist to come to my office. I can't remember a single time when I thought they were getting their money's worth.' ..."

I bet the politicians were happy. Loretta, you've got a great country music name.

"So then, what do lobbyists do to earn their pay?"

"Says Weinberg: 'I have no idea.' ..."

A likely story, Loretta. After leaving office, chances are that Loretta will get into the wonderful world of lobbying because she has an excellent idea of what lobbyists do and why they do their "thing."

"I was born a coal miner's daughter" -- Loretta sang, wistfully. But Loretta will retire a rich lobbyist, just like the other ex-politicians.

" ... According to reports filed with the Election Law Enforcement Commission, public bodies spent more than $2.1 MILLION on hired guns in 2009."

Idida Rodriguez, just how well do you know "Big Pappa" Menendez? Do you "kickback" to Bobby so he can send you some business, Idida? ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

"Municipal lobbying should be outlawed. It's a silly idea, really."

Senator Bob thinks lobbying has its merits. Right, Bobby? How's Ms. LiCausi and the whole Xanadu embroglio? Who has the canolis? ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Are you getting a whiff of New Jersey's political rot?

Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli's Ethics Problem.

May 4, 2010 at 8:32 A.M. Rumors of legal ethics investigations at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office cannot be confirmed. The following bogus advertisement was attached, illegally, to this blog:

"Injured? Divorce? Chase & Chase Lawyers Have 100 Years Combined Experience! http://www.chaseandchase.com/ " ("Frat-boy humor," Mr. Zisa?)

Harvy Lipman, "Prosecutor Removes Himself From Ken Zisa Case," in The Record, May 3, 2010, at p. L-7.

"The criminal investigation into former Hackensack Police Chief Ken Zisa is being handled by First Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor William Galda, because Prosecutor John Molinelli recused himself from the case."There are several features of this situation to be noticed because they reveal the reality in New Jersey's legal world.

First, it is a very small world in Bergen County law and politics -- maybe in New Jersey's legal and political system. Hence, perceptions are crucial. I am sure that this fertile climate for rumors provided one weapon used against me. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")

Mr. Molinelli must have "known" this defendant and should never have been involved in investigating this matter since he will have many common friends with the "target." Rumors of mafia influence with the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office are nothing new. I am sure that there is something to such concerns. Appearance of impropriety? ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

Second, this latest move will be perceived by the public as "all in the family," one hand washing the other, or whatever trite and tired phrase you may wish to use. Most importantly, the likely continued participation of Mr. Molinelli from behind the scenes will make any use of prosecutorial "discretion" to favor the defendant -- or any crucial lack of evidence -- highly suspect. Molinelli may be taking care of things for his political "godfather."

The public is bound to assume that the investigation of Mr. Zisa is tainted. They may be right. What political deals are being made behind the scenes we may never know. Will this all "go away" for Mr. Zisa? We will see. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "More Problems for Menendez -- Tapes!")

"Zisa surrendered to authorities Thursday night to face INSURANCE FRAUD charges. [Terry Tuchin? Edgar Navarrete? Jose Ginarte?] At a news conference Friday to anounce that Zisa had been removed as chief and that Molinelli's office is now overseeing the police department, Galda also noted that he was leading the investigation."

From the boss to the capo regime, as it were:

" ... Molinelli said he couldn't discuss the reasons for his decision, citing his responsibility to make sure he complies with legal ethics. [Joke?] He would say only that the conflict involved a witness in the investigation."

Bergen County is notorious for incomplete and unfinished investigations, negligent or distracted efforts to get to the bottom of things. Do your job, Mr. Galda. Do not merely protect politically-connected defendants from the feds. Such protection would be "irresponsible," Mr. Galda, or even criminal.

Have you no shame in New Jersey's legal profession and judiciary? Altering the number of hits at my profile will not fool anyone and confirms much of what I am saying.

New Jersey's Zisa "Family" Goes to the Matresses.

May 24, 2010 at 6:13 P.M. F.B.I. agents are said to be intensifying an "inquiry" into matters in Bergen County this week.

May 3, 2010 at 9:58 P.M. Developments in Bergen County are becoming more interesting by the second. Mr. Molinelli is stepping aside because of a possible "conflict." Federal agents are allegedly looking into "this" matter. The other shoe is about to drop. Stay tuned to this station. Harvey Lipman, "Prosecutor Removes Himself From Ken Zisa Case," in The Record, May 3, 2010, at p. L-7.

May 3, 2010 at 5:45 P.M. "Errors" were inserted in several essays. I have done my best to make necessary corrections. Titles of essays will be altered in my blogger list. I will ignore such loathsome tactics in order to rise to higher ground.

May 3, 2010 at 9:17 A.M. Another fraudulent advertisement was attached, illegally, to this blog:

"Suffered Clergy Abuse? Strict Confidentiality New York Law Firm. http://www.clergy-abuse-lawyers.com "

The origin of this advertisement is in New Jersey and does not involve "Ads by Google." Persons claiming molestation by rabbis, priests, or Islamic clerics are "invited" to file law suits against their religious institutions. This may be an unethical advertisement for any lawyer, except in New Jersey. Mr. Zisa or his ilk? Mr. Padilla, perhaps?

May 2, 2010 at 1:03 P.M. An advertisement was, illegally, attached to this blog where all advertisements are prohibited. I surmise that this expression of vicious antisemitisim originates with organized crime and political figures in New Jersey and not with "Ads by Google."

"Learn Hebrew Online, Learn Modern or Biblical Hebrew with Israel's best teachers. http://www.hebrewonline.com/ "

I doubt that you can learn Hebrew online. However, I suspect that this is about dismissing me as an "uppity Jew." I have been described in such terms by persons who thought I was Jewish since I often read about physics and other "weird" topics. Perhaps I will be described as Asian by next week? What will they say when they learn of my interest in jazz?

May 2, 2010 at 12:15 P.M. Interference with my updating feature of my security system has required me to restart my computer. My t.v.'s pay-per-view feature still says: "Error 101." I wonder why that is? ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Kibret Markos, "Lodi Man Gets 50 Years in Sex Abuse Case, Faces Trial in 1972 Killing of Brother," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. 6. (Another child sex abuse spree in New Jersey as police chiefs were busy "politicking.")
Mike Kelly, "Hackensack Cleanup Will Get Messier," in The Record, May 1, 2010, at p. A7.

"The Hackensack boys lined up Friday afternoon in a windowless room, their expressions frozen as they listened to Bergen County's top law enforcement officer basically tell them that their city's Police Department was broken and in need of a baby sitter."

This is true of most local New Jersey police departments because they are private armies for political bosses handing out rewards for loyal service. N.J. police brass are often in the pay of mafia bosses. Most cops are great; most leadership in police departments is political (or worse) and not-so great.

Mr. Padilla in Hackensack is the kind of police officer and "freeholder" that you will get in such a system: loyal to the power structure, official and unofficial, unintelligent and obedient, a cog in the machine who will not make waves and who will do any and all "favors" for bosses in order to advance his career. Cubanazo?

Now they gotta find another "freeholder."

"The problem wasn't just the police chief, Charles 'Ken' Zisa, who had just been charged with fraud after allegedly trying to cover up a car accident involving a tipsy gal pal."

This is probably how they set up defendants iin the criminal justice system: fraudulent reports and paid-off or intimidated witnesses.

"On Friday, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli described a litany of problems for Hackensack cops that go far beyond their chief's love life."

"But Molinelli was far too kind to Zisa."

"The unfolding story as told to me by rank-and-file cops portrays the chief as the master of this civic disaster. Their allegations range from frat boy cronyism and flat-out political arm twisting to a creepy tradition of soliciting local businesses for campaign contributions that seems all too close to political shakedowns."

This sounds like Bob Menendez in Hudson County. Buy some tickets to my dinner and you'll get your variance applications granted. $5,000 to $10,000 every six months and we'll be your friends. No thanks.

" ... 'We want to nip this in the bud right now,' [Bergen Prosecutor] Mollineli said."

Irony? Window dressing? Real? You decide. Is it possible for locals to "clean up" Bergen County? I doubt it. It will take federal action to do such a thing.

"Mollineli's words -- and his decision to appoint a police department monitor -- seemed like a long-awaited balm. Finally, someone is trying to fix one of Bergen County's biggest political embarassments -- the Hackensack Police Department."

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office can also use a little make-over. One theory is that they acted on this matter because Bergen Prosecutors and the "boys" heard the F.B.I. was looking into Zisa.

The Zisa FAMILY would rather keep this in the neighborhood. Mayor Marlin Townes said he "don't speak English." City Manager Stephen Lo Iacono explained that he is "for all the people of our wonderful city."

The Zisa FAMILY seems to be "everywhere" in Hackensack and Bergen County.

"Besides the police chief, there is a deputy police chief who suddenly retired on Friday, two former mayors and a still-on-the job city attorney."

" ... [New Police Chief] Padilla is a close ally of Zisa [with even greater loyalties to Bob Menendez and the N.J. Democrat machine.] You also need to know that Padilla was handpicked to run for a county freeholder's seat by now CONVICTED Bergen County Democratic Boss Joe Ferreiro."

The allegations concerning Gambino family influence in Bergen County and, specifically, within the Hackensack Police Department, can neither be confirmed nor denied by observers. The current authorities claim that they "don't know from nothing about no mafia." 'Dem guys. What are ya gonna do?

You certainly have to think about this "rumor" when you talk to these guys. I will be happy to name lawyers who expressed concerns abut mafia influence in Bergen County, including among members of the Superior Court in that county. Let's see if they insert more "errors" in my writings. Tell your friends in law-enforcement about this war.

New Jersey Police Chief Ken Zisa Arrested.

May 24, 2010 at 11:24 A.M. The title to this essay was altered at my blog. I have reposted the essay with the hope that hackers from New Jersey will continue to demonstrate their criminality. Don't disappoint me, boys.

May 22, 2010 at 5:17 P.M. The title to this work as it appears on my list has been altered. This would be in keeping with the allegations of "altering" the reports of others made against Mr. Zisa. I wonder whether Mr. Zisa can provide information concerning the identity of persons involved in cybercrime, violations of civil rights, and other offenses against me?

May 1, 2010 at 10:15 P.M. I experienced a more than one hour delay in a short subway ride tonight. The MTA has many difficulties on the weekends. I am sure that was the explanation. "Error 101?" I am informed that "racketeering" and "racketering" are equally acceptable. Feel free to spell the word as you prefer. This will be a popular word and activity in New Jersey.

"Hackensack Police Chief Ken Zisa surrendered to Bergen County authorities Thursday night in Paramus to face an insurance fraud charge, a law enforcement source said."

"Zisa, 56, arrived at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office building on Eisenhower Drive shortly after 9 p.m., the source said."

" ... The charges stem from a February 2008 accident in which Zisa's then-girlfriend struck a utility pole on Moore Street in Hackensack while driving a car owned by the chief, two sources said. Zisa allegedly ordered the officers to write in their report that Kathleen Tiernan had struck the pole after swerving to avoid an animal, even though the first officers who responded reported smelling alcohol, several sources said." (emphasis added)

New Jersey's DWI law is one of the toughest in the country. I have never been charged with DWI. The driver shrewdly claimed, allegedly, that the pole hit her.

"An insurance claim was then filed for damages the vehicle sustained in the crash, leading to the fraud charge, one source said."

Mr. Zisa is a product of a "family" with local political and other "muscle." There was a very harsh municipal court judge who many thought was insane in Belleville, I believe, with a similar name back when Tom Zampino was the local prosecutor. Was it Zina? I wonder if Mr. Zina is still free to live in society?

Mr. Zampino is now a Superior Court judge, I believe, in Essex County who when hit with a long brief as municipal prosecutor uttered the immortal words: "I am not going to read this shit!"

Thoughtfully, in exchange for not reading the bief, Zampino dismissed the charges against the defendant in that matter. Mr. Zampino is my kind of prosecutor. Perhaps this result explains the length of the brief with many case citations.

"This past year has been a tumultuous one for the Hackensack Police Department, with Zisa named in five separate civil lawsuits filed by 15 current and former police officers. The officers alleged that Zisa -- who also served as a Democrat state assemblyman for the 37th District from 1994 until 2002 -- abused his authority by retaliating against officers who did not contribute to his state election campaigns or those of candidates he supports in county, city and local police union elections."

Shakedowns of local businesses by municipal officials is nothing unusual in New Jersey. I was never a BobbyM supporter. I did not buy tickets for Menendez "dinners." I supported another candidate, Bob Haney, in an early Congressional run against Menendez because I believed that the county needed fresh and honest blood in politics. I do not regret those opinions or that support. I wonder whether this made me a target for Mr. Menendez or his "family"? It is more than amazing and sad that Menendez is a member of the U.S. Senate. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?")

"Zisa is a member of a Hackensack political dynasty. His FAMILY members have served, at various times, as mayor and deputy mayor, deputy police chief and city counsel."

The Zisas are very well connected in New Jersey. It must have been the Barzzinis all along.
