N.J.'s Michael Ritacco is a Political Underboss.

November 29, 2010 at 8:51 A.M. A single word was removed from this text -- like an elbow in the face during a basketball game -- and I have now restored that word to the text. Are Joseph A. Rodriguez, of the C.I.A. and Iliana Ross-Lehtinen of the U.S. Congress part of "basketball-gate" at the White House? Time for more "error" insertions, Cubanoids? (Mr. Rodriguez is identified as "Puerto Rican" in the U.S. and is regarded as a Cubanoid by most of the world.)

November 15, 2010 at 11:09 A.M. "Errors" inserted overnight will now be corrected.
November 14, 2010 at 9:22 A.M. My computer's cable signal was cut off yesterday evening. I was unable to write at my home computer most of the day. I plan to make use of more public computers in the days and weeks ahead. Additional essays focusing on new corruption and legal incompetence in New Jersey are coming up.

November 12, 2010 at 9:24 P.M. The cable signal to my computer was blocked causing my computer to be turned off. I have rebooted my computer. I am beginning to suspect that there is foul play involved in these experiences. My essay on Richard Rorty and George Orwell has been altered and corrected, again. Due to all of the attacks against my home computer, I will try to do most of my writing from public computers.

November 12, 2010 at 12:32 P.M. My computer's cable signal was blocked earlier. This caused my computer to be turned off. My access to editing my writings was blocked. I will try to write from multiple public computers today. This continuation of censorship and psychological torture methods cannot be controlled by the federal government, apparently. Mafia influence in America may well extend into federal law enforcement agencies.

Please tell your friends in other countries about this situation, contact law enforcement wherever you are, tell others about these crimes, committed publicly, against an American dissident. For some reason, I am always getting e-mails returned to me that I never sent:

"JUSTICE JACKSON: Protective custody meant that you were taking people into custody who had not committed any crimes but who, you thought, might possibly commit a crime?" [OAE?]

"HERMAN GOERING: Yes. People were arrested and taken into custody who had not yet committed any crime, but who could be expected to do so if they remained free ... the original reason for creating the concentration camps was to keep there such people whom we rightfully considered enemies of the state." [Guantanamo?]

-- The Trial of Herman Goering, Nuremberg, 1946.

David Rose, Guantanamo: The War on Human Rights (New York & London: The New Press, 2004), p. 1. (Did Terry Tuchin and Debbie Poritz see me as an "enemy of the state" because I believe in the Constitution or happen to be a Latino gentile?)

November 12, 2010 at 10:02 A.M. On several occasions this morning my table of contents and list of works at my blogs has been whited-out or blocked, presumably by legal officials unaware that "prior restraints on political speech" by government agents in America may constitute CRIMINAL violations of civil rights. I will struggle to continue writing from some locations in the city. I do not wish to find more cigarette cases containing money or other such surprises in my home. Public censorship was once impossible in America. I do not want anyone's debit or credit cards. Only one inserted "error" since this morning?

November 12, 2010 at 9:35 A.M. "Errors" will be inserted on numerous occasions in this text. I will try to make corrections every time I discover such inserted "errors." Over the past several weeks, daily blocking of my computer signal causing the shutting off of my computer has accompanied my writing efforts. I have tried to develop a number of locations from which to write on public computers. I will do my best to continue doing so. I expect more sabotage, blocking of my cable signal, intrusions into my computer, and defacements of my writings in an effort to inflict further emotional harm and to censor or prevent criticisms of mafia control of New Jersey. I will struggle to continue writing. It is very interesting to see people walking towards me counting money, but (unlike N.J. politicians) I am not for sale. Ethics, Mr. Rabner? ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" then "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

"Former Toms River Schools Superintendent Michael Ritacco pleaded not guilty to bribery and fraud charges Wednesday, and his lawyer dismissed the case against him as preposterous."

"The lawyer, Jerome Bellarotto, described Ritacco as a 'man of integrity,' serving Toms River ["Famous for Cancer for the Entire Family!"] for decades and leading a successful construction company with never a hint of criminal conduct ..."

No, definitely not a hint -- but only the reality of criminal conduct, allegedly.

"Asked about the possibility of more charges in the case, Bellarotto said: 'Bring it on.' ..."

It is always a good idea for a defense attorney to encourage law enforcement to bring more charges against his client. Why not ask them to go for the death penalty against your client, Mr. Bellaroto?

"Ritacco, 62, is accused of taking up to $2 MILLION in kickbacks from a health insurance [provider] doing business with his school district. Gifts include a $30,000 watch, appliances and jewelry, authorities said. He surrendered to the FBI on October 21, when the indictment was unsealed."

Members of the African-American community in New Jersey said: "Let's get tough on crime."

Mr. Ritacco no doubt believes that this expensive watch "benefitted the community."

" ... With 18 schools and 17,000 students, Toms River is New Jersey's fourth largest district. Ritacco's career in Toms River began 40 years ago as a fifth-grade teacher. He was superintendent for 18 years, and was a member of Governor's Christie's transition team."

Paul Fishman is a Democrat serving as U.S. Attorney interested in corruption among Republicans. Mr. Fishman, do you approve of censorship? How about computer crime? ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "How Censorship Works in America.")

"Bellarotto said charges against Ritacco are the result of allegations by 'self-confessed con-men.' A Toms River school official and health insurance broker have allegedly pleaded guilty in connection with the alleged bribery scheme." ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Terry Tuchin is a Ridgewood Republican -- residing not too far from Ridgefield -- "connected" to corrupt Republicans, allegedly and reputedly. "Corrupt Republicans" may be a redundancy. "Corrupt Demorats" is already a redundancy in Trenton. Mr. Tuchin is known as "the Jewish Mengele." (Again: "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Does this "connection" explain why Mr. Tuchin -- self-professed "C.I.A. psychiatrist" -- has not been indicted or arrested, even as he refuses to turn over his torture files to victims? Has Mr. Tuchin been involved in computer crimes committed against me, whether directly or indirectly? How many persons have you tortured under hypnosis, Terry? How many of your victims are attractive women, Terry? Were you responsible for the rape to which I was subjected, Terry Tuchin? I suspect so. Was Marilyn raped by good old Terry Tuchin? ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "Psychological Torture in the American Legal System.")

Mr. Bellarotto, do you have knowledge of computer crimes committed against me? John McGill, do you have knowledge of computer crimes committed against me and my home computer? Are you "gentlemen" aware of who may be obstructing communication efforts by me at this computer in my home? If so, have you assisted or remained silent in the face of such public criminality crossing state lines, which is subject to federal jurisdiction, Mr. Bellarotto and Mr. McGill? How about you, Terry Tuchin? ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Is it a fact that defense counsel causing legal complications and further troubles for a client should immediately step down as counsel in any pending matters affecting that client, Mr. Bellarotto? Does Mr. Bellarotto's statement create a conflict of interest with his own client? Is it also true that conflicts of interest with a client and statements inviting further criminal charges for a client may result in ethics sanctions against a defense attorney, Mr. Bellarotto, including disbarment? ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

Mr. Bellarotto and Mr. Doyle are deemed my "ethical superiors" in New Jersey by the disgraced Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) in Trenton. How much does it cost to "fix" an ethics matter now, John? Few of us are as ethical as Paul Bergrin, Esq. An essay focusing on new allegations of appalling actions by New Jersey judges and lawyers will be posted at this blog within days and more shocking revelations will follow in a few weeks. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Mr. Christie, even if Terry Tuchin is a financial supporter of your campaign efforts, this matter must be resolved. Shutting off my computer, denying access to my own writings to me, threats, are not the solution. Censorship and computer crime, more threats and attempts at intimidation are never the answer to government criminality. Cover-ups always make things worse. Shame on you, Mr. Christie. What did you know Mr. Christie and when did you know it? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers on the Tit.")

I can only hope that neither Mr. Christie nor members of his administration have been meeting with shady figures, such as Terry Tuchin or Diana Lisa Riccioli, and/or discussing matters pertaining to me without affording me notice or an opportunity to respond. I am sure that, as U.S. Attorney, Mr. Christie would not have remained apathetic to torture, theft, or commission of other crimes -- many publicly -- of a person targeted by the Jersey mafia, crimes like rape, even if this would have allowed Christie to pursue law enforcement goals that would get his picture in the newspapers. My family members and I are not "bait" for any law enforcement trap. (One new "error" since earlier this evening.)

Kim Guardagno, Esq., have you met with Terry Tuchin and/or Diana Lisa Riccioli? Have either of you -- Mr. Christie and/or Ms. Guardagno -- visited my sites and/or been aware of the serious allegations made herein or the crimes to which I have been subjected, publicly, over a period of many years? When did you first visit my sites? What steps have you (Mr. Christie or Ms. Guardagno) taken to apprehend the criminals responsible for atrocities, like rape and theft, censorship and suppressions of speech? ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

When did you, Mr. Christie and Ms. Guardagno, first become aware of these matters, if you were aware of these matters, and for how long have you remained apathetic to daily computer crimes and violations of civil rights at these blogs? Is MSN closed? I wonder why no images can be posted at my sites? Is there a connection between "Lulu" and New Jersey's "powers-that-be"? ("How Censorship Works in America" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

I hope we can all have tea and biscuits, soon. Any more computer crime or "errors" to be inserted in my writings by New Jersey's hackers? ("Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey" and "More Censorship and Cybercrime.")
