N.J.'s Child Molesters and Thieves.

April 6, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. I regret that I was unable to post a comment on Proust's Madeleins and essences in connection with memory as associated with the Richard Strauss Opera, Capriccio. Computer crime from New Jersey makes all posting efforts precarious and results in daily violations of copyright laws as well as the U.S. Constitution. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

A breaking scandal in New Jersey focuses on Joey DiVincenzo, Jr. (alleged affiliations with the Gambinos are probably denied) and others collecting a pension and salary for the same public job, probably one of several jobs held by this person. Chris Megerian & Seth Augenstein, "Foes United in Attack on Pension Loophole: At least 4 'Retired' Lawmakers Are Still on Job," in The Star Ledger, April 5, 2011, at p. 1. (Judges and prominent members of the bar will be featured next along with a full essay on this breaking scandal concerning Mr. DiVincenzo, formerly of the ethics committee perhaps.)
April 4, 2011 at 3:21 P.M. From a New York Public Computer. Finally, I was able to post the essay below against a tidal wave of obstructions from New Jersey.

April 4, 2011 at 10:39 A.M. Several attempts to post the essay which appears below from my home computer were obstructed by New Jersey's hackers. I will do my best to post this essay from multiple public computers. If necessary, I will attach it as an appendix to a previously posted essay. ("New Jersey's Child Abuse Epidemic" and "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester.")
Joseph Ax & Marlene Noones, "Treasurer for PTA Charged With Theft: Teaneck Group is Missing $7,000," in The Record, April 1, 2011, at p. A-7.
Erik Shilling, "Garfield Man Charged in Sex Assault," in The Record, March 30, 2011, at p. L-3.
"TEANECK -- The Treasurer of the Hawthorn Elementary School parent-teacher association has been charged with stealing approximately $7,000 from the organization's account."
" ... In addition, Nakita Small admitted to detectives that she is a Bogota resident and has been using someone else's address in Teaneck so that her child can attend school in town, Detective Lt. Andrew McGurr said."
If you live in N.J. and your everyday reality involves observing thefts of millions of dollars from the public treasury by politicians, lawyers and judges, there will come a time when you will see yourself as a fool for not stealing. ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers on the Tit" then "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
It is a mystery that Jaynee LaVecchia continues to "serve" on the New Jersey Supreme Court when the $300 MILLION that disappeared in the HIP scam have yet to be found. Maybe no one is looking for that money. How strange that such a sum is not missed by the authorities.
No wonder they are preventing me, illegally, from posting this essay from my home computer -- and getting away with these crimes, yet again. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")
Ms. LaVecchia was involved, at best, in a blatant conflict of interest in the HIP matter and has tarnished the state's highest tribunal with "the appearance of impropriety" while giving credence to allegations of mafia affiliations which alone make her unscathed status understandable. ("Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
As someone from Ridgewood, New Jersey once explained to me: "Everybody does it in New Jersey." By "it" is meant "scam the system." ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!" and "More Trouble for Ridgewood, New Jersey" then "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")
Those who refrain from stealing and choose to commit no crimes -- often against great social pressures to do so! -- are stigmatized as "unethical" by New Jersey's corrupt and politically-tainted legal ethics establishment. (Again: "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Administrative Law.")
Much the same applies to the state's child abuse epidemic in a jurisdiction now famous as the child-porn and -prostitution center of America. ("Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" and "New Jersey's Child Abuse Epidemic" and "New Jersey Prosecutors and the Mafia" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
"GARFIELD -- A city man was charged Thursday with sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl whose mother had hired him to drive her daughter to school, authorities said."
This is the third case, I believe, in which a child abuse victim was seven-years-old in less than a year. ("We don't know from nothing" and "More Child Abuse and Molestation in New Jersey.")
New Jersey's underground child-prostitution and -porn industry is largely run by the so-called "Cuban mafia." In one incident over 1,000 persons were arrested in several countries for manufacturing and distributing child-porn through an organization based in New Jersey.
Any death threats this morning from the "Cubanazos"? ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")
"Investigators observed Frailan Mendez, 71, parking his van on Monroe Street around 8:15 A.M. Tuesday, exiting the driver's side of the vehicle through the rear door."
Any relation, Senator? ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?")
I am told that computer attacks will be launched against my home computer to prevent me from posting comments on-line and that, "paid for" political influence, will prevent the feds from doing something about New Jersey's censorship. Let's see how accurate such a prediction will turn out to be. ("How censorship works in America" and "What is it like to be censored in America?" then "Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey.")
I can only hope that such a depressing view of American law enforcement is inaccurate. I will struggle to continue writing on-line and calling attention to New Jersey's disgusting spectacle of corruption and vice in the political and legal system, also throughout the appalling child-porn culture of America's "Soprano State."
"When officers approached the vehicle, they saw Mendez in the back of the van with the girl and arrested him, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said ..."
A detailed description of what this man was doing to the child should be unnecessary. The actions of the perpetrator were roughly equal to what New Jersey's Democrat-mafia is doing to the citizenry. ("Da Jersey Code" and "Celeste Carpiano Likes Da Shore.")
