Is Jorge R. De Armas, Esq. a Bag Man?

March 6, 2011 at 10:10 A.M. My on-demand feature of my t.v. service is blocked with the message "Service Unavailable at this Time -- Error 31." I am sure that this is merely a coincidence. Advertisements continue to be attached to these blogs against my will; my security system is still impaired; other defacements of these writings continue to be a daily reality.

March 5, 2011 at 1:51 P.M. My computer was turned off from a remote location last night as a result of hackers blocking my cable signal. I can neither confirm nor deny the "dropping" of subpoenas on The Miami Herald and Univision. I knew an "Executive Producer" at univision. Did you like that job, Marilyn Straus? Is Gloria Petri still doing the weather? ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

"The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office has seized records from the embattled public utility that serves water to southern Bergen and Passaic Counties."

"A prosecutor's investigator visited" -- you guessed it! -- "Clifton offices of the Passaic Valley Water Commission on Wednesday seeking the minutes from the agency's Oct. 21, 2009 meeting, according to George T. Hanley, the attorney for the Water Commission" who is likely to be facing terminal legal ethics proceedings. Mr. Hanley has probably served on New Jersey's Legal Ethics Committee. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?" then "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "American Legal Ethics Today.")

"A spokesperson for the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office had no comment Thursday. And Hanley said the subpoena did not spell out what investigators were looking for in the minutes."

In Bergen County, the Democrat-mafia made some last-minute moves before departing from office, moves allegedly attributed to the so-called "crooked" Dennis McNerny, Esq. -- who is allegedly and reputedly "connected" to Joe Ferreiro and Bob Menendez. Dem guys, geez. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"The utilities authority passed two resolutions at its February 24 meeting that Donovan" -- the new Republican official entrusted with overseeing this nightmare -- "vetoed Tuesday."

"One of the resolutions appointed JORGE R. DE ARMAS, ESQ., as the authority's acting board secretary [sic.] ..."

Mr. De Armas is a baby lawyer affiliated with Bobby Menendez and Bergen's Democrats. Using such persons as fronts allows BobbyM and others like him -- such as the senior partners at this young man's "firm" -- to enjoy plausible denial when their various "alleged" scams come to light.

Money for legal representation usually comes back to politicians appointing law firms to do this "work," either in the form of contributions or outright bribery. Right, Alex Booth? Howard Brownstein? How's Bob Barry doing these days?

"And the other [resolution] appointed the Waters, McPherson, McNeil law firm as the general counsel. The [Democrats] authorized the law firm to be paid-up to $450,000 during next year." (emphasis added!)

"Mr. De Armas is an associate" -- i.e., flunkie -- "with Waters, McPherson, McNeil which employs the husband of Freeholder Bernadette McPherson. ..."

No conflict of interest, huh? Nepotism? Pay-to-Play? Rumors of kickbacks reaching Joe Ferreiro, Bob Menendez, Dennis McNerny from such appointments to connected and cooperative contributing law firms can neither be confirmed nor denied. I am sure that somebody is taking care of Stuart Rabner in one way or another -- probably both ways. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers on the Tit" then "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

A number of local judges are products of the Democrat-mafia organization since they play ball with these people so as to share in the loot when times are good. In other words, next time somebody like McGreevey -- Or Codey, Sweeney, Rice -- becomes New Jersey's governor, these are the guys and gals who will make out like "bandits." YOU, New Jersey's tax payers will continue to get screwed. Enjoy.
