Emerson Police Chief Michael Saudino Violates Law.

October 4, 2010 at 12:21 P.M. Call received from "Name Unavailable" at 11:53 A.M. at 298-000-1065. Coincidence? I am very popular with "Name Unavailable."

James M. O'Neill, "Technology Demands New Public Records Laws," in The Record, September 30, 2010, at p. L-3. (N.J. consistently ignores its public records laws denying personal information to victims of government crimes, illegally, and engaging in criminal cover-ups of state atrocities.)
"County Takes Over Police Department," in The Record, October 2, 2010, at p. A-3. (The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office takes over the Princeton Police Department pursuant to alleged "corrupt" acquisition of public properties through criminal frauds by dirty cops, including Police Chief Mark Emann. "Princeton" is a center of political corruption and home to Nobel laureates defining the paradox that is New Jersey.)
Lauren Nurgard, "U.S. Apologizes for 1940s Syphilis Study: Deliberately Infected 700 Guatemalans," in The Record, October 2, 2010, at p. A-5. (The level of cancer-causing agents in groundwater and earth samples in many N.J. towns -- including Garfield and, allegedly, Ridgewood -- is so high that feds are recommending drastic remedies after years of inaction by bribed state officials, allegedly.)
Monsy Alvarado, "2 Cops Charged With Record Fraud: Allegedly Tried to Hide Crash Evidence," in The Record, October 2, 2010, at p. L-1. (Police officers Jakub Szotak, 24, was involved, along with Eric Mark, 30, in "falsifying records," like Trenton's OAE, at Hackensack's tainted police department.)
Michael Gartland, "Sheriff Says Emerson Police Chief Broke the Law," in The Record, October 2, 2010, at p. L-1. (Emerson Police Chief Michael -- a.k.a. "the Big Sardine" -- Saudino violated municipal ordinances.)
James O'Neill, "Pharmacist Gets 3 Years in Drug Scam," in The Record, October 2, 2010, at p. L-2. (Jersey City pharmacist pocketing medicaid payments and engaging in various "scams" may be connected to Brent Schundler, New Jersey's former Education Commissioner and Christie's former buddy, also the once and maybe future mayor of Jersey City.)

"Bergen County Sheriff Leo McGuire is alleging that his Republican opponent, Emerson Police Chief Michael [the "Big Sardine"] Saudino, violated [a] municipal ordinance because he did not obtain permission from the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office to run for sheriff."

Mr. Saudino denies alleged Gambino crime family affiliations, despite the mysterious amounts of "bootleg" cigarettes and other so-called "contraband" available in his town, allegedly, including increasing amounts of illegal drugs. New Jersey is the midst of a heroin epidemic. 10% off the top for the local cops, allegedly?

"McGuire's lawyer, Paul Kaufman, said Friday that Emerson requires its law enforcement officials to get permission before running for political office."

" ... 'He never requested the consent of the prosecutor,' [$5,000 for Molinelli would take care of this little problem, probably,] Kaufman said of Saudino. 'He's a chief. He's required to enforce the rules and regulations, isn't he?' ... "

Whatta-ya talking about? This is Jersey! There ain't no rules. It's all relative. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Police officers in the Garden State may serve as private soldiers for political bosses and mafia chieftains -- often these are the same people, politicians and mafia bosses -- who can get them promotions and perks down the road. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

"Two suspended city officers [Hackensack] have been charged with falsifying records stemming from a motor vehicle accident involving one of the police officers while he was off-duty, authorities said Friday." (emphasis added)

What else is new? The OAE falsifies records, hides exculpatory material or destroys evidence, tampers with witnesses, then lies about it or stonewalls in response to requests for the truth. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

These are the lowlifes and scumbuckets entrusted with enforcing legal ethics rules in New Jersey. Mr. Christie, your state shames America as feces continues to be poured over the Bill of Rights for which America's men and women -- including quite a few from New Jersey -- are making the ultimate sacrifice.

Nobody wants a candidate on the national ticket that carries the aroma of NJ's corruption cesspool into America's political arena. Clean it up, Chris -- and then we'll talk. The hypocrisy and fraud in New Jersey's continued stonewalling effort as a non-response to my requests for information is disgraceful. Who do we gotta talk to about this thing here? ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies Chief Justice Rabner!")
