In the Belly of the Beast.

May 22, 2011 at 2:24 P.M. Access to this site was blocked a moment ago. I will now correct "errors" inserted overnight. I cannot say how many other writings have been altered by New Jersey's hackers.

Winnie Hu, "In Reversal, CUNY Votes to Honor Playwright," in The New York Times, May 10, 2011, at p. A21. (Jeffrey Wiesenfeld, a CUNY trustee, stated that: "Palestinians are not human beings." For Mr. Rabner, perhaps, I am not a human being.)
Jack Ewing & Alan Cowell, "Ex-Guard at Nazi Death Camp Is Found Guilty by a German Court," in The New York Times, May 13, 2011, at p. A4. (John Demjanjuk, a concentration camp guard served in the Nazi party because he believed that Jews were not human beings.)
William K. Rashbaum & Al Baker, "Suspects in Terror Case Wanted to Kill Jews, Officials Say," in The New York Times, May 13, 2011, at p. A21. (We may expect, sadly, many more efforts like these antisemitic actions in response to events in the Middle East where U.S. participation in peace talks is essential. At any time, 10-20 plots against Jews are brewing in New York alone.)
"Torture Suspect Surrenders," (Editorial) in The Record, May 12, 2011, at p. A3. (Marquis Smith of Trenton kidnapped, raped, beat-up his former 15 year-old girlfriend over four days. Mr. Smith was unable to give a reason for his actions and probably called it "therapy.")
Salvador Rizzo, "MDs Among 22 Charged in Drug Ring: Allegedly Sold Bogus Prescriptions," in The Record, May 12, 2011, at p. A-8. (New Jersey's medical profession is well represented in the illegal drug and child pornography industries: "American Doctors and Torture" and "An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")
Jane Mayer, "The Secret Sharer: Is Thomas Drake an Enemy of the State?," in The New Yorker, May 23, 2011, at p. 46. (Thomas Drake, Esq. is facing disbarment and criminal charges for telling the truth concerning waste, theft, and misconduct at the NSA.)
Finding myself struggling to speak of the tortures and censorship that I endure for protesting policies of a government for which I voted -- a government which seems unconcerned about Constitutional difficulties or possible adverse judgments of history -- I feel an iron-like loyalty to principles that once were widely-shared: respect for dissent, willingness to face an adversary, truth concerning motives and transparency in legal proceedings. As what is described in The New York Times, Book Review, Sunday, May 22, 2011 as a "sack of protein and water," I am (nonetheless) unrepentant about my humanism and concern for human dignity.
Americans are monitored 24 hours per day, our conversations are overheard and recorded, we are observed on-line, our writings are destroyed and/or suppressed, computers are destroyed, public money is stolen before our eyes -- all of this state overreaching generates little response from an apathetic population that is distracted by so-called "entertainment."
We are taught to believe that to object to these oppressive tactics makes us unpatriotic or "soft on terrorism." I disagree.
I seem unable to communicate to American officials that what is at stake in my situation is the meaning and genuineness of our Constitutional commitment to freedom of speech and due process of law for everyone. ("Manifesto for the Unfinished American Revolution.")
I direct these comments to Mr. Christie and New Jersey's Supreme Court. I request, once again, ALL torture files containing Tuchin's and Riccioli's reports and information as to the whereabouts, rapes and tortures of Marilyn Straus. ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "How censorship works in America.")
The crimes committed against me are not denied, as far as I can determine. My well-documented critiques of New Jersey's appalling and dismal reality are ignored by a lap-dog media. Unethical, corrupt officials and judges in America's "Soprano State" rationalize crimes committed against me with complaints about the "ethics" of my actions -- actions "produced" or "suggested" (these are terms of art in interrogational hypnosis) by paid hypnotists and torturers. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")
Mr. Rabner, you will not change the subject in this conversation. With or without my personal computer, I will continue to write and -- I have reason to believe -- I will be read by persons in many places in the world, including Paris, Beijing and even Union City, New Jersey. In writing on behalf of Mumia Abu-Jamal, Paul Auster says:
"We all want to live in a country we can be proud of. We all want to believe that America is a country in which there is, truly, justice for all. That is the single most important idea we have ever produced, and now it is your turn" -- Mr. Christie -- "to uphold that principle and prove that America is indeed a great country worthy of the respect and admiration we want to give it. All eyes are on you, [Governor Christie.] I am watching you, my fellow citizens are watching you, and we are praying that you will do what is wise and just."
