Is Avis Cole, Esq. an Ethical New Jersey Attorney?

April 14, 2010 at 8:32 A.M. One word removed from the text overnight. I have now corrected that inserted "error." On ABC's "Good Morning America" program a young man severely beaten by police was charged with "ethical lapses," until the crimes committed against the victim were revealed on video. I can relate to this poor young man's situation.

April 13, 2010 at 10:52 P.M. Several advertisements have, again, been attached illegally to these blogs, falsely attributed to "Ads by Google." The first advertisement below is an insulting dismissal of the views I defend based on the numerous scholars and scientists quoted in my writings:

"Access Universal Mind, Thought the Matrix Was Fiction? Think Again. Download Full Report. http://www.oneuniversalmind.com/ " (Yuk-yuk-yuk.)

The second advertisement purports to be about "New Jersey Bankruptcy Law." Foolishly, I thought most bankruptcy laws were federal matters:

"Bankruptcy Law -- New Jersey, Experienced & Affordable Lawyers. You Have Rights! Call 732-424-9388. http://www.jerseybankruptcylawyer.com/ "

April 13, 2010 at 10:10 A.M. An advertisement purporting to originate with "Ads by Google" has been attached to this blog, illegally:

New Jersey's meltdown continues to fascinate observers from all over the world. Governor's Christie's cuts in spending will produce additional and substantial losses in federal matching funds or supplemental assistance. More job and service cuts will be needed.

One result of this economic implosion is that the pain to New Jersey's residents caused by these drastic measures -- made essential by decades of Democrat corruption and blatant THEFT from the public treasury -- will be enhanced with acute suffering expected for many of the state's most vulnerable residents. The bright side of all this is the starvation of mafia-political leeches feeding on the "public tit" (as one N.J. politician expressed it) for years. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "More Mafia Figures Arrested in New Jersey.")

Anti-semitism (yes, you can write it that way) has always been a huge problem in New Jersey. Racism is worse. I suggest that, in searching for the culprits behind the latest wave of anti-semitic graffiti in Wayne, New Jersey, they begin with another investigation of the state police. For years, swastikas have decorated fields not far from the New Jersey Supreme Court's chambers. ("New Jersey's KKK Police Shocker," "Organized Crime Group in New Jersey's State Police," then "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Every criminal lawyer in New Jersey has defended drug dealers. Few lawyers in New Jersey have been subjected to criminal assaults, hypnosis, drugging and worse (like rape), unless they happen to be apolitical minority practioners challenging the system. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

Ms. Avis Cole was not subjected to such horrors, for example, although authorities allege that she was involved in drug dealing. Lawyers who are not involved in criminal activity are the victims of choice for the Trenton mob. Non-criminal lawyers are usually described as "unethical" -- unless they play ball with the power structure in the state, i.e., the mafia. An "error" was inserted in the foregoing sentence overnight. I expected worse. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "New Jersey's Mafia Culture in Law and Politics.")

New Jersey's criminally-tainted judiciary has been associated for years with the drug trade and with the state's thriving child-porn and -prostitution industry as well as global child sexual "services." You can order a prostitute, like a pizza, on-line in Union City, New Jersey. This child exploitation industry may be one of the few employers left in this most corrupt jurisdiction in the nation. ("New Jersey's Crooked Politicians, Judges, and Child Molesters," and "Is Paul Bergrin, Esq. an Ethical New Jersey Lawyer?" then "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

We can expect more "error-insertions" after I post this essay as proof of New Jersey's disdain for the Bill of Rights. April 13, 2010 at 3:39 P.M. Several harassments, obstructions of communication efforts and the usual nonsense has followed these criticisms of N.J.'s mafia brigades in government. I cannot say how many essays have been vandalized. I thought things would get better with Governor Christie's election. No improvement yet. You cannot ignore this situation, Mr. Christie. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

"Avis Cole, whose law license is suspended, pleaded guilty Friday to distribution of a controlled substance. The 52-year-old Hamilton Township resident faces up to three years in prison when she is sentenced June 11, but her lawyer is expected to ask that she instead receive long-term, inpatient drug treatment. Atlantic County prosecutors said Cole obtained prescriptions for Roxicodone and other medication from her physicians and then sold hundreds of pills with the aid of the client, whose name was not disclosed. [Informer?] Cole earned about $3,000 through the sales. She was arrested in March 2009."

Ms. Cole may be aware of judges engaged in this drug dealing or (worse) child porn and/or other "protected services" for the mafia families that pretty much run the foul smelling Garden State. Maybe she can cut a deal to inform on the state's countless crooked, bribe-taking judges in order to ease her plight. Maybe they arrested her to get rid of her so that she would not rat on judges dealing from their chambers. ("Law is Dead in New Jersey" and "Kickbacks and Theft in New Jersey," then "U.S. Attorney Battles New Jersey's Culture of Corruption" and "More on the Jersey Gangs and Corrupt Courts.")

"The [N.J.] state Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness stands to lose $5.5 MILLION in state money for the fiscal year that begins July 1, but the actual loss could be at least twice that when federal funds are considered."

This should make you feel more secure.

"New Jersey would lose about $90 MILLION for energy-efficiency initiatives ..."

"The allotment for the State Library is being slashed by more than 50 percent. Officials there expect that cutback to cause a chain reaction, resulting in New Jersey forfeiting almost $4.5 MILLION in federal dollars ..."

This loss and many others to numerous state agencies will increase the attractiveness of New Jersey to terrorists planning to launch attacks from the fetid Garden State into Manhattan. Also, criminals will love the Jersey shore and the keystone cops protecting it. If you want to commit crimes, then New Jersey is the state for you. In fact, more than one criminal made exactly this point to me when I represented them in court. New Jersey is a crime lover's paradise. I often anticipate a nice postcard from some of my former clients. For some reason, criminals tend to be sentimental about holidays. "Wishing you were here" can be a mixed message when a client is doing time in another country.

Incidentally, I have never taken illegal drugs of any kind nor have I been charged with such an offense anywhere. Trenton's bullshit dispensers may be putting out more "disinformation." I have never been charged with or convicted of a crime. Unless framed for something -- which is always possible -- I do not expect ever to be charged with a crime anywhere in America. ("Burn Notice.")

Environmental protection, infrastructure, cultural activities will also continue to suffer as New Jersey's cancer of incompetence and corruption metastatisizes, pervading the institutions of society. ("The Politics of Corruption and Waste in New Jersey" and "More Democrats Arrested in New Jersey.")

Enjoy your New Jersey vacation! Try not to step on a hypodermic needle while walking on the beach at Sandy Hook. Use of financial pressures, obscene or threatening phone calls, assorted other harassments will have zero effect on my long term commitment to this struggle, Mr. Rabner. What do you need, Stu?("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
