March 25, 2011 at 3:45 P.M. Additional events are unfolding in New Jersey where Joe Coniglio may have won early release. Arrests are expected again in Hudson and Bergen Counties. Is it true that Marilyn is held at a federal facility in Long Island where Amy Fisher was housed during her sentence? I doubt it.

Also continuing insertions of "errors" and denials of access to my MSN e-mails -- which are illegally obstructed -- make writing difficult. I do not have and never have had a mobile phone, Mr. Torricelli. I wonder whether Mr. Torricelli has visited my sites? I will "move on" to public computers later today. Mr. Rabner, no court system that persists in a cover-up of crimes like rape, false imprisonment, kidnapping, theft, breach of fiduciary relations in the commission of a crime, daily computer crimes and frauds as well as so much more can be called "ethical" or "legal."

To the extent that any semblance of legitimacy can be rescued for N.J.'s legal system and befouled judiciary -- including your now obviously tainted tribunal in Trenton -- it will require open and truthful recognition of the crimes committed against me and so many others like me. Deniability is not an option, Mr. Rabner. Common decency and legality require an honest effort to make amends (after full disclosure) for the crimes committed against me along with so many others, mostly women, subjected to these dreadful forms of sexual and non-sexual violations of privacy and autonomy. Each day that the stonewalling and silence continues is a further defecation upon your judicial robes and the U.S. Constitution. Have you no sense of shame about this matter, sir? Mr. Rabner, can you explain the computer crimes still committed against me? Mr. Rabner, if you know why and by whom my writings have been plagiarized and suppressed in America, are you not ethically obligated to do everything in your power to ensure that those responsible are punished for their offenses, even if they are friends like Debbie Poritz, Terry Tuchin, Anne Milgram and/or other of your "colleagues" and self-styled "fellow professionals" in New Jersey? I believe so.

Is Mr. Tuchin really a "CIA psychiatrist"? Is Diana really Ms. Poritz's former lover and, therefore, allowed to call herself a "therapist" in New Jersey? What professional credentials -- if any-- were or are possessed by these two persons, Mr. Rabner? ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" then "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

"Openly" means making full disclosure of the atrocities committed by Diana Lisa Riccioli and Terry Tuchin at 512 42nd Street, Union City, New Jersey and elsewhere as part of secret hypnosis/interrogation sessions beginning in November, 1988 and numerous other interferences with my life that continue until today.

Marilyn Straus, date of birth May 24, 1959, was subjected to questioning by Diana and Terry -- probably sexually violated by both of those persons, exploited and stolen from by them and others -- then, probably, set-up for a criminal conviction that would get her out of the way. Alina and Onaida, can you shed any light on Marilyn's troubles? ("Abuse and Exploitation of Women in New Jersey" and "Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal.")

Are such crimes committed by New Jersey justices and lawyers or their agents examples of what you call: "legal ethics," Mr. Rabner? ("Legal Ethics Today" and "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?")

I believe that Alexander Booth, Esq. was present during at least some of those sessions, possibly including other sessions when they suggested criminal conduct to Manny Diaz. I am sure that they eventually succeeded in their efforts against Mr. Diaz, who was the first law partner of Bob Menendez. I seem to remember a session to which Mr. Diaz was subjected in the conference room at the law office address given above in Union City, New Jersey. Terry Tuchin was conducting the interrogation of Mr. Diaz, I believe, who was under hypnosis and may never know what he was asked or who was present during that session. Is this respect for the Constitutional rights of Manuel R. Diaz, Esq.?

How many lives have been destroyed by you "Jersey Boy" monsters? Probably there are many victims, like Marilyn, who do not matter to the likes of you, Mr. Rabner, because they did not attend Harvard University. How many of them will never know that they were abused in an "impaired" state through the use of interrogational hypnosis? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

The total number of hypnosis sessions to which I have been subjected since 1988 is unknown (to me), as are the names of the rapists and torturers who participated (and continue to indulge) in them. Who was in that conference room in Union City where I was questioned and abused? Who was responsible for the sexual violations of me in my office? What is the price for a cover-up in the U.S. media and New Jersey's court system, Senator Menendez? ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

I wonder how many of New Jersey's lawyers and officials or their agents were involved in the interrogation of my clients and former clients, as well as family members -- long before there was jurisdiction against me -- in the inquisitorial effort to generate or manufacture accusations against me in order to "get rid of" my efforts against "New Jersey's boss system." Is this how Senator Menendez gets rid of the opposition? Say hello to Jocelyn Estevez, Senator Menendez? Also give my regards to Gloria Petri at Univision. Marilyn Straus worked at Univision as an Executive Producer, I believe. And how is Kay LiCausi, Senator? Say hello to the twins, for me, Bob. Do you know why my writings are altered, censored and suppressed in America, Mr. Rabner? You cannot and should not protect Senator Menendez, Debbie Poritz, or your "good friend" Anne Milgram and Daniel Mendelsohn. Even politically-connected lawyers in New Jersey committing crimes should be prosecuted for them. You will agree, I hope, that crimes must be punished even if those responsible attend services at a local temple with yourself and your family members, Mr. Rabner -- in Mountainside, perhaps, or is it Short Hills?

New Jersey has the nerve to sponsor something called "sunshine week" as it persists in lying about and covering-up the great crimes committed against me. I will be happy to discuss the subject of who is lying, Mr. Rabner. Shame on you, Mr. Rabner. More shame must fall on Ms. Poritz and upon the office that she has disgraced in exchange for sexual favors, allegedly. Is it not time for me to receive the truth from New Jersey's legal establishment? Were Ms. Poritz's lesbian conquests purchased at the cost of her integrity, such as it might be? Is this person, Ms. Poritz, in a position to judge my "ethics"? Does Ms. Poritz claim to be my intellectual and moral "superior"? ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey Prosecutors and the Mafia.")

Have you no sense of decency at the Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE)? John McGill, Esq.? Is censorship your only response? (Again: "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "Sexual Favors for New Jersey Judges.")

I believe that we are now 17th in the quality of life index among First World nations.

The statement above ("we are number one!") is perceived as hypocrisy in many places in the world. You have the opportunity, Mr. Rabner, to prove that the statement quoted above is sincere and remains valid. Please turn over the torture files, to me, including all reports submitted, secretly, by Terry Tuchin and/or Diana Lisa Riccioli to the OAE and/or New Jersey Supreme Court from 1988 until today. As we criticize human rights, the world takes note of our legal decisions: AP, "Jury Clears Cuban Exile of Charges That He Lied to U.S.," in The New York Times, April 9, 2011, at p. A16. (Mr. Posada-Carriles is deemed "ethical" whereas I am not "ethical," according to some American legal officials disturbed at not being paid any money by me for "favors.")

I am making this request under "sunshine laws" and open public records statutes, also known as OPRA laws, that come into play with regard to all interactions between persons and state government in New Jersey. I am also making this request under the Due Process and other relevant clauses of the federal and state constitutions. I have been making this request since 1998.

" ... these laws are designed to make sure the public has the right to access public records." Who was paying Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli for their "services"? Did these services include sexual favors for Ms. Poritz and/or others, Mr. Rabner? Were sexual violations against me and others videotaped? If so, kindly provide such tapes to me. (Again: "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

I have a few questions concerning the tortures and rapes to which I have been subjected, Mr. Rabner. Stonewalling silence is not acceptable in response to these requests. Will you have the decency to respond to my requests for the truth concerning my life, Mr. Rabner? Can I expect some truthful response from the New Jersey Supreme Court to this humanitarian crisis? The whole world is watching, Mr. Rabner. Lies will no longer avoid a crisis for your tribunal. (Since writing the foregoing statement, this essay was altered, again, by New Jersey's hackers.)

Perhaps if you imagine that I am a Jewish person -- like yourself, Mr. Rabner -- you will think of me as a human being with rights to basic dignity and freedom of expression, including the truth concerning victimization and crimes, like rape, at the hands of persons paid by New Jersey or other governmental entities. The money and other items stolen from me are probably long gone, but it may still be possible to receive the truth in this matter from someone in Trenton.
