New Jersey Needs to Step Up to the Plate.

April 25, 2011 at 7:56 P.M. I was prevented from accessing this essay from a public computer at 59th Street, Columbus Circle. I will move on to another public computer to defend against continuing cybercrime and censorship from New Jersey. Spacing between paragraphs may be affected again at any time.

After a wave of recent attacks against these blogs, it appears that N.J.'s troubles have not changed. I am far from discouraged in my efforts to achieve a personal confrontation with my torturers. The so-called Internet "robot bombs" -- including alterations in the spacing of my paragraphs and countless inserted "errors" in these essays -- will not prevent me from writing and struggling for the truth. The dirty tactics have become a weapon against their proponents, much as our failed efforts in Pakistan have become a weapon used against us by hostile forces in the region.

New Jersey violates the Constitution and U.S. copyright laws, every day. People we ask to respect such laws are witnesses to these continuing violations. New Jersey's OAE is hardly in a position to comment on my ethics. Each "error" inserted in these essays insults the memory of those who have died for our rights and all of the victims of the 9/11 attack. The greatest casualty of censorship is always the Bill of Rights. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

Continuing efforts to silence critics will fail to prevent me, at any rate, from speaking of the spectacle of criminality and corruption that now defines the Garden State. The latest ugly episode concerns Mr. Sweeney going to bat for Norcross, probably so they can split the proceeds from private insurance gains for a Norcross company at some point down the road. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers On the Tit" then "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and soon: "Is Stephen M. Sweeney, Esq. a Liar?")

A quick recap may be in order: New Jersey is responsible for numerous crimes committed against me, including CRIMINAL violations of fundamental rights and ethics rules that make character assassination efforts against me at this late date in our "romance" a bit absurd. Mr. Christie, this is not a situation to ignore. ("Will Chris Christie End the Nightmare?")

I am renewing my request for the torture files -- including Tuchin's and Riccioli's secret reports -- and for ALL of the truth concerning the actions of New Jersey's torturers and persons who were "asked" (McGill, Tuchin, et als.) to act on my life, secretly, from behind my back. This request by state officials makes persons receiving the requests "agents" of state government with "apparent authority" to act on behalf of America's "Soprano State" leading to what lawyers call: "liability issues." ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

If this is a matter of a "small contribution" for Mr. Rabner or Mr. Christie's future political efforts, I would appreciate having some idea of the magic number. The price list for bribing judges in New Jersey in 2011 is not known to me. Otherwise, the Constitution and state sunshine laws require disclosure of the full truth concerning these monstrous crimes that has been hidden from me for too long.

Is Marilyn Straus still alive by the way? Please understand that destruction of my creative work is hurtful to me and others who may benefit from reading that work. I am struggling to write of painful experiences in my life that are shared by others who may be assisted in their efforts at understanding by considering what I have to say.

Aside from my Constitutional right to say what I please, you may be hurting people who have been much too wounded already by persisting in the childish and illegal tactics on display at these blogs -- such as altering the spacing between paragraphs or deleting words and sentences from my texts. You are also hurting persons whose access to these words may matter to them.

Kim Guardagno, if this is about protecting Christie by giving him "plausible denial," I have no problem accepting the torture files from you or one of your "assistants" -- i.e., flunkeys.

When did Ms. Guardagno first visit my sites? Has Ms. Guardagno, as a member of the bar, remained indifferent to the crimes of New Jersey officials, committed publicly, over a period of years? Is there a "connection" between the Tessetta brothers and Ms. Guardagno as so many people say?

Paula Dow, can your office help in this matter? Is there some recognition by New Jersey's top law enforcement officer of what is painfully obvious to the Internet world: New Jersey has become a visibly failed jurisdiction? This recognition is available, it seems, to the rest of humanity even if it is not yet available in Trenton.

Finally, the usual litany of depressing and predictable despicable conduct by Garden State lawyers, judges and politicians will be posted with this item to illustrate the "ethical" level of my self-styled "superiors."

The same notorious town's former grammar school principal is facing similar allegations of child molestation.)
