N.J.'s Chemical and Political Rot.

October 21, 2010 at 9:02 A.M. Several words were deleted from this essay overnight. I have corrected the inserted "errors." My essay concerning Philippa Foot has been altered five or six times already. I will continue to struggle.

October 20, 2010 at 7:16 P.M. "Errors" were inserted in a short story I posted earlier today, "Out of the Past." I have corrected those "errors" as new charges were filed against Mr. Zisa in Hackensack, a new audit finds $43 MILLION in disappearing funds at the NJ Turnpike, and several additional investigations of law firms in Bergen and Hudson Counties are emerging. I will focus on each of these matters in future essays. Go ahead and keep doing what you're doing, boys. ("Debbie Poritz Likes the Ladies!" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" then "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")

Did Ms. Poritz trade judicial favors for lesbian sex? ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Has Mr. Zisa visited my sites? Has Zisa facilitated computer crime against me in any way and for any reason at any time?)

Perhaps the cash is with the $300 MILLION that disappeared in the HIP scam, right Jaynee LaVecchia? "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Several scandals are rumored to be on the verge of breaking within New Jersey's judiciary and legal profession. Stay tuned to this channel. This would be a good time to insert more "errors," Mr. Menendez. ("Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?")

October 20, 2010 at 11:35 A.M. The cable signal to my computer was blocked. This caused my computer to shut down. I have rebooted my computer. I will continue to write. Perhaps the authorities are unaware of this public criminality and censorship? All of this cybercrime could be a "coincidence." Tell your friends -- especially in other countries -- about this interesting situation.

New Jersey officials can't get the owner of Top Soil Depot in Wayne to move contaminated waste from his property despite numerous environmental citations, three court orders, more than $1.5 MILLION in fines and the threat of jail time.

This situation is indicative of N.J.'s legal contradictions, hypocrisies, absurdities, injustices and corruption. "Threats" of jail time mean little or nothing to people -- often affiliated with the mafia, allegedly, which is the only way this situation makes sense -- who believe (apparently, accurately!) that they are beyond the law. Is crime in New Jersey about African-American young people? Very few young African-Americans are accused of stealing $300 MILLION. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Xanadu Mess" then "Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal.")

There are laws on the books in Trenton, then there are N.J.'s unwritten laws and hidden system of favors. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

As a result of this corruption of legal standards and legality, N.J. is a financial basket case and leads the country in cancer rates as well as the onset of infectious diseases that are rarely (if ever) seen in many other parts of the country. New Jersey is also the most corrupt jurisdiction in America. Hence, the state is rightly called: "America's legal toilet." ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Jim Florio and the Mafia in Atlantic City.")

People are dying in New Jersey because legal officials and judges are afraid of the mob. This judicial panic or incompetence is on display even in the inability to prevent criminals from engaging in computer crime and censorship of my blogs, which is one of the few places where the state's Al Capone-like reality is actually criticized. This spectacle is being seen by the world, Mr. Holder. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

The Superior Court Judge hearing the various applications for sanctions against the alleged owners of this property said: "I am baffled." What is baffling is the lack of ethics among New Jersey's disgustingly crooked and mob-connected judges and lawyers. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

No, you're not baffled. You are scared, judge. Many other judges are shaking in their boots. The guys who may be behind this dump site can get you knocked off the bench. As a result, New Jersey judges kiss the behinds of bosses of every variety in political office making sure that they are happy with all results reached in courtrooms. ("George E. Norcross, III is the "Boss" of New Jersey's Politics and Courts.")

Judges cannot be intimidated in so obvious a manner in a free society. Maybe they have reason to be scared. The result is the loss of the rule of law for New Jersey's citizens and deaths, every day, from illegally stored carcinogens and pollutants. For innocent residents of the state foolish enough to entrust their safety to the state's elected officials and tainted judiciary the reward is more sickness and impoverishment. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"We run New Jersey!" "Business as usual!" "We don't care about nothing!"

These are the slogans of the mafia in the Garden State. Governors, Attorney Generals, judges -- all serve at their pleasure. ("Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless.")

"The waste, stored improperly at the site, is contaminated with low levels of toxic chemicals -- polychlorinated biophenyls, or PCBs, and dioxin -- as well as heavy metals. It has been piled so close to the banks of the Ramapo river that some of it was once swept downstream during a flood."

The levels of poison are comparable to what was used in Vietnam, like "agent orange" and other "weed killers." These are your children in New Jersey exposed to this stuff, which is getting into the drinking water and vegetables grown in the state, affecting the lives of millions of persons.

Is that danger to your kids OK because judges are afraid of mobsters? Will computer crime against me make this threat go away? I doubt it.

"Top Soil Depot [alleged mob front] in Wayne has a long history of inaction when it comes to the toxic soil it has housed on its premises for years. Inaction is a charitable word. Its more like spectacular, aggressive negligence."

"Despite administrative orders," -- no contempt power in the administrative courts in New Jersey -- "judicial orders, a $30,000 fine, a $1.5 MILLION penalty, a $1,000-a-day fine and the threat of jail, the business owner still has not removed thousands of tons of kaofin [and worse] from his property."

" ... What is clear is that this has gone on for too long." ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

The continuing public censorship, cover-ups of heinous crimes (like rape and theft), the public computer crimes, censorship, pay-offs, KKK police departments, violations of copyright protection -- all are seen by the world. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

Do the right thing for once "in your miserable lives" in Trenton. Put an end to the continuing shameful farce to which the global Internet audience is a daily witness along with the evident disgrace of New Jersey's Supreme Court, judiciary, and legal profession by turning over to me all of the torture files, Mr. Christie. You will like yourself better after doing so. (Again: "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")
