N.J. Cops and Lawyers in a Cover-Up.

April 20, 2011 at 3:40 P.M. From a public computer: As I was making repairs to my essay "U.S. Embargo Against Cuba Rejected by the World," my browser seemed to be taken over and spacing was altered, again.

April 20, 2011 at 11:22 A.M. The following is a partial list of the essays deformed or vandalized (so far) this week:
"U.S. Embargo Against Cuba Rejected by the World."
"Sartre or Guevara?"
"Friedrich Nietzsche on Self-Realization."
"What is Law?"
"Richard A. Posner on Voluntary Actions and Criminal Responsibility."
"Roberto Unger's Revolutionary Legal Theory."
"Master and Commander."
"The Allegory of the Cave."
Other essays may also have been altered, including my comment on William Somerset Maugham's short stories. Only government resources could be used to accomplish this result. No response to requests for the truth concerning the tortures to which I have been subjected has been received from Mr. Rabner, Mr. Christie, Ms. Dow, Mr. Holder or any other public official in America. ("Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal" and "Mumia Abu-Jamal and the Unconstitutionality of the Death Penalty" then "Would you have helped Katherine Kitty Genovese?" and "How censorship works in America.")
April 20, 2011 at 10:45 A.M. My essay "U.S. Embargo Against Cuba Rejected by the World" was attacked overnight. Paragraph spacing was eliminated from the text to make it illegible. This tactic combined with smaller attacks against other works at this blog is a daily feature of my writing experience. The goal of the ptotocol is to bring about a nervous breakdown or severe depression through anxiety, stress, frustrations. If I am lucky, my opponents in this matter (and the enemies of the Constitution) will illustrate my objections and arguments by altering the spacing of paragraphs in the essay below, once again. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me'" and "Time to End the Embargo Against Cuba.")
I am sure that, as an attorney who would not play ball with corruption in New Jersey, I was subjected to something similar years ago and continuously since that time in my life. This is how dissidents are treated in parts of America where Cuban-Americans have political power: stigmatizing, false labels, censorship, plagiarism, forced impoverishment, social isolation and denials of access to important persons in our lives accompanying the destruction of our writings, even sanctioned rapes and assaults have been known to take place.
I congratulate Cubans on developments aimed at increasing rights to property and expression, also marking a transition of power in Cuba. I cannot do more to defend these writings than making daily repairs of these texts, even at the cost of new short stories and novels that I might be writing. It is important that this spectacle be witnessed by persons in many places in the world. I have reason to believe that there is an international audience for this drama of cruelty. Aside from the "inserted" paragraphs in the press article, I will soon be writing about events in Cuba: please see Randall C. Archibald, "Cuba Lays Foundations for a Post-Castro Leader," in The New York Times, April 20, 2011, at p. A11.
April 19, 2011 at 8:15 P.M. I am unable to alter the spacing in this essay. Attacks against these writings continue. Several essays which had been untouched for months have been altered by the distortion of spacing between a single set of paragraphs. I have not repaired these alterations. Whenever possible, I have tried to protect these writings from more substantial harm. I have reason to believe that these texts are being read and will be published beyond the United States of America. No one responsible for such tactics favors freedom of speech or democracy anywhere or can be called a "good American." Is Ms. Ros-Leghtinen, or someone affiliated with her office or herself, also Manohla Dargis? ("Manohla Dargis Strikes Again!")
April 19, 2011 at 3:16 P.M. Spacing of my listed sources was altered and letters were removed from some of the titles. I am making corrections at a public computer. When I logged into my reserved computer at the public library, I received a notice stating that I was being redirected to my "home" page. I fear that New York's Public Library computers may have been hacked by Cuban-American thugs from Union City. MSN is not my home page. My MSN hotmail account is still closed, as is MSN Groups, no images can be posted by me, no e-mails can be sent or received. Spacing between paragraphs continues to be altered in the essay below.
April 19, 2011 at 11:20 A.M. "Errors" were reinserted overnight in "John Rawls and Justice." Attempts to post corrections were obstructed this morning, after I made corrections yesterday from a public computer. Spacing of paragraphs in this essay has been altered several times this morning. I am afraid that protected computer criminals may be expected to persist in this criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights through censorship.
Later today, from a public computer, I will do what I can to fix the "errors" inserted in these texts by New Jersey lawyers and cops. I realize that, most people react with revulsion to cruelty and sadism on display in what you are witnessing today at these blogs. Nevertheless, it is crucial that censorship imposed against me be witnessed and not be permitted to go unpunished.
I congratulate Cubans on being granted the right to buy and sell properties, including their homes, in forthcoming legislation being discussed in Cuba. I respect persons in Cuba moved by the presence of Fidel Castro at the party congress in Havana. I will be writing about these developments soon. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me'" and "Time to End the Embargo Against Cuba.")
April 19, 2011 at 9:50 A.M. The usual attacks and defacements of texts this week, including alterations of essays which had been left alone for a while. Death threats and promises of bodily harm may be lacking in imagination. Constitutional rights and copyright laws don't mean much in New Jersey. ("Celeste Carpiano Likes Da Shore.")
Monsy Alvarado, "3 Cops Indicted in Alleged DWI Cover-Up: Charges Stem From Hackensack Accident," in The Record, April 12, 2011, at p. A-1.
"A grand jury indicted three probationary Hackensack policemen on official misconduct charges for allegedly covering up a drunken driving accident" -- not Zisa again? -- "involving one of the officers, county authorities said."
This is not exactly "unheard of conduct" among authority figures in New Jersey. Connected prosecutors and cops take care of bosses and judges when they experience occasional "mishaps" or peccadillos involving 14 year-olds or automobile accidents. It's just "how things are done."
Certain people, like Debbie Poritz (at the state level) or Mr. Zisa (locally) must be shielded from the consequences of their illegal behavior. Ironically, it is such people who are most troubled by the sins of others and like to act behind their backs, usually unconstitutionally, to target those disfavored fellow citizens for retribution. I think that's called "hypocrisy." ("Does Senator Menendez have mafia Friends?")
"Jacob M. Szostak, 24, Eric M. Mark, 30, and Lawrence C. Levin, 29, all of Hackensack" -- Zisa guys? -- "are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit official misconduct. [John McGill?] Szostak is also charged with insurance fraud [Edgar Navarette?] Mark and Levin also face two counts of official misconduct."
Mr. Pascrell is concerned to protect Debbie Poritz and/or others, perhaps including Menendez. Otherwise, I cannot imagine why Pascrell would take any interest in my little life-story or writings. Think of all the bribes you are passing up worrying about me, Bill. Has Congressman Pascrell visited my sites? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")
" ... The six-count indictment stems from an accident on June 2 involving Szostak while he was off-duty. Bergen County Prosecutor JohnMolinelli" -- who is still under an ethics shadow or stigma over alleged "connections" to Zisa and/or the mob -- "said in a press release."
Cover-ups for "insiders" in New Jersey are par for the course, but you have to earn the "protected person" status and these cops may have been too young and inexperienced to qualify or be very good at the "art" of covering-up. Mr. Molinelli may be able to help them get better at it. I know Stuart Rabner can teach a course in the subject. ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!" and "Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!")
This is a typical situation to illustrate how things work in New Jersey. Worse, it is how people understand the system to work. Laws are applied selectively, fraudulently, or not at all based on who is pulling the strings, or doing favors, or wielding legal discretion. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")
I appreciate that Debbie Poritz is a nice old lady who was probably incompetent for much of her time as Chief Justice. I am not aiming to hurt her feelings. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey Prosecutors and the Mafia.")
Stuart Rabner does not wish this grenade (my case) to go off while he is still carrying it. Bob Menendez is "for all the people." Christie wants to be president. In order for progress to me made -- business as usual is killing the state in bond ratings -- somebody will have to rent the testicles or mammaries to deal with my dilemma and me. ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")
I want the torture files. Also, I'd like to see Marilyn. Who's got my watch? Alex Booth? Rabner? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")
Happy Passover, Mr. Rabner. Maseltov. (Incidentally, I am not an Arab or Muslim. I am pro-Israeli, Stuart. If you respect my legal rights you will not betray any other "commitments" in your life -- to Debbie or others.)

This fact cannot be obscured by altering the spacing of paragraphs in my essays.)

Christie's "take the bat to her" comment referred to the press investigating this hypocrisy and dishonesty from a self-styled "pension reformer" -- that's why the "he's-beating-up-an-old-lady" routine from the mob isn't working against Christie. It also won't help against me with Poritz and her lady-friends trading favors for sex, allegedly.)

Many of these cops or their brethren will continue to assist the very corrupt politicians stealing their benefits. Amazing.)
