Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the New Jersey Legislature.
Joseph Berger, "Sex Trafficking Arrests Are Few, Despite Laws," in The New York Times, December 4, 2009, at p. A32. Gross incompetence by Ms. Milgram and others as well as lack of adequate resources allows sex traffickers and other sexual exploiters of children to escape liability. Ms. Milgram's office is tainted by corruption and incompetence besides well-founded allegations of complicity with organized crime. I can't wait for Christie to take over. Maybe I'll finally get a response to my requests for information.
Due to all the computer harassment today, I may be unable to post new items and essays may be vandalized, again. This usually means that new indictments are forthcoming in New Jersey. At any time, damage to my computer may prevent me from writing. These essays may be destroyed. No images can be posted at these blogs or at my profile. MSN groups is still closed, at least to me. I cannot access my own books on-line. ("Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey." How's "Kelly Anne Michaels" doing, Jay? I will profile Ms. Michaels soon.)
More arrests and further legal ethics scandals, real estate troubles, IRS audits are on their way to you. You know who you are. I will enjoy discussing them on-line. Hudson County, you got some surprises coming. I will discuss several (alleged) disbarments coming to New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. Mr. Ginarte?
May 30, 2009 at 12:39 P.M. Political pressure and publicity, such as I have helped to provide, may result in ethics charges against Mr. Cohen. Without that public pressure, nothing would have happened. See "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" as well as "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House." I am working on "George E. Norcross, III and New Jersey's Feces-Stained Politics" along with "Union City's Corrupt Municipal Government and Court." Do you think I am being too subtle? "Is Union City Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" and "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana."
I look forward to many more years of focusing on corruption, incompetence, and criminality in the New Jersey legal system. (See "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," "Debbie Poritz Likes the Ladies!" as well as "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")
If damage to my computer prevents me from writing, I will make use of public computers for "hit and run" guerilla warfare against New Jersey's corrupt power-structure. Tell your friends in law enforcement to visit New Jersey.
"Lawmaker Quits Amid Inquiry Over Photos," in The New York Times, July 29, 2008, at p. B5.
"MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) -- A New Jersey assemblyman, NEIL M. COHEN, resigned from the Legislature on Monday, four days after it was reported that he was suspected of possessing child pornography and that an investigation was under way."
As of June, 2009 these matters are unresolved. Mr. Cohen specialized in matrimonial work where he contributed to decisions concerning the welfare of children and family law matters. These child safety concerns were among Cohen's responsibilities as a Legislator. The computer and (perhaps) the child porn on that computer were paid for by taxpayers, like you. This is in a state where three major child porn distribution networks have been broken-up in the past three years, as I recall. ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester.")
These people disapprove of my ethics. I should be flattered. You like having your tax dollars go to child pornographers? In order to piss off the New Jersey morons, I should point out that "child-porn" and "child porn" are equally correct usages and spellings, both are sanctioned and rewarded in the Garden State. Go on, take a letter out of one of my words today. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")
As of this first-draft, no legal ethics charges have been brought against this allegedly corrupt, child molesting attorney, who is a former member of the "Ethics Committee" of the "New Jersey Bar Association" for his county -- also allegedly. Mentioning "Ethics" and "New Jersey lawyers" in the same sentence may be a contradiction in terms. Do you judge my ethics, "gentlemen"? I am going to invite America and the world to examine your ethics in New Jersey's legal profession.
What a hell-of-a-guy, good old Neil M. Cohen, Esq. must be! Close as he can be to "Slim Jim" McGreevey, Esq. (they say) and "Shyster Ray" Lesniak, Esq. as well as "Slippery Joe" Cryan, Esq., but obnoxious and rude to underlings. It is true that planting child porn in someone's home is a time-tested technique of political revenge in New Jersey favored by the Hudson County machine and Senator Bob, allegedly. Also popular is getting a rival lawyer disbarred, right boys?
Like cops who toss a handgun next to one of their African-American murder victims on the N.J. Turnpike, mafia guys get rid of rivals in the political world (or a rare honest professional) with behind-the-back-frame-ups. Mr. Cohen's questionable move in checking into a psychiatric facility, along with Cohen's proximity to the likes of Lesniak and Cryan, suggest that Cohen is as guilty as sin -- allegedly, of course.
Terry Tuchin is a whore who will write whatever you want in a psych report for $2,000.00 (cash). Right, Terry? Who was paying you, Terry, and for what services were you paid? What credentials do you really have, Terry? Let's see the reports you filed, Terry. Were you, Terry, a licensed forensic psychiatrist in 1988? What legal authority, if any, did you Terry Tuchin have to subject me to hypnosis beginning in 1988? In the absence of legal authority or consent, such an act of hypnosis is a criminal assault. So is choking an impaired person in his own home. Is Mr. Tuchin being prosecuted for his many crimes against minority group members?
I wonder why New Jersey is so closely associated by law enforcement with child prostitution, child porn, mafia activities in government circles, along with a viciously corrupt and sold out judiciary? "Where there is smoke thre's fire." Right, John?
Any more "errors" you want to insert in my writings today? Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Rabner? (See again: "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")
"The clerk of the Assembly received a one sentence letter from Mr. Cohen just before 9:30 A.M. Monday. Mr. Cohen said his resignation was effective immediately, but did not offer any explanation."
Is this corrupt legislator related to "Patricia Cohen"? I suggest that you accept that man's resignation. Cohen is said to be aware of the activities of other prominent New Jersey officials and judges (Debbie?) sharing his alleged "proclivities," including members of the legal ethics committee no doubt. Anne Milgram, Esq. (like the girls, Anne?) will neither confirm nor deny her prior "socializing" with Mr. Cohen or other members of New Jersey's Legislature. Party hardy, girls! I mean, "ladies."
Does Ms. Milgram share Mr. Cohen's "tastes"? How chummy with the reportedly "short-eyed" Mr. Cohen are Stuart Rabner? Debbie Poritz? Sybil Moses? Terry Tuchin? Richard J. Codey? Roberto "Big Pappa" Menendez? We do not know. Debbie's alleged friendship with Diana is a little worrisome. Inserting more "errors" in these essays will help to make my point, boys and girls.
September 30, 2009 at 6:05 P.M. "errors" inserted and corrected.
Three days of obstacles and harassments have accompanied my writing efforts. Guilty conscience, fellas? I will make certain to work today on my essays dealing with Mr. Norcross and the disgusting history of Union City's disappearing public funds. ("La Cosa Nostra in North Bergen, New Jersey" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey's Courts and Politics.")
Do you wish to block one of the images in my essays at MSN? It may be wiser to leave those philosophical essays alone. 12 essays vandalized (so far!), more warfare is coming. I am beginning to like this. Guerrilla warfare on-line. (One more "error" inserted and corrected.)
"He has not been charged with a crime."
Why charge an alleged child molester with crimes when people who piss on the sidewalk are worthy of execution as a distraction from the sewer that is New Jersey's legal system? No reason. What the hell? Let's go out and spend some of the $300 MILLION scooped by Jaynee. (See again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
"Colleagues who use the same legislative district office as Mr. Cohen, 57, a Democrat, said last week that they told law enforcement authorities about images of child pornography found on his computer."
Is it true that Cohen is threatening to expose judges in on the so-called "child porn scam"? How do you like paying for that guy's child porn? Aren't you thrilled about buying a computer for Mr. Cohen? This guy was paid with your tax dollars for his "public service." Time to insert another "error" in this essay. Who is Mr. Adubato? Is that the guy on PBS? Wasn't he a New Jersey legislator and friend of Jim Florio's "machine"? I wonder whether Mr. Adubato has visited my sites? "James Wood?"
"Assemblyman Joseph Cryan, who shared a district office with Mr. Cohen, said the investigation began after a staff member in the Union Township office found a printout of a nude GIRL, possibly in her early teens OR YOUNGER."
No problem, Mr. Corzine? I wonder whether the child was overweight? Mr. Cohen is said to be very weight conscious, suggesting to young women that they need to "lose weight." Hey, I wonder why Joseph Cryan, Esq. is such a buddy of this child molester? Finally, they inserted an "error" and I corrected it. I love the smell of printer's ink in the morning!
Cohen likes pre-teen "chicks," huh Diana? Is it true that you N.J. "people" supply child victims to "politicians" -- allegedly, for a small fee? Terry? It is a "real job" being a New Jersey Legislator, isn't it? ("We don't know from nothing.") How's "Dodi" doing?
"Mr. Cryan and State Senator Raymond J. Lesniak said they referred the case to the state attorney general's office. Peter Aseltine, a spokesman for the attorney general said the office does not comment on whether it is investigating cases."
Lesniak and Cryan may have hoped to control the matter in Trenton, rather than allow a looming federal investigation to "pop" (arrest) Mr. Cohen. I suspect that there will be an update on this matter very soon. In addition, rumors indicate that an ongoing investigation of child porn distributors in the Garden State may result in additional arrests. But who can say for sure?
I can only hope that among New Jersey's corrupt and politician-controlled cops one or two of them realize that genuine documents such as drivers' licenses and birth certificates can be purchased, easily, for cash and that everything from drugs to child porn can also be purchased without difficulty thanks to the eager assistance of N.J. political figures in on the various scams. "New Jersey -- Come see for yourself!"
Allegations that the matter has been "fixed" -- either by Cohen or his friends Poritz and Rabner -- are not "confirmed." Maybe Rabner and Poritz are protecting Tuchin because they do not want African-American victims of this monster to know that their rights were criminally violated. After all, Tuchin's victims may then sue the state. Time to insert another "error" in violation of copyright laws and the Constitution. Have one of the deceased state employees do it, Mr. Corzine. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")
"Mr. Cryan said that Mr. Cohen remained hospitalized for psychiatric treatment on Monday."
Gee, I wonder why it took so long for the Times to run this story, with an AP by-line no less? Favors on the part of the Times for N.J. friends of Mr. Cohen? Assign the story to Manohla Dargis? Jim Holt? Dennis Overbye? Benedict Carey? Is Jay Romano still at the Times? Who wrote the story that broke the Zulima Farber matter on the same day [within 24 hours] that the events took place? The Jersey Boys have friends at the Times, I guess.
"Mr. Cohen, a divorce lawyer, served in the Asembly in 1990 and 91' and continually since 1994."
