N.J.'s Celeste Carpiano Likes Da Shore.

February 22, 2011 at 11:31 A.M. Threats to continue defacements of my writings make it likely that sanctioned cybercrime as well as censorship from New Jersey will continue to go unpunished. I will do my best to keep writing from public computers.

"The former head of a tax-payer funded lobbying group sought unemployment benefits shortly after retiring in December with a $99,000-a-year public pension and lifetime health, prescription and dental coverage documents show."

Isn't it nice to know that this person, "Celeste Carpiano," will be "taken care of" as cops, firefighters, and teachers are facing the loss of their pensions and termination from employment because of decades of exactly this type of graft and blatant theft from the public treasury. Ms. Carpiano is in her thirties, I believe. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics" and "Joe Ferreiro is Bergen's Godfather.")

Ms. Carpiano should be indicted for fraud, even after removing an obviously absurd application for unemployment benefits. Despite the absurdity, however, this scam is highly typical of the mentality among politically-connected persons in New Jersey. Government is something you exploit for personal gain. ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

People say: "Everybody does it!" And they're right:

"Celeste Carpiano [lawyer?] sought the jobless payments in addition to her $8,227 monthly pension check -- that atop a one-time $53,221 credit for unused sick time payable when she resigned December 31 as the executive director [sic.] of the New Jersey Association of Counties."

Ms. Carpiano was pushed out as part of Mr. Christie's corruption busting and house cleaning efforts, allegedly. ("Chris Christie Versus the Mafia" and "Will Governor Christie End the Nightmare?")

"[Ms. Carpiano's] departure carried an additional cost for the association: $5,200 to an auto dealership for the early termination of a Lexus leased for Carpiano's use."

Any bodies in the trunk? Just kidding, Celeste. Take the canolis. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

"Carpiano was not a state worker, but was enrolled in the government pension and health plan as a result of a 1956 law that allowed some lobbyists to join because their work was deemed valuable to the public."

That's what I call ironic! For the people to be robbed of their wealth is deemed "valuable to the public." What a wonderful experience for New Jersey's residents: Getting robbed by lobbyists and politicians, lawyers and cops. (Fortissimo! "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

"Her retirement pay was based on a salary that had risen 58 percent over six years, to $205,000 with no apparent oversight by the group's board of directors -- all of them public officials, and most of them elected, The Record found."

I would like to know the names of those public officials. It is an open question whether such officials were receiving kickbacks from the likes of Ms. Carpiano or were otherwise being "kept happy." Lack of attention may be sufficient to establish incompetence or corruption. Such a lack of attention can be so irresponsible. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

Is Ms. LiCausi affiliated, in any way, with this organization and/or others like it, Senator Menendez? ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")

"In 2009, The Record reports that Ms. Carpiano" -- Do you know Diana Lisa Riccioli, Ms. Carpiano, and have you visited my sites or engaged in computer crimes against my blogs? -- "earned $205,000" and was rolling a Lexus provided to her by the organization. YOU paid for that Lexus, directly and indirectly. ("New Jersey's Politically-Connected Lawyers On the Tit.")

Mafia affiliations are no doubt denied, by both Ms. Carpiano and Diana Lisa Riccioli. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

"Ms. Carpiano was replaced by John Donadio."

This person is an attorney -- a.k.a. "JohnnieD" -- who also denies all organized crime affiliations, allegedly and reputedly. There is no acknowledged relation to "Johnnie Lollipops" of recent memory. Mr. "Lollipops" was arrested in the big Mafia bust and, allegedly, specializes in child porn. ("The Gang's All Here!" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "We don't know know from nothing.")

I suggest that Mr. Donadio should be appointed to the New Jersey Bar Association's Ethics Committee as he is typical of the persons who "serve" in that capacity, allegedly. ("Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

I am sure that Mr. Donadio has no knowledge of Gambino crime family activity in New Jersey. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics" and, again, "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

I wonder whether Ms. Carpiano knows or has ever spoken to members of my family, friends, of former clients of mine, in any capacity or at any time, at the request of Senator Menendez or any other person? ("Anne Milgram Does it Again!" and "More Mafia Figures Arrested in New Jersey.")

When questioned about these matters, Senator Menendez took a brave stance in favor of saving our environment, claiming that he is against excessive pollution. Senator Bob made this statement while standing before an Exxon station near the Lincoln Tunnel. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
