New Jersey $46 BILLION "Short" in Pension Funds.

March 26, 2010 at 11:25 A.M. In response to criticisms of the American media and censorship by government of these blog entries, the following advertisement has been attached to this site -- against my will and without my consent -- purportedly, this message comes from "Ads by Google":

"Media List Management Get Access to Over 1.4 MILLION Journalists and Editorial Calendars! http://www.voices.com/ "

Perhaps this sort of mirthless "humorous" comment in response to massive evidence of great evil is the best proof of my allegations in "Atheists in Disneyworld." Unfortunately, I expect continuing defacements and alterations of my essays making use of government technology. I wonder whether Idida Rodriguez can explain these advertisements? We'll find out.

March 24, 2010 at 4:55 P.M. Spacing was affected in several works, including "God is Texting Me!" Other "errors" inserted in my writings have been corrected. I cannot say how many persons are inserting these "errors." However, I will struggle to make the necessary corrections, every day.

Miguel Helft & David Barboza, "Google Closes Search Service Based in China," in The New York Times, March 23, 2010, at p. 1. (Tell Google about Internet censorship in America at these blogs, especially if you are in China.)

Lisa Fleisher & Matt Friedman, "Christie Signs Pension Reforms, Saying it's a Great Day for New Jersey Taxpayers," in The Star Ledger, March 23, 2010, at p. 1. (NJ pension funds "short" $46 BILLION. No one is sure of how much was deposited in the fund under McGreevey because three different numbers were given at the time. I wonder whether Lisa Fleisher and Matt Friedman visited my sites? If so, at whose request did they "visit"?)
Scott Fallon, "Hotel Admits Dumping in River, Will Pay $75,000 Fine for Hackensack Sewage," in The Record, March 23, 2010, at p. 3. (Pollutants dumped in Hackensack River, illegally, in "Cancer Alley.") Political protection did not help, fellas?
Hank McNamara, "The Governor's War Against the Status Quo," in The Record, March 23, 2010, at p. A-9.

After several days of intense attacks and N.J.'s criminal defacements of these writings, accompanied by regular annoying phone calls -- in my twenty-first year of this struggle -- I am beginning to feel optimistic about a final resolution of this nightmare while relishing the battle to come.

Somebody may realize in Trenton that this situation of public state criminality is lethal for New Jersey and damaging to the perception of America in the world. I have not yet determined this morning what "errors" have been inserted in my writings overnight. I will struggle, as always, to make all necessary corrections.

The powers-that-be in New Jersey -- both legal and extra-legal -- may not welcome all the attention to how things have always worked in New Jersey. The mafia's traditional proud boast has become less certain: "We run New Jersey!"

Not anymore. I hope. Governor Chris Christie is changing "business as usual" in New Jersey. Christie is feeling the pressure to provide the truth concerning the crimes committed against me by agents of the state police and/or OAE. I am sure that these entities have also violated the rights of others. Let me clear about this: You cannot censor the writings of others because you happen to disagree with them. Attorney General Pamela ("Paula") Dow will lose credibility, every day, as long as the cover-up continues, especially as this unseemly spectacle takes on greater significance outside the Garden State. Is it true that these blogs are now global? Let us hope so.

New Jersey's torturers may feel O.K. about committing crimes against, say, the "Ice Man," but this says nothing about the atrocities committed against me and others, probably. Every alleged offender is entitled to his or her Constitutional rights. This is even more true of those of us who have not committed any crimes. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

America has fallen a long way from its core values when the censorship which you have seen over the past several days is not only possible, but continues to go unpunished. At issue is not only Mr. Christie's promise of transparency and respect for the rule of law -- as opposed to secrecy, behind the back slanders, and thefts -- but America's Constitution and the meaning of the sacrifice made by men and women in the armed services fighting for our freedoms. Have you no sense of shame concerning the system that you represent and symbolize, Mr. Rabner? ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

" ... Christie ... declared [that] he will lead a reformation in Trenton for taxpayers or die a political death for the effort. Lining up opposite [to] him are detractors whose past fiscal chicanery [i.e., the mob,] has, to the new governor's way of thinking, abused taxpayers and nearly bankrupted our state. Chief among them are government workers' unions, past governors and many, if not most, state legislators." ("Jim Florio and the Mafia in Atlantic City.")

"The dispute goes beyond policy differences. Christie seeks to overturn an entrenched culture in Trenton long-dominated by special-interests and politicians." ("Corzine on the Verge of Tears, New Jersey Feels the Pain.")

In other words, Christie wants to get rid of the mafia in New Jersey government. Lots of luck, Chris. ("More Mafia Arrests in New Jersey" and "Does New Jersey's Latest Mafia Informer Know Jaynee LaVecchia?")

"Christie has called for about $217 MILLION in spending cuts for state government including a layoff for about 1,300 state employees. And Christie says he'll give local governments the tools to cut spending. He wants to reform collective bargaining for government workers' unions and amend the state constitution to make it illegal for local governments to raise any budget paid for by taxpayers more than 2.5 percent in any given year."

The war with the teachers' unions which have been friendly to Democrats in the past can be resolved by balancing the concessions sought by the governor with an elimination of the school construction embroglio which has allowed for so much theft and waste in the past. If "cement" is no longer "gold" in New Jersey school construction, then some of the money traditionally stolen by the mob may go to teachers to offset sacrifices that they are asked to make now that will allow the state to receive $400 MILLION from the feds for schools in the future. ("U.S. Attorney Battles New Jersey's Culture of Corruption.")

These necessary and painful steps being taken by Mr. Christie may save New Jersey's finances while restoring some semblance of legitimacy to a state identified with corruption and mismanagement all over the world. Time to provide the truth about the crimes committed against me by previous administrations in Trenton, Mr. Christie, and also each day that these writings are censored, altered, and suppressed is further defecation on the Constitution that you have sworn to "protect and defend." ("Crimes Against Humanity in New Jersey" and "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")
