N.J.'s Jennifer Velez is a "Dyke Magnet."

December 10-11, 2010 at 11:46 A.M. Numerous obstructions have prevented me from posting an essay describing New Jersey's latest corruption scandals. My computer has been turned off repeatedly by hackers. I will write from public computers later today.

September 22, 2010 at 4:30 P.M. "Errors" inserted in this essay were corrected by me. 53 persons arrested in an identity theft conspiracy in Hackensack were paying protection money to Bergen County officials, allegedly. I wonder whether Mr. Mollineli is looking into this matter in addition to the FBI? Does Mr. Molinelli know who is inserting "errors" in these writings? Does Dennis McNerny have any knowledge concerning these "error" insertions?

September 16, 2010 at 4:42 P.M. A wave of attacks against my computer, interference with my cable signal, obstructions of access to these blogs has allowed for the insertion of further "errors" in writings. I will do my best to make all necessary corrections. Apparently, the authorities in New Jersey are unable or unwilling to prevent or control these computer crimes.

September 7, 2010 at 10:11 A.M. "Errors" inserted, yet again, in this essay. Mysteriously, federal authorities are unable or unwilling to control these cybercrimes. How strange?

August 30, 2010 at 9:08 P.M. A wave of attacks against this essay has resulted in the insertion of a number of "errors." I have now corrected those "errors." I have reason to hope that criminal actions will be brought against many of the culprits in this matter in New York.

August 19, 2010 at 9:28 A.M. The following lead story appeared in today's New York Times:

Mary Williams Walsh, "Pension Fraud By New Jersey Cited by S.E.C.," in The New York Times, August 19, 2010 at p. A1.

"Federal regulators accused the STATE OF NEW JERSEY of securities FRAUD on Wednesday for claiming it had been properly funding workers' pensions when it was not."

"Ethics," Mr. Rabner? How's Debbie Poritz enjoying her pension? No other state in the nation's history has faced this level of accusations of fraud or incompetence, lying and (at best) legal ineptitude. Anne Milgram and Stuart Rabner failed to detect these problems as state attorney generals. I will be writing about this matter as well as new investigations of criminal fraud in the pension system of New York by New Jersey persons that has allowed teachers to earn double salaries by working in New Jersey while receiving disability payments from the Empire State. The same persons have been known to bribe municipal officials in order to get zoning variances in their towns, also much worse. Cheating on your taxes, eh? Thus far, these allegations are not verified. If verified (Maria Martinez? a.k.a. Barcelo), they will result in criminal charges for the culprits. People go to prison for that sort of thing and for computer crimes or cybercensorship. Do you judge my "ethics"? Who has or is "cooperating" against me, again? It is rare for an entire state to be classified as guilty of criminal fraud. These securities fraud allegations pertain to prior Democrat administrations in New Jersey. There are even teachers in the state system who falsify their credentials in order to draw larger salaries while collecting disability benefits, allegedly, by never submitting an acceptable dissertation, for example, after suggested revisions to a first draft. Is that O.K. at "Columbia Teachers' College"? I wonder whether the state of New Jersey is interested in such allegations? Are you very concerned about my "ethics"? Who is judging me now? Do you believe that statements made about a person, behind his back, will take long in reaching his ears in the Garden State? ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

August 29, 2010 at 5:55 P.M. No scans can be run of my home computer due to the constant interference with my cable signal causing the computer to switch off. A single letter was deleted from a word in the foregoing paragraph. I have corrected that inserted "error." ("Roberto Unger's Revolutionary Legal Theory.")

August 18, 2010 at 9:41 A.M. A notice informed me of a problem with my security system that obstructed the backup feature. I will attempt to restore that feature. I will scan my system again. Congratulations to Mr. Anthony Suarez, Esq. on his federal indictment and forthcoming disbarment. I have reason to believe that Mayor Suarez will have plenty of company very soon. Mary Anne Kricko? Suarez still has not coughed up the bribe money. Since writing the foregoing text Mr. Suarez was "exonerated." ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")

I believe that this is more than the Governor's salary. Many of these persons hold several jobs. Some teach gym. The past several weeks have been difficult due to intensifying attacks on these writings and other attempts to disrupt my writing schedule. An effort is underway to prevent me from writing at all. I have reason to believe that N.J. officials -- including several affiliated, by reputation, with organized crime families and/or Trenton government agencies like the OAE -- are behind these continuing computer crimes and censorship efforts.

Dim-witted anti-Castro forces, some may be N.J. lawyers (at least for a while), will probably serve as front persons for this operation. Perhaps this is only New Jersey being New Jersey. Jose Ginarte, Esq.? Mr. Ginarte, are you affiliated in any way with "Lulu," an on-line publisher? Senator Menendez, do you have anything to do with "Lulu"? ("How censorship works in America" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

Complicity by "Cubanoids" saddens and embarasses me since it undermines legitimate criticisms of other governments on human rights issues, including valid critiques of the Cuban Revolutionary government. ("Time to End the Embargo Against Cuba.")

We have no standing to criticize other countries on free speech issues when Cuban-American factions, protected by corrupt politicians, censor and suppress the expressions and speech of dissidents, such as myself. Shame on you, Mr. Menendez. ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Senator Bob Struggles to Find His Conscience" then "Is Senator Bob 'For' human Rights?")

The understandable passion of Cuban-Americans is being used to promote the interests of organized crime in New Jersey because many of these earnest and good people are astonishingly idiotic about the motives of their exploiters. Good luck with your legal troubles, Mr. Ginarte. This sad state of affairs hurts the cause of many good Cuban-Americans who are politically active. Not all of us are like Senator Menendez. ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!")

Please understand that censorship, death threats, suppressions of speech, cybercrime committed with the cooperation of bribed officials do not confer credibility on your efforts to bring "Democracy and Freedom" to Cuba. In fact, these tactics make Cuban-Americans look worse than Fidel Castro. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me.'")

Mr. Zisa, the former police chief of Hackensack, was paid $191,606 in that job -- on the books, that is. Zisa was suspended without pay after an arrest on criminal charges. Many weird phone calls (similar to those that I receive) have been made to Zisa's enemies. Who knows who would do such a thing? Even weirder are calls being made to the same individuals who received the mysterious harassing calls, except now they are calls by Zisa requesting assistance with paying Zisa's legal fees. Edgar Navarrete, Esq., do you know who may be making these phone calls to my home? Terry Tuchin?

Mr. Zisa never paid the necessary union fees to purchase the legal protection offered to N.J. cops. I suggest to any police officer in the state that you buy that protection from your union. I believe it is unlikely that Zisa will receive coverage.

Mr. Zisa is rumored to be "connected" to several organized crime families making use of Internet crime and distributing child porn. I am sure that Mr. Zisa denies these rumors and allegations, through his counsel -- "Mr. Knuckles," perhaps? ("Martin Tacetta Didn't Do Nothing!")

Corey Booker said: "Let's get tough on crime!" Mr. Zisa is charged with fraud, a crime that involves moral turpitude or LYING per se. Hence, credibility will be a problem for Hackensack's former "boss" of all cops. "I don't know from nothing," Mr. Zisa is alleged to have said. I believe him.

Controversial and so-called "heartless" Human Services Commissioner JENNIFER VELEZ on Tuesday announced that new laws to relieve the abject misery of chemically lobotomized mental health patients in New Jersey, many of them attractive young women, "will be indefinitely delayed because the 'mental health system lacks the infrastructure to accomodate new patients, and is already beset by waiting lists for community treatment programs.' ..." ("A Killing in New Jersey's House of Healing.")

Allegations of disappearing funds are denied by Ms. Velez. Illicit relationships with females under her "care" are presumably also denied by Ms. Velez, even as she admits in this very statement the inadequacies of the services available in New Jersey to persons afflicted with mental illness. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

Ms. Velez, do you now or did you ever have a sexual or romantic relationship with Diana Lisa Riccioli? Did you, Ms. Velez, enjoy a "relationship" or friendship with Lourdes Santiago, Esq.? Nydia Hernandez, Esq.? Idida Rodriguez? Mary Anne Kricko? Were any of these relationships sexual? If so, with whom were you intimate among these women and at what point in time did this "relationship" exist? Were any of these women married when you "knew" them, Ms. Velez? Did they receive benefits of any kind as a result of your official responsibilities, Ms. Velez? Was there a sexual relationship between yourself, Ms. Velez, and Mary Anne Kricko during the years of her marriage in addition to whatever other relationship exists between the two of you? Did your use of hypnosis, Ms. Velez, have something to do with these relationships that you "enjoyed"? Did you ask for little "favors" from your sexual partners, Ms. Velez?

If you recall, Ms. Velez, did you ever have a sexual encounter/encounters or a so-called "relationship" with a female named "Marilyn Straus"? It is possible that this woman was "made available" to you under a different name or while she was unconscious or in an impaired state. Perhaps no name was given to you, Ms. Velez, by a person made "available" to you for sexual contact by Ms. Riccioli, possibly for a small fee, as Ms. Riccioli was involved in an "alleged" sexual relationship with the state's former Chief Justice, Ms. Poritz? Do you Ms. Velez have any recollection of such "encounters"? Did you meet or have any knowledge of Marilyn Straus, Ms. Velez, at any time? If so, at what time, how and where did you come to know Ms. Straus, Ms. Velez? What other persons were present at such an "encounter," Ms. Velez, or have knowledge concerning Ms. Straus to your knowledge? Are you aware of the whereabouts of Marilyn Straus, Ms. Velez, and if so, for how long have you been aware of this person's (Ms. Straus') whereabouts? Have you continued to insert "errors" in my writings, Ms. Velez, as October 6, 2010? December 10-11, 2010?

Ms. Velez, did you or someone on your behalf have occasion to visit my law office in Union City, New Jersey at any time? If so, did that person identify him- or herself (to me) as a government "agent"? Did you or anyone on your behalf contact ANY person represented by me, secretly, without disclosing his or her identity to that person's counsel at any time? On how many occasions in total did you or someone on your behalf visit my law office, or contact former clients of mine, Ms. Velez? Did you make these contacts at the request of any person or persons, Ms. Velez? If so, at whose request and when did you contact persons in my office and/or former clients of mine, Ms. Velez? Were secret requests made by Senator Menendez to you to target me for such harassment, Ms. Velez? Did you ever use the name "Jill Ketchum" or other aliases in communicating with me or others on-line, Ms. Velez, or do you know whether Mary Anne Kricko used such a name?

Was Brent Schundler a participant in discussions with me at MSN or anywhere on-line to your knowledge, Ms. Velez? Was John McGill, Esq. one of those persons debating or discussing matters with me on-line, Ms. Velez? Was Maria Martinez a.k.a. "Barcelo" a secret participant in debates and attacks against me at "The Philosophy Cafe"? Was Terry Tuchin one of those MSN persons, Ms. Velez? Kindly provide the name or names of all persons serving as on-line interlocutors with me at any time that are known to you, Ms. Velez, whether at the "Philosophy Cafe" or elsewhere on-line or privately.

Were persons or were you, Ms. Velez, rewarded in any way for debating me at MSN or on-line to your knowledge? Was Ms. Martinez so rewarded, to your knowledge, Ms. Velez? If so, Ms. Velez, by whom were "debators" rewarded? Was the source of any rewards, Senator Menendez? Was the reward, if any, in cash or other favors, to your knowledge, Ms. Velez, favors such as promotions or increased pay at public jobs? Please identify the location of any proceeds of such rewards at this time, Ms. Velez, to the best of your knowledge and belief.

Are you aware of or have you participated in or ordered the insertion of "errors" in my writings, or engaged in other computer crime against me, or crimes aimed at my home computer at any time, Ms. Velez? Do you, Ms. Velez, know whether John McGill or anyone on his behalf has engaged in computer crimes against me? Are you aware that use of computers owned by the state of New Jersey to commit crimes victimizing persons ACCROSS STATE LINES aggravates the offenses committed, Ms. Velez? Are you aware that such crimes confer federal jurisdiction on the authorities and invite FBI participation in this matter, Ms. Velez?

Have you or has anyone on your behalf made a phone call to my home, or to the numbers of any of my family members, or made on-line contacts with any of my family members at any time, Ms. Velez? If so, when were these contacts first made to the best of your knowledge, Ms. Velez? Was any member of my family a minor when he or she was contacted by you or your agents, Ms. Velez, or a senior citizen? Are you aware of the identity of persons engaging in computer crimes against me at any time, Ms. Velez, including today? If so, kindly provide the names of such persons to me immediately, Ms. Velez. Do you agree, Ms. Velez, that crimes are "unethical behavior" for any lawyers engaging in criminal activity, even if such "criminal" lawyers and/or lawyers who are criminals happen to work for N.J.'s OAE or any other state agency, officially or unofficially, including any police department? To your knowledge, Ms. Velez, did such a false computer repair person enter my home under false pretenses in order to engage in criminal activity? Misrepresentation, fraud, entry by deception are criminal and unethical actions, are they not, Ms. Velez? Is it true that lawyers committing crimes may be -- and should be -- disbarred especially when crimes are committed over decades against a secretly designated victim, Ms. Velez? Were you, Ms. Velez, aware of the potential emotional and economic harm that would result from such actions against me? Did you intend to cause permanent emotional harm to your victim(s), Ms. Velez? Were you aware of federal laws prohibiting computer crime, censorship, suppressions of speech and of laws forbidding conspiracies to violate civil rights, censorship, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Ms. Velez? Did you, Ms. Velez, or someone on your behalf, ever call my home falsely representing him- or herself as "Time/Warner" or any other entity? (This would be a good time to reinsert the "errors" that I have previously corrected.)

Were you, Ms. Velez, aware of hypnosis being used against me, or to which I was subjected at any time and by anyone? Were you aware that I had not consented to any such contacts with me or hypnosis of any kind, Ms. Velez? Did you, Ms. Velez, participate in thefts from my office and/or were you aware of such thefts at any time? Were you in contact with any person in my office at any time, Ms. Velez, either personally or through an agent of yours who may have participated in thefts from me to your knowledge? Are you aware, Ms. Velez, of whether any person in my office has been charged with a crime anywhere? If so, who has been charged with a crime and where has this accusation been made, Ms. Velez?

Have you, Ms. Velez, ever been involved in a sexual or romantic relationship with Anne Milgram? If so, at what time did such a relationship exist between you two women? Has Ms. Milgram visited my sites and/or engaged in debates with me to your knowledge, Ms. Velez? If so, was Ms. Milgram Attorney General of New Jersey when these debates took place? To your knowledge, Ms. Velez, was Ms. Milgram upset at losing an exchange with me? ("Anne Milgram Does it Again!")

Was money stolen from my office "shared" with you or others, Ms. Velez, to the best of your knowledge? Did you get a "cut" or "piece of the action" for every client stolen from my office with the assistance of Terry Tuchin by other so-called "attorneys," Ms. Velez? Can you name the attorneys "stealing" or illicitly contacting clients at my former law office and the dates when they made these contacts, to the best of your knowledge, Ms. Velez? Do you know or can you say, Ms. Velez, whether Mr. John McGill was also "getting a piece of the action," if he was, meaning a portion of the loot or money stolen from me in any form and at any time? Were slanders spoken against me behind my back aimed at causing professional harm to me, Ms. Velez? Did Ms. Martinez participate in or was she aware of such slanders against me, to your knowledge, Ms. Velez? ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

What threats or promises did you make, Ms. Velez, in exchange for this so-called cooperation? How much money or other "compensation" or "favors" did you offer or exchange for this cooperation from persons in my office and/or friends or relatives of mine, Ms. Velez, and/or persons bribed or threatened to speak against me in "ethics" proceedings, preferably secretly, in order to deny me rights to confrontation? ("What is it like to be tortured?")

Are you, Ms. Velez, aware of the present location of any proceeds from the thefts in my office or from frauds committed using my identity, if any, or of thefts from my home? Are you aware of the commission of such frauds using (or stealing) my identity, Ms. Velez? Did you share in any proceeds of such frauds, Ms. Velez? Who was involved in such thefts to your knowledge, Ms. Velez? Mr. Gilberto Garcia?

Is it a fact, Ms. Velez, to the best of your knowledge that teachers in the state of New Jersey are required to comply with an ethical requirement that precludes commission of criminal offenses, like theft, for example, or fraud? Do you, Ms. Velez, have any knowledge concerning obstructions of my computer's cable signal and/or telephone service? To your knowledge, Ms. Velez, does any member of my family also have knowledge of such obstructions concerning my home phone service and/or assist in obstructing cable services to my computer, or any other computer, or assist in the creation of such obstructions or interference with any of my service providers, whether knowingly or not? If so, please name the member of my family or relative and/or "friend" providing this assistance, Ms. Velez?

Are you now or were you ever an attorney required to comply with the rules of ethics governing members of the bar in New Jersey, Ms. Velez? Have you been suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey, Ms. Velez? Were you an attorney at the time that you made these requests and engaged in these activities, Ms. Velez, if you did, and did you identify yourself as such to your "agents" (persons you contacted) enjoying "apparent authority" in accordance with New Jersey law? If you are aware of such a suspension and the reasons for it, Ms. Velez, please state your understanding of the rational basis for the suspension of Mr. McGill to the best of your ability. Are you, Ms. Velez, aware of any criminal charges pending against Mr. McGill at this time? What are the reasons for that suspension of an OAE attorney, if he is suspended, Ms. Velez, to the best of your knowledge and belief?

If so, please provide the names of those attorneys disciplined for ethics breaches in connection with tactics used against me, at any time, also of any attorneys to be disciplined as a result of actions taken against me, Ms. Velez, before or since my departure from New Jersey to the extent that they are known to you? Are you aware of secret so-called "torture files" pertaining to me that may include recordings, whether visual or audio, or both, that have been kept from me by any entity associated with the state of New Jersey or other governmental entity, for any reason or no reason, Ms. Velez or Senator Menendez, including any so-called "reports" by Terry Tuchin and/or Diana Lisa Riccioli together with supporting secret statements from alleged witnesses? Are these "errors" intended to cause psychological harm to me, Ms. Velez? Are you aware, Ms. Velez, of who is blocking my computer's cable signal? What are the name(s) of such persons responsible for shutting off my computer, Ms. Velez? Are any of these persons blocking my computer's cable signal members of my family, Ms. Velez, whether immediate family or "family" by marriage? If so, then please identify by name the individuals providing assistance in efforts to block my computer's cable signal at any time? Is this blocking of my computer signal a form of censorship, Ms. Velez? Are you aware that deliberate violations of civil rights by government officials or conspiracies to violate civil rights are federal crimes making conspirators jointly responsible for all criminal conduct in furtherance of their conspiracy, Ms. Velez? Are you familiar with the provisions of section 18 of the U.S. Code, Ms. Velez?

Ms. Velez, are you aware of the alterations of any so-called statements obtained from alleged witnesses against me that were never shown to me or that have been made part of a "secret" record(s) in matters pertaining to me before New Jersey's corrupt Supreme Court? If any such files containing information as to hypnosis or other so-called "therapy" or "intervention" or "interrogation" are in your personal or professional possession, then I hereby request that they be turned over to me immediately in compliance with New Jersey and federal laws, Ms. Velez or Mr. Menendez, Mr. Christie or Ms. Dow. I make the same request, publicly, for full disclosure to me of any and all torture files from any and all governmental agencies, whether federal or state, in connection also with any files/investigations pertaining to me in any shape or manner, however they may be labelled? Turn over all files to me immediately pursuant to all "Right to Know" and/or "sunshine" or "Open File" laws, both state and federal, Mr. Christie and Ms. Dow, Mr. Menendez and OAE, Mr. Holder. This includes all files pertaining to these matters in the possession of subcontractors or other agencies of governmental actors in matters pertaining to me acting with "apparent authority" under New Jersey law since 1988 until today.

By making this public request I hope to make it difficult for Mr. McGill (or the OAE) to claim that my request for this information was never received by them.

If such correspondence exists in any form, I hereby request that such correspondence also be turned over to me, Ms. Velez. I make the same request for all such correspondence pertaining to me in any manner and with any party at any time from Mr. Menendez and direct that request to the Senator's "good offices" and law office in Jersey City or Union City, New Jersey, wherever that office may now be located.

Have you received any cash or other rewards from Mr. Menendez, or anyone else, with regard to these "efforts" concerning me at any time, Ms. Velez, or for any alleged reason associated with efforts against me by the OAE? If so what was the nature of that "reward" and from whom did you receive it and at what time did you receive this reward, Ms. Velez? Where are the proceeds of this "reward" money now located, Ms. Velez? Are you in control of or administering bank accounts for any person or entity, whether such accounts are located in the United States or outside of the country, Ms. Velez, including so-called "non-federal" accounts? If so, at what time did you become responsible for such accounts, if any, Ms. Velez? How many bank accounts do you control or have you controlled, whether personal or in any other forms, Ms. Velez? Were you, Ms. Velez, present at any session at which I was questioned or interrogated while under hypnosis and/or while being chocked in my home or anywhere? Were you, Ms. Velez, aware of sexual contacts made on or against my person by anyone while I was incapacitated, either through hypnosis or "otherwise"? Are you aware of any videotapes of such sexual assaults or contacts in the possession of any person or entity, Ms. Velez? When did you become aware of such tapes or recordings, Ms. Velez, if you ever did become aware of such recordings? Where are those recordings located today, Ms. Velez, to the best of your knowledge and belief? Did you bring that evidence of unsought sexual contacts against me while I was under hypnosis immediately and voluntarily to the attention of the police in the jurisdiction(s) in which the incidents or incidents occurred, Ms. Velez? Are you aware that it is a crime to obstruct, tamper with, or fail to aid a criminal investigation -- especially as an officer of the court -- Ms. Velez?

Are you aware of physical assaults against me, many involving violence, while I was in an impaired state, under hypnosis, Ms. Velez? Are you, Ms. Velez, aware of whether "assaults and batteries," physical violence against me, has been videotaped? Where are such videotapes of punching, slapping, and other violent or sexual actions against me now located to the best of your knowledge and belief, Ms. Velez? Do you deny, Ms. Velez, that punching, raping, and stealing from persons are usually considered "unethical" actions for attorneys or anyone? ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

What actions have you taken today to bring such materials (records) to the police in the jurisdiction where the incident or incidents concerning me occurred, Ms. Velez? Where are those recordings today of events beyond and within New Jersey concerning me, if any, to the best of your knowledge and belief, Ms. Velez? Is it a fact that among these incidents of sexual contact and illicit interrogation are several occurring in New York city, long after my departure from New Jersey? Are you aware of the names of the persons who engaged in those sexual contacts against me, Ms. Velez, or the names of persons present at such questionings?

Kindly provide all information, including the names of the individuals involved in these incidents against me of all kinds and at any time, in your possession, if any, immediately, to me, Ms. Velez, and to the police in the jurisdiction in which the incidents occurred, i.e., New York? Were you involved in a sexual relationship with Ms. Riccioli at the time that you authorized her to act as a therapist, if you ever did, Ms. Velez? Do you have any knowledge or reason to believe that Ms. Riccioli is involved in, or a patron of, child-pornography and -prostitution, Ms. Velez? Are you a "consumer" of child pornography, Ms. Velez? Did you seek to confirm your allegations against me through generating conduct by me produced through hypnotic suggestion, Ms. Velez?

How much did you steal from Marilyn Straus, Ms. Velez, if anything? Do you know or can you say how much money and/or other valuable goods and/or services were stolen from Ms. Straus by Ms. Riccioli, Ms. Velez? Are you aware of how many clients and/or money was stolen from me or my office, Ms. Velez, at any time and/or in total? Can you estimate the amount of such thefts from my office, Ms. Velez? Did you share in any way in the proceeds of such thefts from me or my office, at any time, Ms. Velez? Are you aware of any accident cases allegedly filed on my behalf in which a person claiming to be me was paid money for compensation of any kind by any entity, Ms. Velez? I have never filed a claim for personal injury against any insurer. Do you know whether Edgar Navarette, Esq. or any other lawyer at the time of such litigation was involved in such an accident case, if any, Ms. Velez?
