New Jersey's "Ethical" Legal System.
Mission Statement of New Jersey's Judiciary:
"We are an independent branch of government constitutionally ENTRUSTED with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States and this State."

No images can be posted at blogger; MSN groups is closed; MSN may be "closed." I am told that the Internet will "close." Attacks against these writings and other harassments are still a daily experience. No response from N.J. to my requests for information has been received. No italics or bold script can be used at blogger. The foregoing paragraph has been altered several times. Many obstacles prevented me from gaining access to this site today. I cannot access my writings at MSN.

On September 10, 2007 at 11:55 A.M. -- a visit to the Lulu site indicates that my book, "Why I am Not an Ethical Relativist and Other Essays 2000-2006" is listed as being "published by Lulu" or Lulu is listed as "publisher." This same publisher refuses to send my book to Bowker's or on-line booksellers because my book is not "published by Lulu." The nonsense concerning listing the thirteen digit ISBN number is belied by the fact that many other Lulu titles, which have been and are distributed, have no such listing. http://www.Lulu.com/content/567258. Also, Lulu prints this information on ordered copies. A revised version of my book with the ISBN number has been uploaded. Now it appears that this ISBN number may be fraudulent and that the money I paid for it was stolen.
What is the connection, if any, between the Lulu site and N.J. politics or politicians? State censorship? (I just corrected an "error" not found in earlier versions of this essay.)
The true number of visitors to my sites is not reported accurately. It is estimated that the nearly 6,500 visitors to my blogs, more to my MSN group, and comparable number of hits at my books' site is a gross understatement of numbers that are really much higher than this. 25,000? I anticipate efforts to discredit the book and/or blogs. In keeping with past practice these efforts will be anonymous and sabotage will be surreptitious. My adversaries will not risk a fair debate with me. This is typical of the legal process in New Jersey. The time for debate is long past.

New Jersey has anounced tax increases for 2009-2010 totaling about $1 BILLION. The portion of this sum to be paid to deceased state workers is not known at this time. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.") Bold script and italics come and go, like the rule of law in New Jersey.
"TRENTON, Sept 6 -- Eleven current or former public officials, including two members of the State Assembly, were charged Thursday with taking thousands of dollars in bribes in exchange for promising municipal business to undercover officers posing as insurance brokers in the latest federal probe into New Jersey's rampant political [and legal] corruption."
"... The investigation initially focused on the Pleasantville Board of Education, which runs a tiny, impoverished school district near Atlantic City. With 13 superintendents in the last 10 years, the district has been plagued by turmoil and is now working with a state appointed monitor."
It is fortunate that, unlike the Teterboro School District that receives several hundred thousand dollars per year for its budget, Pleasantville actually has schools and students. Teterboro doesn't, but they spend the money anyway. (An "error" was inserted by N.J. hackers in this text overnight. I have now corrected it.)
I'm sure they'll come up with some bullshit to explain this absurdity. Most people call it good old fashioned "theft."
Any New Jersey appointed monitor will be worthless if your goal is to ensure the legality of public institutions and processes. This is because anything that matters -- government committees, bar association "spots," judgeships -- will be contaminated by the state's corrupt politics and mob influence. Anyone appointed to such a position will be a "known guy or gal." Such a person will know how to "go along in order to get along." (See "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
Don't ruffle feathers, make only small waves, so it looks like you're doing something, then it's "business as usual." Also, it helps to kick back loot to the higher ups, probably including corrupt judges and justices or New Jersey's traditionally corrupt Attorney General. (See "Law is Dead in New Jersey" and "Does it look like I'm negotiating?")
According to journalists and most bar association members, N.J.'s Attorney General, Anne Milgram is obviously incompetent. Ingle & McClure describe the N.J. A.G.'s office as characteristically "corrupt and inept." I believe that this is too kind an assessment of Ms. Milgram as Attorney General. One explanation for Milgram's ineffectiveness in crucial matters is her desire to protect fellow lesbians -- such as Debbie Poritz and/or Diana Lisa Riccioli, allegedly, possibly Nydia Hernandez and others are part of the "Meow Mix."
This essay continues to be a target for hackers inserting "errors." I will continue to make corrections, focusing on more members of the N.J. bar and judiciary in the weeks and months ahead as new scandals explode in the media. As for efforts aimed at harming me, see "A Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!" and "Another Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!" Keep it up, fellas!
Anne Milgram's incompetence is the subject of jokes everywhere in the state, while the unusual sexual habits of Debbie Poritz have always been common knowledge. Hide your kids. Speculation will center on Rabner and some other members of the Garden State's disgraced high court: "In New Jersey's super corrupt atmosphere," Ingle and McClure point out, "nothing is sacred or beyond conversion to a patronage pit. Seemingly everything Jersey politicians do is designed to help themselves or their friends." This is especially true of the state's corrupt Supreme Court: "Little is done because it is the right thing to do." (p. 9.)
Under Debbie Poritz, for instance, corruption was easier than ever because she was known to lawyers, unaffectionately, as Ms. "out-to-lunch." Naturally, lawyers would deny this publicly. In other words, Poritz was either distracted or stupid when it came to administrative matters, so the mob had a field day. I will be happy to quote lawyers and judges on this subject. The consequences are visible all around us. By the way, Poritz was also a mediocre or worse judge. Any other judge speaking in Atlantic City, at a podium bearing the logo of a casino, would at least have been "spoken to" about decorum and the appearance of impropriety. A minority judge would have been executed. The foregoing sentence was not intended literally.
Hypocrisy and double standards by Poritz makes her years as "Chief Justice of New Jersey" (and her life's work) a dismal failure and a lie. The foregoing sentence was intended literally. Poritz will be remembered as a fraud who never should have been appointed to the position that she disgraced, especially if she had anything to do with the unconstitutional and criminal methods used against me since 1988 and still today. It is unclear whether Poritz traded favors for sex with young women, but it would not suprise me and the suggestion certainly has been made before. I will not pretend that "nothing happened." I will not adjust. I will not take up stamp collecting. How many African-American victims have you tortured, Terry Tuchin? How many Palestinians have you "interrogated," Terry? How does a Jew become Mengele?
Debbie's alleged "lesbianism" is incidental and irrelevant, of course, unless it was used as a means either to threaten her with "embarassment" or to influence her decisions with the promise of "introductions" to willing VERY young women. Both possibilities are plausible or even likely, as many New Jersey lawyers have suggested. Debbie's shocking and unforgivable ignorance of most matters relevant to her decisions as Chief Justice, including applicable provisions of law and the U.S. Constitution, is more worrisome if not unusual in Trenton. ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!" and "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")
Rabner is more of a politician, but he is just as ignorant and insensitive to the plight of poor people, minorities and others whom he "dislikes." I believe that he "dislikes" all the "little brown people." No wonder I had to correct an inserted "error" in this essay today. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
Rabner, Poritz and Milgram condone censorship of critics and victims of New Jersey's legalized criminality. 1988-2009? What happened to the First Amendment? I am renewing my request for Tuchin's and Riccioli's reports, records, and all torture files. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
January 22, 2010 at 3:36 P.M. Several essays have been vandalized, again, even as the U.S. calls on China to respect civil rights and Internet freedom of expression. Is Google concerned about the violations of American writers' freedoms and privacy? I hope so.
"But then unexpectedly Pleasantville officials led investigators on what Christopher J. Christie, United States attorney for New Jersey, described at a news conference here as a 'corruption tour' of New Jersey by referring the fake insurers to other parts of the state."
Did you scam insurance companies for fees, Terry Tuchin? Did you kick back to Poritz, Terry?
"That tour, prosecutors said, ranged 125 miles north to Passaic and Paterson, two gritty towns just outside New York City known for rough politics, as well as to Newark and Orange. And the way it transpired resembled the New Jersey of Hollywood as meetings unfolded in parked cars, rest stops on the Garden State Parkway, restaurants and hotels."
At 42nd Street, between Bergenline Avenue and JFK Boulevard, in Union City, New Jersey (Bob Menendez turf!) meetings take place betwen mob capos or cartel jefes, local elected officials, mayors, judges and prominent members of the bar -- "allegedly." At a comfy little diner in Hoboken, on election day, local "committee men" chuckle merrily over the votes being cast by names taken from grave stones in local cemeteries. The stories I was told about the early days of Bob Menendez would make your hair stand on end. (See "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.") No wonder Hudson County Democrats always win. ("Is New Jersey Lucky Luciano's Havana?" and "Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?") The politicians are the pimps; judges are the whores. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
To have such persons decide that one is "unethical" -- after one's rights have been criminally violated by them, publicly -- amounts to a hideous, Kafkaesque farce. For some reason, I experienced difficulties accessing this essay again. You think they don't like me in New Jersey? I wonder why? An essay concerning the conduct of Superior Court Judge Mark Baber is coming up, then Judges Tolentino and Schaeffer. All three are poor excuses for decent human beings; none are intellectually impressive; they are all equally disdainful of persons appearing before them whose skin is dark or who come from the wrong ethnic group. Let us hope that none of them are still around. Baber was described to me by a member of the bar as a "racist" and worse. I will be happy to name that prominent member of the bar. Several other attorneys concurred, as do I.
I recall one elected official, who has since been indicted, by the feds, alluding to his friends in the local prosecutor's office in Hudson County. I understood him to say that he would get "a heads up" on any state investigation, which is why New Jersey law enforcement -- and many honest people trying to do their jobs -- is mostly neutralized by the mob families that run the state. I wouldn't talk to any New Jersey police or prosecutor, if you can help it, about possible corruption charges against state officials. Go to the feds -- in New York -- with any information about corruption in the Garden State. (An "error" was inserted, brazenly, in this essay posted only hours ago.) Any time you talk to local cops or prosecutors in New Jersey, you're probably talking to the mafia. This is common knowledge in many towns in the stench-filled counties of New Jersey. If you own a home in Ridgewood, New Jersey, then it is likely that you have adopted lethal amounts of radium and chromium. Enjoy. Luckily, many of the lowlifes in Ridgewood deserve what they get -- which will be probably be a brain tumor given the poisons in the ground and their drinking water.
New Jersey lawyers and courts merit no respect because they are corrupt and incompetent in the vast majority of instances. The New Jersey legal system is a clubhouse, one set of rules applies to the "little people" and another secret set of practices exists for "insiders," like Tuchin. Tuchin's disdain for the dignity, privacy, property, cash, welfare of his secretly selected victims should ensure him a trip to prison. Tuchin claims that he is my "ethical superior" and qualified to "instruct me on philosophical- and life-issues." You decide. Anyone who cooperated in Tuchin's illegal information-gathering efforts will be reminded of that fact each time I find myself in their presence.
"But even Mr. Christie said that he was stunned by the business-as-usual boldness uncovered in the most recent investigation, which the F.B.I. dubbed Operation Broken Boards. Mr. Christie noted that one of those charged, Assemblyman Mims Hackett Jr., is the chairman of the State Government Committee, which is responsible for government rules and oversight, including ETHICS legislation."
New allegations concerning rape -- yes, RAPE -- by several state police officers in New Jersey (no judges?) were reported in network news programs on NBC, December 11, 2007. None of the police officers were indicted for these actions. What the hell. Boys will be boys. Not so long ago a Superior Court judge from Camden County was arrested for having sex with a minor, as a so-called "sex tourist" in Russia, or was it "elsewhere"? (See "We don't know from nothing.") Compare "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" with "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House." You can order prostitutes as young as seven years-old in Atlantic City. Right, Terry Tuchin? ("New Jersey is the Home of Child Molestation.")
Judges and political bosses have been reputed to do much worse in the Garden State, for years. I am looking forward to discussing allegations against many members of the N.J. judiciary in the months and years ahead, together with my own recollections of gross incompetence and shocking stupidity on the part of persons still affiliated with the bench and politics in that soiled legal system which leads the country in child porn distribution. Speaking of morons, Judge Tolentino? I plan to visit law libraries to research ethics matters, judicial discipline, and other instances of corruption swept under the rug in New Jersey. I will publish discussions of such matters in the years and decades to come. I hope. Do I have your attention, "gentlemen"? ("Does Senator Menendez have Mafia friends?")
New Jersey "Justice" Jaynee LaVecchia, for example, is said to have many friends in the real estate and construction business. (Yet another "error" was inserted in this last sentence, after my twentieth revision of this essay.) Jaynee's buddies are, thus, into "cement." In every sense. Allegedly. Right, Jaynee? Many of Jaynee's friends and "family" find that their knuckles graze the ground as they walk. But enough about Jaynee's colleagues on the New Jersey judicial bench. New insertions of "errors" in these writings may provide further confirmation of these accusations. They have, as a matter of fact. (See "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State," and again, "Jaynee La Vecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," and "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
Let us continue to hope that "Cheech" and the boys, along with other prominent members of the New Jersey Bar Association from the North Bergen area will cooperate by demonstrating their true colors, while leaving electronic bread crumbs behind. Never underestimate the stupidity of political criminals from New Jersey. Garcia? Profiles of several New Jersey "judges" and leading members of the bar are coming up. You won't want to miss them, especially when I get to New Jersey Superior Court Judges Gallipoli and Tolentino. By the way, Ms. Tolentino is not Italian-American. This a source of relief and joy for Italian-Americans. Speculation among lawyers centered on whether Ms. Tolentino's I.Q. approached 100 or was below that number. I suspect that Tolentino's intelligence was at the level of what they call a "mongoloid imbecile." How you doing, Luisa?
Is it true that "Jaynee" was behind the recent charges against her "colleague" Mr. Rivera-Soto? Or was that Virginia? There are several theories about that little episode. Inquiring minds want to know. How about it Jaynee? By the way, do you know Diana? Are you two gals "bosom-buddies"? How close are you two "gals"? Is my mention of Jaynee enough for hackers to insert "errors" in this essay? If so, as I say, then they're proving my point. If I find new "errors" after this, then I'll be sure to discuss "Jaynee" at greater length in the future. Were the images of atrocity in Gaza so disturbing to Debbie Poritz or Stuart Rabner that their "friends" obstructed my access to MSN and hacked into my computer to prevent my use of images? Do Rabner and Poritz accept the principle of free speech? Even when persons criticize Israel? What did they know and when did they know it at New Jersey's Supreme Court and Attorney General's office? Lying to the FBI, "ladies"? Jaynee, got a problem, huh? Sybil likes the girls? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")
Based on new "errors" discovered this morning, I have decided that "Jaynee" (New Jersey's favorite former cheerleader) merits further discussion. How does someone like Jaynee get to be a judge anywhere, much less on a state Supreme Court? Pull? (See "Let's Ask Jaynee La Vecchia About Corruption in New Jersey.") Jaynee takes care of her own. Where's the $300 MILLION from the HIP deal, Jaynee? If Jaynee La Vecchia has the slightest regard for the tribunal on which she sits (no one else does), then she should resign immediately.
N.J.'s legal system displays hypocrisy and fraud on a cosmic scale: Zazzali's and Verniero's participation in racial profiling (no hypnosis for them?); Rabner's splendid isolation, even as colleagues conspire to get ethics charges filed against one another, even as Mr. Prisco walks out of prison for a "small fee" -- allegedly? Poritz's visible incompetence and laughable spectacle in accepting her portrait and tributes as the New Jersey legal system is plunged into a latrine of corruption, cruelty, discrimination, injustice and fraud. Ethics? You want to chat about ethics? Go ahead. (See "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" and "How to be a Politician or a Lawyer in New Jersey" as well as "La Cosa Nostra in North Bergen, New Jersey.")
Still on the public tit, Stuart Rabner? Can't hack it on your own in the real world, Stuart? These N.J. judges are self-professed "ethical examples" for the rest of us. They make most people sick to their stomachs with their lies and theivery.
How do you judge others and wear judicial robes knowing about the crimes committed by your tribunal and its minions against people like me, Mr. Rabner? Hypocrisy? Tell me how vastly morally superior to the rest of us are the members of New Jersey's judiciary and Supreme Court. Come on, Debbie. Let's hear all about Debbie Poritz and that moral exemplar, her pal, Diana. I'm sure that you two gals are very tight. Did Diana provide Poritz with introductions to young women? How young were they? Were the "young ladies" conscious at the time of the introductions? Diana, did you disclose your sexual relationship with Marilyn at the time of the so-called "sessions" to which I was subjected against my will? Did you invite others to have sex with Marilyn while she was unconscious? Did those others include Tuchin? Poritz?
In the most racist, crime-infested, politically-warped state legal system -- where the ethics-enforcement process is tainted by political influence and (probably) cash or other "favors" for functionaries -- the very word "ethics" spoken by people like Poritz is sickening to listeners and a ridiculous lie. (See "America's Holocaust," "Driving While Black (DWB) in New Jersey," and "How to Execute the Innocent in New Jersey.") Cooperate fully with any investigation, John McGill.
"Think of the Garden State's ethics laws as what banking regulations would be if Bonnie and Clyde made them." (Ingle & McClure, p. 4.)
New computer troubles and difficulty updating my system on November 2, 2007 at 2:45 P.M. I wonder why? My cable signal was illegally blocked on December 5, 2007 at 10:55 A.M. I am running my second scan this morning. You think that such harassment will stop me? How about Tuchin? Is Tuchin "ethical"? "Irreconcilable conflict" between therapeutic and forensic roles, right Terry? No questioning of impaired persons by any so-called "psychiatrist" for the benefit of the state or any persons whose presence is unsought by a non-consenting victim is anything other than torture. What legal authority did you, Terry Tuchin, have to subject me to hypnosis beginning in 1988? How many sessions in total took place? Who was present at those sessions? How much did you or others at your invitation steal from my office, whether in clients or cash? ("The Experiments in Guatemala.")
How does it feel, Tuchin, for a Jew to become Mengele? Are you a medical doctor, Terry? Are you any kind of doctor, Terry? Is it true that you questioned the so-called "Ice Man" in New Jersey, Terry? Was that defendant ("The Ice Man") under hypnosis when you questioned him, if you did Terry? Is it not a violation of a victim's Constitutional rights to be questioned under hypnosis, possibly framed, by an agent of the state? (See "What is it like to be tortured?") Is it O.K. to violate a victim's rights if the victim is a Muslim, Terry? Torturing African-Americans is fine, right Terry? (See "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Peter G. Verniero and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
I suspect that Terry began his professional life as a torturer of Palestinian Arabs or other Muslims. How many lives have you destroyed, Terry, through your illegal questioning of "objects" under hypnosis? How's Manny doing, Terry? When did you first question Manny Diaz, Terry, Senator Bob's former law partner? Did you set Manny up to get rid of him and cover your ass for what you stole from him? (See "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey" and "Law is Dead in New Jersey.")
How many of your "patients or victims" become sexual partners, Diana? ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "No Charges for Child Molester in the N.J. State Assembly.") Did you participate in the questioning of Assata Shakur, Terry? How about Mumia Abu-Jamal, Terry? Are they "objects," Terry? Are Mr. Abu-Jamal and Ms. Shakur "slaves," Terry Tuchin? ("Richard A. Posner on Voluntary Actions and Criminal Responsibility.")
How many of you raped Marilyn? Was it only Diana who "enjoyed" sex with a vulnerable and helpless woman? Again: Did you disclose your sexual "relationship," Diana, at the time when these events (my questioning) began in 1988 or ever? Is Tuchin Debbie's "friend"? Is Diana Debbie's "friend"? What kind of scams did you two pull to milk insurance companies and the state for money in exchange for torturing me, secretly? Face-to-face, Terry. Who was paying you, Terry, and for what services were you paid? You like Ridgewood, New Jersey? "White man's country"? Paramus? Where are those reports, Terry? Did you file them with the New Jersey Supreme Court or with the OAE? 1988-2010? I want all of them. Both places got the reports? How come I didn't get or see them? Did all of you steal $100,000 or more over the years from me? Clients and fees? Where are the video and audio tapes that you made? Statements that were obtained and used secretly? What conversations did you have with my family members and friends? How much spying were they asked to do, secretly, long before there were any grievances manufactured against me? Were they compensated for their efforts to inform against me? ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")
What were you, Terry and Diana, doing going through files in my office for years before the first grievances were SOLICITED or MANUFACTURED against me? Did you or "others" prepare letters and documents -- for years! -- items purporting to come from clients, without identifying yourselves? What is a "fiduciary" relationship, Terry? Whose homes did you enter under false pretenses, Terry? What did you steal from those homes? Money? Who else was subjected, secretly, to questioning under hypnosis? What legal right did you have to do that questioning? How much was stolen from my office and by whom was that money stolen? Do you presume to judge or comment upon my ethics? Did you comment on so-called private matters to friends or relatives waiving all confidentiality, Terry? Who has this right to confidentiality -- me or you? Did you ever have any legal right to speak to me under hypnosis without my consent, Terry? Do you believe that I have privacy rights, Terry?
Is the OAE a conspirator to the violation of civil rights and other federal crimes, then to a cover-up of those violations and that original conspiracy? Take another look at your rule book, John McGill. Are OAE offficials participants in a criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights and in another conspiracy to cover-up their outrageous criminality? Do you, Stuart Rabner, speak to me of ethics? What does the "E" in "OAE" stand for, John? (This is a good time to insert more "errors" in this essay, boys.)
Were the civil ethics allegations against me "ass cover" for your criminality, Terry? How many prisoners in New Jersey had their rights criminally violated by Terry Tuchin and his assistants? How many of them will never know it? How many friends do you have in The New York Times, boys? What were you, Terry, doing at the OAE offices when I was there to review what they laughingly called "discovery"? Terry seemed to find my predicament "funny"? Are you laughing today, Terry? What was Diana doing in my office? Why was Diana at my computer? Stealing? What did she say to my secretaries concerning her credentials and legal rights? Where are those videos? ALL of them? Preferably unaltered. Should the OAE disclose exculpatory material, like, hypothetically, exchanges with translators unable to decipher the contents of alleged "tape recordings" being told what their conclusions should and MUST be by OAE officials not speaking the language to be "translated"? How would they, those OAE officials, "know" the contents of such alleged tapes? How about records of phone calls made to attorneys inquiring about a subject who was not yet the target of grievances that were unsolicited at the time when those phone calls to colleagues were made? Why the interest in that individual on the part of OAE officials years BEFORE grievances against him existed? Why insult and defame me to friends and family members before bothering to solicit those grievances, huh? Whatta-ya say, Diana? Should lawyers' offices be bugged by the OAE? Should lawyers discuss mere allegations that are meant to be confidential in the courthouse cafeteria with a chuckle before any such allegation has been proven? How about when it turns out that the transcript on which those allegations are based has been altered with the knowledge of an OAE lawyer? Criminal obstruction of justice is unethical, right John? How about tampering with witnesses? Talk to me about your ethics, boys. Come on, let's hear all about it.
Stuart, did I wake you up? Who would alter a translation of what purports to be a secretly recorded conversation between an attorney and client, violating confidentiality, which was not admissable in legal proceedings? Why would you do such a thing? Do you speak to me of "ethics," John? Who should be disbarred, John? How about our friend "John" at the OAE? Should John McGill be disbarred? Did you explain to my relatives the price they would pay for spying secretly for you, John, for the rest of their lives? Terry? Diana? Did all three of you meet with my in-laws? I believe that such conduct is criminal. (Again: "Jennifer Velez is a "Dyke Magnet!'")
Go ahead, take a letter out of what I've written. I'll put it back in the sentence. It'll be like ping pong. We'll keep going back and forth, proving my point and piling more shit on New Jersey's high court. I've got my shovel. I hope you have yours. At this point, it's all good. Is this standard practice? Secret crimes committed by agents of American "Supreme" courts that can be denied publicly? Or is that only New Jersey's practice? Does New Jersey target, politically selected attorneys, for professional destruction? What did Senator Bob know and when did he know it? ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
A question mark was removed from one of the titles above, probably by one of Debbie's "pussycats." Shouldn't a person who writes and files a grievance against an attorney actually speak and read the language in which he allegedly "wrote" this document that is to be evaluated by persons who secretly wrote it for him in the first place? Does it comport with the OAE's notions of due process to have their agents, unilaterally, alter transcripts with the consent of a decision-maker who is paid by the same agency -- the OAE -- employing one of the parties to so-called "litigation"? Should the "judge" and one litigant in a case be paid by the same state agency? Did you pretend to be a "judge," John? Inquiring minds want to know.
How many other victims are there, Terry? Again: who was paying you and for what services? Whose interests were you really serving? Your own? Were witnesses paid off or threatened to utter lies against me? Why did you, Terry, not act on the knowledge of Diana's sexual contacts with an impaired and suffering woman, severely and further damaged by those contacts? You knew of those contacts because I told you of them. Why did you not listen to me? Are ex-parte meetings by one side with an arbiter (paid by the same employer) and unilateral alterations of transcripts permissible in New Jersey administrative hearings? John? Whatta-ya say about my "ethics," boys? Are you going to instruct me about philosophy or law, John? Do you really believe that the Constitution of the United States of America, in your words, "does not apply" to N.J. administrative proceedings, John?
Any tribunal worthy of the name -- aware of criminal violations of the U.S. Constitution's guarantees to which I and so many others have been and are subjected -- should act, forthwith and sua sponte to take remedial and meliorative action to halt the on-going tortures and injustices, censorship, destruction of written work, and cover-ups. Limitations of actions are equitable doctrines having no application to instances of criminal fraud or worse. Have your law clerks look up sua sponte. Perhaps Mr. Rabner will need to borrow some testicular fortitude from judges in another jurisdiction. Don't tell me that Rabner still "demurs"? Are you afraid of the mafia, Stuart? Call the FBI. Do you speak to me of cowardice, "gentlemen"? Do any one of you have the balls to face me? Tell your friends in law and police work, both in the U.S. and globally, about this disgusting spectacle of criminality among America's judges and lawyers in New Jersey?
Report these crimes -- including obstructions of your access to these writings through abuse of government power -- to local law enforcement in your area. These are your tax dollars at work. (One more "error" inserted and corrected.)
How you doing, Anne? Got your shopping done at the "Xanadu" mall? I wonder whether those two, Stuart and Anne, visited "The Philosophy Cafe" at MSN? I am available for further debate any time, boys and girls. Did I kick your asses in debate? Are you two among my philosophical interlocutors? Would either of you two "legal eagles" be a party to the commission of cybercrimes? And cover-ups? "Chief Justice" of the New Jersey Supreme Court? "Attorney General" of New Jersey? What do these titles mean to these people? Anything? Nothing? Do Stuart and Anne wear price tags? Do either of you plan to lecture me about Hume, Wittgenstein, or Kant? How about "ethics"? You want to borrow some of my ethics, Stuart? Looks like you can use some ethics.
Attorneys -- even more so a Chief Justice and Attorney General! -- aware of CRIMES, like rape and theft, are obligated to bring those crimes to the attention of the authorities, aren't they? Furthermore, no attorney can participate in a criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights, isn't that so? Hey, why don't you insert some "errors" now?
New Jersey's high court responds with ... silence, greed, indifference and daily betrayals of the justices' oaths as state Supreme Court "judges" along with all semblance of legitimacy for New Jersey's shit-stained tribunals and their vomit-stained decisions. Perhaps hackers will seek to delete letters from this essay, again, or affect the spacing between paragraphs. In fact, they already have defaced my work today. Get some weed for "Justice" Wallace. ("America's Holocaust," and again: "What is it like to be tortured?")
New "errors" inserted and corrected. February 11, 2008 at 9:59 A.M. The struggle continues March 6, 2008 at 12:26 P.M. More "errors" and corrections. March 11, 2008 at 1:15 P.M. New "errors" and corrections. August 17, 2008 at 12:43 P.M. and April 4, 2009 at 11:21 A.M. Keep it coming, boys. Yes! Once more with gusto: November 1, 2010 at 11:05 A.M. "Errors" inserted as Mr. Zisa faces new charges, again.
July 8, 2009 at 2:24 P.M. an essay posted earlier today was defaced by N.J. hackers. Judge Tolentino? Is Luisa (Tolentino's former law clerk) part of the lesbian love-fest who was intimate with her judge? Did Ms. Luisa misrepresent herself as "Judge Tolentino" to my former clients? Lupe, did you get into these scams? I wonder whether any of these persons can explain the insertions of "errors" in my writings? "Ladies?" How many of you women were partying with New Jersey's lesbian judges? Mary Anne Kricko?
Censorship, violence, threats and frame-ups are typical responses to criticisms from persons entrusted with enforcing the U.S. Constitution, along with attempts to alter and destroy written work that is protected by copyright laws and the U.S. Constitution. (This last sentence was also altered since my previous reading of this essay earlier this morning.) Again: How do you live with yourselves or call yourselves "justices" in New Jersey's shit-covered high court? Ethics? How about hackers destroying manuscript files at my home computer to prevent me from writing? I will write my book with my own shit on the walls of your court house, metaphorically speaking, since that court is already covered in shit. Christopher Christie stated:
"... 'It's been six years doing this job, and I thought I could no longer be surprised by a combination of brazenness, arrogance and stupidity, 'but the people elected in this state [by names on gravestones?] continue to defy description.' ... "
Yep, Mr. Christie's right: "... corruption is a disease in New Jersey." Wait till you see what most judges are like in that horrible state legal system. This has nothing to do with party affiliation. One of those arrested was a Republican. Democrats have enjoyed one party rule in New Jersey for too long, which is unhealthy for any democratic system. Tragically, New Jersey's Syndicate is influential in both parties. Latinos were well represented in this little shin-dig in the form of Mayor Samuel Rivera of Passaic. Anthony Suarez, Esq.? This isn't ethnic, it's greed-based. Right, Senator Bob? (See "Mafia Influence in New Jersey's Legal System" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
Xanadu? Where are those 2 BILLION guacamoles that belong to the taxpayers? Has anybody seen the "nearly completed" Xanadu mall? Last time I checked, there ain't nothing there! Senator Bob says: "On the one hand, but then on the other hand ..." You people make me sick. And you're judging my ethics? You must be joking. How strange? I have just discovered an "error" not found in my previously printed version of this essay.
The most honest people in New Jersey politics happen to be African-Americans (I'm excluding you, John, or anyone employed by the OAE) because: 1) African-Americans were kept out of real power in the state for so long that arrival, to some extent, has been with great caution; and 2) African-Americans receive a hell of a lot more scrutiny than anybody else -- especially if they are brave enough to risk their lives by getting on the Parkway or Tunrpike when there are state police officers around. A Corey Booker Governorship would take gradual steps to increase real ethics enforcement, appoint a qualified and diverse judiciary, and bring money back to a jurisdiction that looks like Capone's Chicago to investors heading for the hills when they see Turnpike signs. I don't blame them. ("Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" and "How to Execute the Innocent in New Jersey.")
Efforts must be made to redress some heinous injustices that stain the institutions of New Jersey and will continue to do so until something is done to balance the scales of justice. Attacking my writings, illegally, is not a solution. Your bullshit about me is not working, boys. I am not a thief and you know it. You have to come up with better lies against me. Feel free to post whatever bullshit you like about me, John. I will be in your faces for the rest of my life. Any threats today? I will continue to urinate down your throats for many years to come pumped up by each inserted "error" in my writings.
"TRENTON, Sept 6 -- In the ethically murky realm of New Jersey politics, where it is common practice for state lawmakers to collect multiple government paychecks, Assemblymen Alfred E. Steele and Mims Hackett Jr. are known as minor players who have refined their skills at working the system to find job opportunities for themselves and their relatives."
It becomes very clear that former Newark mayor, Sharpe James, should not be used as a token or sacrificial lamb by the New Jersey political establishment and mob (which is the same entity) because his offenses are minute and pale compared to the routine criminality and incompetence in New Jersey government. Codey, Roberts, and any backstage Svengali or as the New York Times described him "power-broker" (GEORGE E. NORCROSS, III) should also get some scrutiny. I have a feeling we'll find many of these people have "visited" my sites. I also have a feeling that we're going to find out, very soon, just who's been eating my porridge. I bet some commentators at "The Philosophy Cafe" will love having their own statements read back to them. A lot of political careers will probably be ended on the spot if people do that PUBLIC reading. I plan to do exactly that. Incidentally, copies of the exchanges at that Internet site may surface soon. Should American public officials express Nazi opinions?
"Under pressure by Gov. Jon S. Corzine and other Democratic leaders in New Jersey, two assemblymen, the highest ranking of 11 current or former public officials charged with taking bribes in a federal sting investigation, signaled yesterday that they would resign from the Legislature tomorrow."
Anthony Suarez, Esq. is not resigning and he wants to keep the $10,000 in cash. Badda-bing, badda-boom. Suarez got away with it. ("Anthony Suarez Goes On Trial" and Suarez Gets a Walk!")
Where is New Jersey's attorney general? What is Anne Milgram doing about the cancer that is devouring New Jersey law enforcement, politics and law? Nothing. Ms. Milgram is in way over her head. Paula Dow? I have posted evidence of what appear to be New Jersey government computers being used to commit cybercrimes, allegedly, cyberstalking, harassment, infliction of MORE emotional distress and interference with economic advantage, slanders and destruction of legally-protected creative work. I have raised the issue of a conspiracy to violate civil rights (which is criminal) and of another conspiracy to cover up such violations (which is also criminal), together with many other crimes and far worse over years. (Oh, a new "error" since my last visit!) All of this takes place, publicly, every day. Nothing happens. Take a look at your ethics rules, John, see what it says about OAE officials participating in a criminal conspiracy. I bet that's a no-no.
Everything I have said about New Jersey is a dozen roses compared to what was said about me to others. How do you like it? Think of this communication as a form of behaviorist conditioning aimed at "nudging" the N.J. system in the right direction. "It is all for your own good." I have requested, also publicly -- so the requests won't "disappear" -- any and all reports, notes, videos or recordings of any kind ever prepared by Tuchin and/or Riccioli, or others on their behalf, filed with New Jersey's Supreme Court or government, or elsewhere, of which I am a subject or even mentioned or relevant since 1988. Nothing happens. Forgot, fellas?
I am legally entitled to all such medical records and discovery from the OAE, including all files denied to me, unconstitutionally, and all communications between that office and its torturers, including material known to be helpful and exculpatory, i.e., all of Tuchin's files. No speak English, boys? You are not cooperating? All information pertaining to NJ government agents or the "participation of OAE friends" in the destruction of The Philosophy Cafe at MSN is also sought. Any and all information concerning Internet monitoring or interference, or contacts, of any kind and in any manner, with me or my family members, or with my on-line writings on the part of New Jersey government employees, lawyers, or legal officials is also sought, together with all evidence in the possession of N.J. pertaining to cybercrimes or harassment aimed at my sites, myself, or my family members which is also requested in addition to any information concerning illegal monitoring of phone conversations AFTER my departure from the state of New Jersey. Have I been followed by agents of any New Jersey governmental entities even as I reside in New York? Who has accessed my e-mail at MSN, or yahoo, or home site?
Who was behind the successful effort to destroy "The Philosophy Cafe" at MSN? I was no longer a member of the bar, allegedly, why the interest in my writings? Why would New Jersey's powers-that-be not want my writings read by the people of the Garden State or the world? Is MSN "closed"? You think that it's a good idea to have N.J. government agents deciding on whose writings and opinions will be permitted in America or the world? Is there a connection between Lulu and N.J.? You want lawyers and other whores of a corrupt system like New Jersey's caudillo evaluating philosophical essays to decide who gets to post writings on line and who doesn't? Most of them are not capable of understanding a complex philosophical or legal argument. I don't want and won't accept censorship from the brain-dead likes of "Jaynee" and "Debbie," or their "chums." I will not be silenced by anyone. This has nothing to do with whether they, Jaynee and/or Debbie, are "Dykes" or "friendly" with Diana. Maybe they're just switch-hitters? Any more letters you want to remove from words today, boys and girls? Were your feelings hurt because I kicked the shit out of you in debates, boys and girls? Hey, it's all relative.
