Luck be a "Lady" (Female Person) Tonight!

July 3, 2010 at 1:35 P.M. Rumors of a pending F.B.I. investigation of police departments in Hudson County, New Jersey can neither be confirmed nor denied. How's business, Alex Garcia? How are things at Trenton's OAE?

New "errors" inserted into a number of essays, together with obstructions and problems accessing this site, have made it difficult to write today. I will continue to struggle to do so.

July 20, 2007 at 10:05 A.M. I am blocking:

http://m1.2mdn.net/viewad/1442731/1-transparent (NJ?)http://ad.doubleclick.net/ad/N763.networksite.ww (NJ?)

I have not replaced the image accompanying this essay, which has been blocked by hackers. Sometimes, blocked images are restored -- after a security search or restarting my computer, only to be deleted again. I believe that these hackers are affiliated with the disgraced legal system of New Jersey. It is a federal crime to violate (or conspire to violate) civil rights, including free speech rights. The persons engaging in such violations and in a cover up -- in response to legitimate and legal criticisms -- are entrusted with enforcing the law, including civil rights laws. The persons engaging in this unethical and criminal conduct, publicly, will then judge the ethics of others. Please see "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court."

This horror is made possible by political bosses providing protection for such criminality. Is a nation engaging in secret psychological tortures of its own citizens losing the authority to comment on the human rights records of other countries? Ethics? Do you speak to me of "ethics," Ms. Poritz? ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

July 27, 2007 at 8:46 A.M. I am blocking:

http://ad.doubleclick.net/ad/N763.networksite.ww (hackers) and http://m1.2mdn.net/viewad/14442731/1-transparent (allows for alterations and defacing of Internet texts).

New Jersey ethics officials? Hirelings? See "A Bizarre Message From Google!"

The original photograph accompanying this essay was altered, then removed. It depicted former New Jersey Chief Justice Deborah T. Poritz speaking at a podium bearing the logo of a Casino -- a Casino with matters pending before the courts in the very same state legal system over which she presided at the time. This gave rise to a concern on the part of reasonable observers as to bias and the "appearance of impropriety" in accordance with the Canons of Judicial Ethics of New Jersey. No inquiry or other action was (or is) "forthcoming" with regard to such concerns. The photo in question has vanished, like a "gambler's lucky streak." I suspect that Ms. Poritz is "protected" from all criticisms.

It is unclear whether the former Chief Justice of New Jersey has given anyone her business card or identified herself as a "judge" or "justice" (irony intended). It is not possible to say with certainty whether the former Chief Justice, who is now collecting her state pension without difficulty, has anything to do with the dozens of hackers seeking to damage or alter my writings, on a daily basis, or would approve or disapprove of such criminality. What did you know Ms. Poritz and when did you know it? (Again: "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" then "New Jersey's Pension Funds are $46 BILLION 'Short.'")

Ms. Poritz can neither confirm nor deny any affiliation between New Jersey entities and "Publish America," "Lulu," or books published by someone called "Anonymous" alluding to the experiences of a "disbarred lawyer" in New Jersey; nor can Ms. Poritz say (with certainty) whether New Jersey lawyers have visited or attempted to damage these writings, or have anything to do with the 75,000 or so web sites blocked over the past six months alone, resulting in damage to my security system and affecting my printer; nor can Ms. Poritz say whether tortures in New Jersey jails detailed in newspaper articles, racism on the highways of the Garden State, convictions of 200 or so officials, harassment of persons on-line and daily computer crime is proof of either legal or ethical "excellence" in N.J.'s soiled legal system. ("What is it like to be tortured?" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

Any "friendship" between Ms. Poritz and state "therapists" -- like Tuchin and Riccioli -- serving as "secret" forensic experts for the OAE is not known or a matter of public record. Any "compensation" received by the former Chief Justice of New Jersey, under or over the table, from either of these dangerous quacks or whoever stands behind these two "persons" is not now known and may never be known. Maybe Debbie has my watch? ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

I believe that the true number of visitors to my blogs and to the site where my books are available is not being reported accurately. My second book was mysteriously removed from download, it still has not been sent to on-line distributors, even as I receive contradictory responses to my inquiries. What affiliation exists between "Publish America" or "Lulu" and New Jersey officials is not known. I have a feeling that they will be known. ("How Censorship Works in America.")

How many New Jersey legal eagles were involved in the destruction of my first msn group, "The Philosophy Cafe" is also not known, but I believe that this also will be known -- along with the identities of participants in criminal harassment efforts. It is a federal crime to conspire to violate and actually to infringe on civil liberties, to cover-up such violations is also a crime. (Again: "What is it like to be tortured?")

Numerous copies of my first book have been sold recently, but the listed number of visitors to my page did not change for about week. One of my books received an unattractive new cover recently and was priced at $27.00 for some reason. It should always be available free of charge for downloads. August 30, 2007 at 7:48 P.M. I have re-enabled the download. Let's see what happens. Maybe Ms. Poritz likes to keep up with frustration efforts directed against selected victims from the lower orders. Rapes, thefts, slanders against victims are also popular. Perhaps all of this was an "error." ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "How Censorship Works in America" then "What is it like to be tortured?" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

This harassment is intended to discourage or insult me, possibly, but since new copies are being sold all the time and interest in my writings is expressed from many quarters, I am not discouraged. You can help by visiting Lulu's site (a link is provided at the conclusion of this paragraph). The failure to record your presence will make it obvious that "something is wrong" in the "cyberstate of Denmark." Tell them at Lulu that they are making a big mistake. Is Lulu's business incompetence indicative of what is wrong with American businesses? http://www.lulu.com/content/48831

Who was behind "Chivalry Film Productions?" Code name for an undercover operation, Anne Milgram? Stuart Rabner, did you believe that it was o.k. to "use" people in an investigative operation without their consent -- at great risk to them and their families -- because they are "minorities"? Gentiles, perhaps, are expendable? Perhaps the best way to convey what it is like to be the victim of "hate speech" is to give others a slight taste of the experience. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

As of this initial writing, due to spyware and other obstacles, I could not access my own book or purchase a copy of it, or even an ISBN number. I could not know whether the first upload was successful. I have now made some progress. I will continue to try to make sure that these harassment efforts are not successful in destroying the books or my essays, or in preventing people from reading them. I will also look for an alternative publication site, or sites. I will continue to put this work "out there," somehow, doing my best to make it available through the major distributors. ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "More Cybercrime and Censorship.")

I cannot be certain whether these continuing difficulties will prevent me from posting new essays. I am certain that I will write them, struggling to publish them, if necessary, from a public computer. If I am unable to write, I assure you that this will not be voluntary. I will continue to shout and broadcast my protest in some fashion, somehow, somewhere. I am sure that these difficulties and torments that I encounter will bring a smile to Ms. Poritz in her retirement. Ms. Poritz was rumored to dislike all men. I have decided to mention this item of information since discovering an inserted "error" in this essay. (Again: "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Censorship and Torture in New Jersey.")

"The former fire marshal of Monmouth County was sentenced yesterday to six months in prison and five months of house arrest for having taken a bribe while in office. Under a plea deal in United States District Court, the fire marshal, Patsy R. Townsend, 59, of Neptune admitted in March that he accepted $1,000 from an agent posing as a developer seeking help in obtaining emergency demolition contracts, said [then] United States Attorney, Christopher J. Christie. Mr. Townsend was also fined $2,000."

John Holl, "Newark: Ex-Fire Marshall Sentenced," The New York Times, August 2, 2006, at p. B6. Compare William Lamb, "Prostitute Gets 30 Years: Pleaded Guilty in Jennifer Moore Rape," in The Record, June 25, 2010, at p. L-1 with David Porter, "Public Gets a Taste of How Madoff Aide Lived," in The Record, June 25, 2010, at p. L-10. (Mr. Madoff will serve less time than Ms. Riordan.) Finally, Debbie Poritz pal, allegedly, Antoinette (Dina) Hodgson, bilked investors of $45 MILLION and may serve no prison time at all. Lesbian, Debbie? Neither the Madoffs nor Ms. Hodgson -- nor Ms. Poritz, for that matter -- is described in the media as "the prostitute." I expect that Ms. Poritz will deny any knowledge of Ms. Hodgson. More than one of these persons deserves the label, prostitute. Scott Shiffrel, "N.J. Mom of 3 Nabbed in $45 Million Ponzi Scam," in The Daily News, June 17, 2010, at p. 18. ("Mom of 3" sounds better than "the prostitute.")

Sending someone to jail in New Jersey for taking bribes is like punishing an eskimo for wearing a coat in the winter. What do you expect? It is commonly assumed that all major players in the state legal system -- probably including the state's tainted Supreme Court justices -- are subject to ... "influence." ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Former Chief Justice Zazzali was alleged, by former Governor McGreevey, to have been an "architect" of the racial profiling policy on the Turnpike. These actions, however, are not unethical in New Jersey and do not, evidently, create an "appearance of impropriety." Who cares? The rules are for the little people. ("James R. Zazzali and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "America's Holocaust.")

"Patsy," the aptly-named and now disgraced official, is "alleged" to have asked: "What did I do wrong? Geez ..." The subtle, mostly behind-the-back machinations ("Anonymous" is always busy) concerning cable and telephone company rights as well as the (possibly related) shenanigans over the merger of big power companies -- not to mention (allegedly) judicially "protected" prostitution rings in Atlantic City offering 13 year-olds for sex (Debbie?) -- hint at the thirsty evil slithering through the darkened corridors of power in the Garden State. The prize is billions of dollars, this time, so that the crooks are out in force. They've got company. If it weren't for the feds, they'd have it made in New Jersey. ("Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey.")

Do you object to paying for Mr. Cohen's child porn and the computer he used to access it? After all, it is time we all "move on." Why be disturbed by such trivia? Life is short. Enjoy the good times. No wonder they wish to obstruct my Internet access and prevent my use of a computer. Mr. Cohen they do not worry about too much -- until after he was busted by the feds when the OAE was suddenly interested in Mr. Cohen's typical activities. ("New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

Needless to say, it was not state authorities who caught up with Patsy. In fact, New Jersey would probably appoint Patsy to an ethics committee in recognition of his restraint in stealing only a thousand dollars. If he shared his thousand dollars with colleagues, then he'd get a judgeship. Eventually, he might wind up on the New Jersey Supreme Court, posing for his portrait. The thousand smackers is what he was "caught" stealing, of course. Patsy (like any true artist) would not wish to be judged by such a theft. I am sure that he can do better, as it were. No doubt he will. After all, many New Jersey crooks point out, "everybody in politics does the same." Perhaps Patsy's mistake was in not taking enough money. $1,000 is not a big enough bribe to become a player among New Jersey's politicos or judges. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

The troubled "system" of that pestilent jurisdiction located west of Manhattan -- and far south of any decent morality -- now amounts to an entire culture of corruption and secrecy where what happens "on the record," in courtrooms or legislative sessions, is a kind of theater to hide what's really going on, which is about taking care of the powerful, even as political leeches abscond with the goodies when no one's looking. In New Jersey, they also abscond with the goodies when people are looking. ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" then "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")

How about it, Debbie, did you authorize Diana's sexual contacts with victims? Were the two of you, Diana and Debbie, an "item" as they say in People magazine? Were you aware of Tuchin's incompetence? Why the secrecy? Was Diana supplying Ms. Poritz with "lady friends"? Given the unsought explorations of my private life, the next few years will see more profiles of judges and detailed inquiries into their private lives from me. This is only fair. I will avoid use of hypnosis and drugging, relying on "research" in the Garden State. Nydia Hernandez is next. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

In one way or another all of the players in New Jersey's legal and political spoils systems are on the take, allegedly, with the exception of this new Governor and a few key players in his administration -- maybe a few others -- who are trying to limit corruption at the margins. Some legality is better than none. No wonder they don't want you to read these essays. If I should find myself framed for something or having an unfortunate accident, if my web sites are destroyed or my books burned, if I am prevented from writing on-line, I suggest you read the essays in the General section at Critique, if that MSN group still exists -- and look for their reappearance somewhere else, soon. I will not be silenced. Does America really believe in free speech? You decide in Cuba (or "elsewhere") what you believe about free speech in America based on what you have seen at these blogs. ("Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?" and "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" then "New Jersey's Mafia Culture in Law and Politics.")

Some of the most stupid and inept people that I have ever had the misfortune to know were (and no doubt still are) therapists, judges, and lawyers in New Jersey. Too many were -- they probably still are -- disgusting hypocrites. I plan to devote some posts to describing a few of the morons in black robes in the Garden State, whose names and specific errors I will discuss in detail. I will analyze their "thinking" in published judicial opinions, which are often absurd and self-contradictory, ignorant and bigoted examples of the levels reached by mob judges in New Jersey. Some of these judges are probably behind the efforts to censor these essays right now, as I write and post them, knowing that such censorship is a crime. I am sure that New Jersey officials are behind the computer warfare that I deal with every day. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

If the New Jersey political machine and legal whores want to censor me, then let's give them something to censor. They already violate criminal statutes. The First Amendment won't mean much to them. If you or a member of your family have appeared before a so-called judge in New Jersey, there is an excellent chance that the person wearing those robes is much more dishonest and corrupt than you or your family member ever could be -- dishonesty and corruption, along with racism, being some of the qualities sought among Jersey's "bench warmers." ("Sexual Favors for New Jersey Judges!" and "America's Holocaust!")

These so-called "judges" (with all exceptions granted) often deserve and receive no respect from the people whose lives are affected by their dismally flawed rulings. Don't give them any. Until crusading reformers are destroyed in the media or otherwise, there may be some action towards halting or limiting the theft and incompetence, nepotism and cronyism, secret torture and cover-ups, that is New Jersey's daily desecration of both the flag and U.S. Constitution. The Jersey Boys can prevent my publication efforts, threatening and trying to obstruct all web sites with my writings, on a daily basis, but I will keep writing. I have a feeling that others are interested in what I have to say. (See again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" as well as "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey.")

New Jersey is an embarassment to the nation. The state judiciary is paralyzed or incompetent, subject to control by politics or money -- not to mention mafia-political "bosses" -- while law is what these men and women in black robes mostly avoid or ignore. I bet Debbie got a nice dinner on your tab at that "Bally's Hotel and Casino," depicted in the photo that used to accompany this essay. Maybe there was a little "Black Jack" afterwards. No wonder my computer is under attack. ("New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Hey, I wonder if Bally's -- or any of the Casinos -- still have cases pending before those same judges having a nice meal at their place? Does this image suggest a lack of judicial bearing or the appearance of impropriety? How can the same judge having a "chow-down" at Bally's, then doing a little gambling, perhaps, presume to judge the casinos when they appear before the courts? "What the hell?" Anyway, that guy in the now "deleted" picture sure has a nice suit, huh? I wonder if it's rented? Ethics? Whose ethics? ("More Child-Prostitution and -Porn in New Jersey.")

When people like Poritz, Moses, or the other scum-buckets in New Jersey's legal circles turn a blind eye to censorship and much worse CRIMES, express ignorant and condescending opinions, cover-up psychological tortures and other atrocities committed by the agencies entrusted with enforcing ethics -- then their judgments concerning one's ethics are toilet paper. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Beyond anger and a sense of outrage at years of flagrant illegality and blatant cruelty by hoods, censorship, suppression of protected speech and theft, usually taking place with the blessings of New Jersey law enforcement -- sometimes on the part of members of law enforcement agencies, where it is also true that one finds many honest and good cops -- one feels overwhelming disgust and sadness, fury and outrage. Picture the state's Supreme Court justices and remember the old saying: "A fish stinks from the head." ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

The ethical opinions of the sold-out or incompetent persons wielding power in the vicinity of the "old Raritan" river, I insist, must be discredited at the outset. They should not trouble anyone too much, for we must take them for what they are -- either attempts to change the subject, in what is now the most laughably corrupt jurisdiction in the nation, or hypocrisy and self-justification. ("Even in New Jersey There Comes a Time When Silence is Betrayal.")

A comedian gets a laugh these days merely by saying "New Jersey." New Jersey is to legality and ethics what a three dollar bill is to U.S. currency. Below is the so-called "Mission Statement" of New Jersey's corrupt judiciary. ("Get Rid of Wallace to Start Reforms!" and "New Jersey Judges Engage in Partisan Politics" and, again, "Sexual Favors for New Jersey Judges!")

Mission Statement of New Jersey's Judiciary:

"We are an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States and this State." (Irony?)
