Disbarred!
January 14, 2011 at 3:50 P.M. "Errors" were inserted in this essay by Cubanoids and their mafia friends upset at the trial of Luis Posada Carriles. This is only the beginning. U.S. authorities will, evidently, continue to permit the commission of these crimes, publicly. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me.'")
December 29, 2010 at 3:45 P.M. Again from a public computer since scans of my computer still cannot be run. Mr. Christie and Ms. Guardagno are "on vacation," at the same time, allowing Mr. Codey and Mr. Sweeney to "act" as N.J. governor -- someone should do so -- which explains the computer wars and obstructions of my writing efforts from New Jersey's "Democrats." Perhaps Mr. Christie was not troubled at the thought that these crimes would be committed in his absence? Good cop; bad cop. ("U.S. Attorney Says New Jersey is a 'Culture of Corruption.'")
From a public computer:
It isn't a president who can help or hurt; it's the system. And this system is not only ruling us in America, it is ruling the world. Nowadays, when a man is running for president of the United States, he is not running for president of the United States alone; he has to be acceptable to other areas of the world where American influence rules ... The only thing that made him [Lyndon Baynes Johnson] acceptable to the world was that the shrewd capitalists, the shrewd imperialists, knew that the only way people would run towards the fox would be if you showed them a wolf. So they created a ghastly alternative. [George W. Bush?]
Malcolm X, Paris, November 23, 1964.
Tariq Ali, The Obama Syndrome: Surrender at Home, War Abroad (New York & London: Verso, 2010). (Is "Andres Openheimer" also "Jean-Paul Rathbone"? Has Mr. Openheimer assisted in censorship and plagiarism efforts against me? "What is it like to be plagiarized?" These are crimes, sir. Are you aware of who has disabled my security system, Mr. Openheimer? If so, please provide me with the name of the responsible official or individual?)
Joy Gordon, Invisible War: The United States and the Iraq Sanctions (Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 2010). (500,000 children dead; nearly a million casualties overall resulting from the Iraq wars and related conflicts. Is this an "ethical" issue for America?)
David Cole, "Breaking Away: Obama's War on Terror is Not 'Bush Lite,'" in The New Republic, December 30, 2011, at p. 17. (" ... if U.S. counterterrorism policy is to succeed, it is critical to restore the trust that Bush's policies so recklessly squandered.")
The whole world is watching, Mr. Obama.
December 28, 2010 at 5:35 P.M. Attempts to run security scans of my computer resulted in my computer being turned off. I will struggle every day to access the Internet from my home computer. I will then write from multiple public computers.
December 28, 2010 at 11:31 A.M. I was denied access to the Internet yesterday from my home computer. I will try again today. Necessary security scans have been obstructed. I cannot say how many of my writings were altered or damaged overnight.
December 27, 2010 at 2:16 P.M. At about 1:09 P.M., I attempted to access my blogs from my home computer and was prevented from doing so. I am unable to run security scans of my computer. Hence, I cannot make use of my home computer to write essays or any other works on-line. I will struggle to write from multiple public computers throughout the day, then again tomorrow. Mr. Openheimer, as a journalist, do you condone or have you participated in these criminal censorship efforts? "No comment" will not be good enough in a federal courtroom, Andy.
Grand Juries are expected to hand down decisions concerning the possible indictment of Mr. Menendez. I understand that several disbarments have taken place in New Jersey, including (allegedly) the disbarment of Lourdes Santiago and/or John McGill. I can not confirm the accuracy of this report nor the rumor that more indictments are forthcoming in Hudson and Bergen Counties. Mr. Ginarte? Mr. Navarette? Mary Anne Kricko? ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!'")
I am aware that the OAE has posted a notice of disbarment concerning me. I am flattered to be deemed so important. I invite the reader to compare my ethics with those of the soiled members of New Jersey's legal and judicial establishment (that's most of them) and come to your own conclusions. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
I further have "heard" that I am under consideration for an "ethics award" from an international legal source. I have no idea whether such a rumor is accurate. Any humanitarian or free speech award will be shared by me with Mumia Abu-Jamal, including any financial part of such an award. ("Time to End the Embargo Against Cuba" and "Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal.")
Mumia Abu-Jamal, Live From Death Row (New York: Harper Perennial, 1995), with introduction by John Edgar Wideman is more timely today than ever before in our history. Professor Wideman is an African-American -- an Oxford-trained scholar in literature -- whose important book concerning his brother's tragic life is recommended. I appreciate the motivations for that work by Professor Wideman. As I recall, the title of Wideman's book is Brothers and Keepers. Also, Philadelphia Fire is a "raging, jagged novel based on the 1985 police bombing of a black neighborhood in the City of Brotherly Love. The book won [Wideman] another PEN/Faulkner prize." (On Becoming a Writer, p. 112.)
Saying these things and the image of an African-American male protecting a child is still so frightening to reactionary forces in America that persons using such images and struggling for racial justice must be gagged, subjected to rape, abused, made to endure computer crimes and/or threatened. This is tantamount to slavery. I am not a slave. Mumia Abu-Jamal is not and will not be a slave. I will find some way to continue writing and posting essays on-line.
I invite New Jersey's OAE to post any items they wish concerning me and to continue with the computer wars as well as other threats and/or intimidation or censorship efforts. I prefer that they aim their barbs or weapons against me and not my family members. Such subtleties and niceties have not been observed in the past by the loathsome specimens of humanity that one finds in Trenton government. I do not expect civility from such people in the future since there is little civility or collegiality even among New Jersey's disgusting Supreme Court justices. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" then "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey Supreme Court's Implosion" as well as "New Jersey's Failed Judiciary" finally, "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey" and "America's Holocaust.")
Let us continue the struggle in 2011 and beyond. I will do my utmost to deliver this "message" to anyone who cooperated with my enemies in the Garden State. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me'" and "Manifesto for the Unfinished American Revolution.")
