Wanda Molina and Virginia Pagan and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.

September 16, 2010 at 8:20 A.M. "Errors" inserted overnight have been corrected. Efforts to reach these blogs this morning were obstructed.

August 29, 2010 at 11:50 A.M. An advertisement was attached to this blog: "A 9mm is no protection! ..." I understand this advertisement, falsely attributed to "Ads by Google," as a death threat. I do not own a firearm. At this time, I am unable to run a full scan of my computer due to computer crime.

August 29, 2010 at 10:55 A.M. It appears that outgoing Garden State schools chief, Mr. Schundler, "engaged in revisionist history" (i.e., lied to Governor Christie) seeking to be fired rather than resign in order to earn cookie points with Menendez and the Democrat machine in Hudson County. Perhaps Mr. Schundler gambled that "someone" would collapse. This "collapse" may not have occurred. I suggest to Mr. Christie that he keep his friends close, but his enemies closer. Sharon Otterman, "Christie Fires Schools Chief For Grant Slip," in The New York Times, August 28, 2010, at p. A1. (Political games cost N.J. residents $400 MILLION.)

Attacks against my computer continue. New work is impossible at this time. I will move on to public computers later. I will continue to write.

August 28, 2010 at 7:23 P.M. After an attempted scan of my computer this afternoon, my cable signal was cut off, again. It may be blocked now. I am writing from a public computer. This makes for nine or ten times that this "blocking" has occurred. I surmise that the goal is to censor and obstruct communication efforts while maximizing psychological harm to me. I will do my best to find public computers from which to write messages. If there is no new post for two days or more, it means that my computer signal has been cut off illegally. ("What is it like to be tortured?" and soon: "What is it like to be raped?")

August 27, 2010 at 5:06 P.M. I tried to access my security system in order to run a full scan of my computer. Once again, at about the mid-point in the scan, the cable signal to my computer was blocked. I have rebooted my computer for the eighth time. I surmise that this obstruction of my cable signal to prevent writing efforts can only take place with the cooperation of government. Perhaps the reindictment of Mr. Ferreiro will ease the difficulties. We will see.

Complaints to my service provider and/or police -- from me -- are probably useless, those wishing to read these writings may have more credibility or weight to alter this reality. My hope is that public attention can prevent the worst abuses. I especially welcome international attention. Unfortunately, I cannot determine how many writings have been altered or damaged or will be destroyed. I will do my best under these conditions, to repair damaged works (whenever possible) and to continue writing. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "How Censorship Works in America" then "What is it like to be tortured?")

I will try, every day, to write and to run a scan of my system. Any media attention to this situation is helpful, even outside the U.S. public scrutiny is welcome. I will write on yellow legal pads, then type essays and other writings from public computers, somehow. The novel cannot be written under these conditions. However, there may be some location at which I can work on a manuscript. I fear that more Internet writers and journalists will face these tactics from American political officials. ("Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me'" and "American Hypocrisy and Luis Posada Carriles.")

August 27, 2010, at approximately 1:30 P.M., my cable signal to my computer was blocked. I have rebooted my computer. Each attempt to run a security scan of my computer has resulted in obstructions of my computer signal. I will attempt to run a scan of my computer again, after completing my review to determine what information has been deleted from essays or what other defacements or vandalisms of these writings has taken place. I will struggle to remain on-line at this computer.

August 26, 2010 at 8:50 P.M. I have rebooted my computer a total of six times today. I gather that this will be the latest form of harassment. During a writing effort, in the middle of a sentence, my computer's cable signal is blocked and everything goes dark. This must involve the cooperation of persons at Time/Warner or police officers operating outside the boundaries of law in Trenton, New Jersey. If someone is supposed to be providing protection for my sites and computer, he or she is not very good at it or may be corrupt.

I will run through the possibilities: 1) John McGill (OAE) is not happy about a recent turn of events, or may be disbarred (as he should be); 2) Menendez and/or Right-wing Cubanoids with friends in New Jersey are not happy about my political opinions and wish to demonstrate their commitment to freedom of speech by destroying my home computer. Being Republicans, mostly, Cubanazos have been granted further license to inflict emotional distress on me (or my family members) in the continuing computer war aimed at silencing me; 3) Christie and the fashionistas and/or Democrat factions wish to use my sites as a political football to argue against my characterization of the state as an overflowing toilet. This is merely conventional wisdom in America.

I have no idea whether my various scans have actually suceeded in doing what they are supposed to do. Each time I run a scan, the computer short circuits. I will continue to run my scans. I'll try to write from public computers tomorrow.

August 26, 2010 at 6:57 P.M. From a public computer, I am attempting to run a scan at my home computer. I cannot be certain that my computer will be functional when I return home. However, I will write from several public computers in New York, altering my location, periodically, to allow for the scanning of my system, assuming the signal has not been blocked again.

Lisa Fleischer & Jessica Calefati, "Christie Admits 'Clerical Error' But Blames Obama for Loss of $400 Million," in The Record, August 26, 2010, at p. A-1.

New Jersey is a corruption cesspool. Washington does not trust that any money sent to Trenton would actually reach intended beneficiaries. I suspect that the offending paragraph was inserted in the Christie text by some political enemies with computer hacking skills. Obama has no desire to help a rising Republican star nor to reward the spectacle of New Jersey corruption. The sabotage may have been deliberate to damage a rising Republican politician at the expense of the residents of New Jersey. Perhaps "Jean Paul Rathbone" is behind this caper. ("David Denby is Not Amused.")

Please see Michiko Kakutani, "When Life in Cuba Was Elegant and Sweet," in The New York Times, August 13, 2010, at p. C22. (Review of a non-existent book, written by a non-existent author -- ostensibly written in bad English by Michiko Kakutani -- even though Ms. Kakutani writes very good English prose.)

August 26, 2010 at 5:55 P.M. My computer signal was obstructed again. I have rebooted my computer for the fourth time today. I cannot say how many writings have been defaced or vandalized. An effort is underway to destroy my home computer through altering or blocking my Internet signal. These tactics of censorship and intentional infliction of emotional distress as well as computer crime are only possible with government technology. ("What is it like to be tortured?")

August 26, 2010 at 4:54 P.M. My computer signal was blocked three times today. On each of three occasions I was forced to reboot my computer.

(N.J. lost its bid Tuesday for $400 MILLION in federal Race to the Top Grants for school reforms, partly because of the state's well-deserved reputation for hideous corruption and mafia government as well as tainted courts. Most of the money would have been stolen anyway. This battle pits Christie against the Democrat NJEA, teachers' union. I will be writing more about this soon.)
Joseph Ax, "Ex-School Chief Admits Plagiarizing Speech to Grads," in The Record, August 25, 2010, at p. A-1. (Superintendent of schools A. Spencer "Skip" Denham's speech to the graduates was plagiarized from an on-line site. Mr. Denham gets an "F" for his efforts. NJEA member? "What is it like to be plagiarized?")
AP, "Defendant in Corruption Sting Gets 18 Months," in The Record, August 25, 2010, at p. A-3. (A federal judge on Tuesday sentenced Shmuel Cohen for laundering money for N.J. politicians and investors, also for a federal undercover operative. What does his rabbi say about this?)
Merry Firschein, "Judge Sides With Principal Dismisses Tenure Case in Grade-Fixing Scandal," in The Record, August 25, 2010, at p. L-1. (For a little fee you could get an "A" in biology in New Jersey. No questions asked. Culture of corruption?)

"HACKENSACK -- A former administrator of Jersey City's municipal court was sentenced Friday to three years in prison for fixing 215 tickets for herself and her daughter from 1999 to 2007."

You sure you got enough tickets there? Why don't you wrack up a few more.

Fixing of tickets and criminal summonses is routine in Hudson County, also in most other places in New Jersey. You can get criminal charges and other matters that might result in indictments dismissed before they get to the prosecutor's office -- if you know the right politicians. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

It's all about who you know and how much you're willing to pay, right Alex Garcia? How's life treating you, Alex? New legal troubles? Say hello to the West New York police department, Al.

"Virginia Pagan, 55, pleaded guilty in June to second-degree misconduct in a scandal that also implicated four Jersey City JUDGES. She will pay restitution and is barred from public employment for life."

Eventually, ten judges in total were involved in this fiasco. That's the tip of the iceberg. Where's the OAE? Most of these people at this little shin-dig are judges and lawyers, but the OAE is worried about suppressing and censoring my writings ten years after I left the state. I am beginning to feel unloved in Trenton, New Jersey. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"Former Municipal Chief Judge Wanda Molina, who pleaded guilty in June to tampering with and falsifying public records" -- John McGill, does this ring any bells? -- "will be sentenced Friday." ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

New Jersey's judges are for sale. Teachers falsify credentials, people spy on family members for a small fee, purchase zoning variances from corrupt municipal officials, collect disability while working in a different state. ("Everybody does it." Right, Maria?) These are my "ethical superiors"?

Hey, whatta ya gonna do? "We run New Jersey," say the mob guys. A N.J. psychologist, one of several in similar troubles, surrendered her license yesterday for sexual contacts with a patient. I will be writing about this matter soon. Sexual abuse of mental patients and inmates, usually women, by so-called "therapists" is an every day reality in New Jersey. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

As far as my computer experiences go, they may be right to claim that the mob can do what they like in New Jersey. Many of these crooked officials and lawyers, teachers and bureaucrats are protected by corrupt prosecutors, allegedly. I have a feeling we are about to see some really interesting headlines. ("A Killing in New Jersey's House of Healing.")

Mr. Fishman, as U.S. Attorney in New Jersey, do you honestly believe that the Garden State is not the worst jurisdiction in terms of corruption? Or are you trying to get a District Court judgeship? Should I believe that the federal and state governments are "unable" to protect my home computer from these N.J. hackers? If you are any kind of journalist, this spectacle of government criminality and censorship based on political content of speech should worry you. Media silence should worry you more. ("What is it like to be censored in America?" and "More Censorship and Cybercrime.")
