N.J.'s Schiavone Construction Fined.

December 1, 2010 at 5:22 P.M. I just received a call from 701-217-1003 "Credit Services." I am not aware of having any "credit services." At 7:26 P.M. a call was received from 615-886-7224, allegedly, from "Market Strategi." [sic.] I wonder whether these calls were made by the same Right-wing Cuban-American group? "Market Strategies?" Cuban-American National Foundation?

December 1, 2010 at 4:39 P.M. Earlier today the number of hits at my blogger profile was at 9,771. Now the listed number is 9,666. I cannot say how many "errors" have been inserted in writings today. I will try to correct any such "errors" as soon as I am aware of them. Unfortunately, the same games are being played in newspapers with the numbers of the dead and wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. See Joy Gordon's The Invisible War (Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 2010).

December 1, 2010 at 3:34 P.M. Apparently, the language in the library computer I am using was changed to "Armenian." This required some effort to repair before I could use this computer. I will try to move between different public computers throughout the day. Only one word was deleted from this text since earlier this morning. The Jersey Boys are letting me down. ("How Censorship Works in America.")

December 1, 2010 at 10:59 A.M. A telephone call was received from 800-950-4695 "800 Service." I infer the New Jersey legal eagles are behind this latest wave of computer crimes. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

December 1, 2010 at 9:58 A.M. My security system is mostly inoperable due to the actions of hackers. I will make use of public computers later today. Attacks and defacements of this text are always expected. I have every expectation that we will be seeing each other very soon. ("What is it like to be plagiarized?" and "'Brideshead Revisited': A Movie Review" then "How Censorship Works in America.")

Charlie Savage & Andrew Lehren, "Cables Depict Coaxing by U.S. in Bid to Clear Guantanamo's Prison," in The New York Times, November 30, 2010, at p. A1. (No help from "friends" with our mess.)
William K. Rashbaum, "Construction Giant Admits Fraud Over Minority Firms," in The New York Times, November 30, 2010, at p. A27. ($20 MILLION fine and more penalties for New Jersey's "connected" construction firm. Allegations of "Genovese Family" affiliations are presumably denied by Schiavone Construction.)
"Trustees Urged to Sue Ex-School Chief," in The Record, November 30, 2010, at p. A-3. (Michael Ritacco charged in $2 MILLION bribery and kickback scheme.)
"Six Arrested in Anti-Violence Rally," in The Record, November 30, 2010, at p. A-3. (Protesters get violent in opposing violence in Irvington, New Jersey.)
Darlene Superville, "Obama Injures Lip, Needs 12 Stitches Hit by 'Errant' Elbow Playing Basketball," in The Record, November 30, 2010, at p. A-6. (Cubanoids may be behind this latest effort to embarass Mr. Obama, who is said to be hated by Iliana Ross-Lehtinen -- despite her public smiles -- and the Cuban American National Foundation because Obama is "too liberal.")
Larry Neumeister, "Wiretaps Aid Insider Trading Probes: New Jersey Arrest Extends Federal Offensive Against Leaking Non-Public Information," in The Record, November 30, 2010, at p. A-12. (Politicians using inside information to enrich themselves through "buffers." Jim Florio, Jim McGreevey and others are rumored to be under investigation.)

New Jersey's fun-loving "Schiavone Construction" Company -- allegedly, "connected" to Jaynee LaVecchia of the New Jersey Supreme Court and rumored to be "affiliated with organized crime" -- from Secaucus, not far from the Lincoln Tunnel, "admitted on Monday that it had defrauded government programs for five years and agreed to forfeit $20 MILLION for crimes it committed while performing $691 MILLION in public contracts."

Many Hudson County politicians and lawyers as well as judges were said to "belong to" Schiavone Construction. ("Hudson County, New Jersey is the Home of Political Corruption in America.")

Right, Senator Bob? How's the pad in Miami Beach, Bob? Got some good prices on the renovations, Senator? ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Schiavone agreed to the payment to avoid criminal prosecution. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Cement is Gold.")

Secaucus was famous among members of the bar for an old municipal court judge, Emile DelBaglivo. This character was fond of the royal "we" and hated everyone, especially Latinos. We never got along, Emile and I. I wonder why? Perhaps Diana Lisa Riccioli had a little chat behind my back and off the record with the "family man," Judge DelBaglivo? Jay Romano? Whatta-ya say, Diana? Who else did you speak to, Diana? What did you say about me, Diana? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

Emile hinted that I was "persona non-grata" to the Jersey Boys. I don't play ball, fellas. Is failing to cooperate with the mafia what they call "unethical" in New Jersey? I suspect so. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

No wonder they're obstructing my computer use and getting away with it. I wonder who their friends are in New Jersey government these days. ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Mafia Group in New Jersey's State Police" then "New Jersey's KKK Police Shocker.")

"The projects at the center of the fraud according to the agreement, were the city's $2.8 BILLION Croton Water Treatment Plant, $90 MILLION rehabilitation of the Times Square Subway station. ... "

" ... Schiavone, of Secaucus New Jersey, admitted that between 2002 and 2007, it engaged in a scheme to defraud the city's environment department, the transportation authority," and much more. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers on the Tit" then "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")

Isn't it lovely that these wonderful people avoided criminal prosecution by spreading some money around? Wouldn't it be great to commit crimes and escape prison by greasing everybody like that? I think so. ("More Mafia Members Rounded Up in New Jersey" and "We don't know from nothing.")

Several lawyers are facing disbarment as I type these words in Hudson County for "assisting" in illegal efforts to damage colleagues or do other "favors" for the boys. Lots of luck, fellas. How's it going, Jose? Edgar? Gil? ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")

"In addition to the $20 MILLION payment to the United States Treasury, the company will pay $1.8 MILLION to the transportation authority's inspector general and nearly $540,000 to the city's Department of Investigation. ..."

Any investigation of New Jersey construction or politicians must go outside the state of New Jersey, even under Governor Christie and Paula Dow. I understand that more New Jersey lawyers have received notices of ethics inquiries. How shocking? The best is yet to come. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

The U.S. Attorney has expressed a concern that rabbis involved in Mr. Dwek's N.J. political corruption scandal not be permitted to visit Israel until all pending legal matters concerning the Dwek scandal are resolved. I hope the same rule applies to Terry Tuchin of Ridgewood, New Jersey. (Again: "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

When do I get the torture files, Mr. Christie? Enjoy the holidays!
