N.J.'s Ronald O'Malley, Esq. Resigns!

July 31, 2010 at 12:22 P.M. paperless billing for cellphones gives additional access to corporations reporting to government on our telephone calls and further erodes privacy. Civil rights groups express concerns about additional encroachments on what remains of Americans' privacy rights.

July 30, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. Additional attacks against these writings are expected, all day, efforts to prevent my use of images, denials of access to my sites and obstructions of access to the Internet continue on a daily basis.

"Breaking a Promise on Surveillance," (Editorial) in The New York Times, July 30, 2010, at p. A22. (In violation of a campaign pledge, Mr. Omaba is granting the FBI power to see anyone's e-mail correspondents and their websites visited without asking for legal permission.)

Richard A. Oppel, Jr. & Taimoor Shah, "Afghans Say Attack Killed 52 Civilians: NATO Differs," in The New York Times, July 27, 2010, at p. A4. (52 persons "collateral damage"?)
"Pakistan's Double Game," (Editorial) in The New York Times, July 27, 2010, at p. A18. (Collusion between Pakistan's intelligence service and possibly "others" with Taliban forces in attacks against Americans.)
"Iraq Money Missing," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. A1. (Pentagon cannot account for 95 percent of $9.1 BILLION in Iraq reconstruction money.)
Herb Johnson, "Menendez Rips Lockerbie Deal," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. A4. (Menendez stonewalling efforts block disclosure of information requested, by me, but he opposes the "stalling" by prospective witnesses to his meaningless committee. Why is Mr. Posada Carriles' terrorist actions in blowing up an airplane with 73 innocent persons killed not of much concern to Mr. Menendez as compared with the persons killed by so-called Islamic terrorism?)
Mary Ann Spoto, "Some Law Firms Told Not to Make Political Gifts: Court Cites Judicial Conduct Code," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. A-6. (Law firms will make political contributions and gifts through third parties in exchange for lucrative government legal work -- Alex Booth, Esq.?)
Susan K. Livio, "Foreclosures Jam Courts, Criminal Cases Move Along," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. A-6. (More foreclosures, more crime.)
Martiga Lohn, "Target Under Fire for Donation," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. A-7. (Corporate money used in effort to defeat gay rights law. Is this "Manohla Dargis"?)
Michael Gartland, "Legislator Threatens to Stall Gaming Report," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. L-1. (Mob wants gambling in Meadowlands which may not be a bad idea.)
Michael Gartland, "GOP Wants State Probe of Agency: Raise Doubts About Appointee's Impartiality," in The Record, July 28, 2010, at p. L-1.

"Several Bergen County Republicans on Monday called for the state to investigate allegations that the County Improvement Authority's chairman [sic.] used the agency to commit mortgage fraud."

The person holding this position should be referred to as the "Chair" or "Chairperson" and/or "Chairbeing." Otherwise, we lapse into hateful sexist terminology displaying "insensitivity to women's issues and lifestyle needs." ("Skinny People Dressed in Black.")

This stay is revealing of N.J.'s policy of clubhouse politics, hypocrisy, and double standards in ethics. There is no legal ethics in New Jersey. It is "all about power." Conflicts of interest are ignored, secret standards apply for insiders who kickback to politicians and judges, while people appointed to investigating committees or judgeships are "clean-up" men and women, or persons whose job is really to cover-up criminality by bosses. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical Legal System" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Mr. Ferreiolo's release is an ominous sign for the return of his "family-like" organization to political power, possibly through third parties. The U.S. Attorney's office will re-indict this individual. There are rumors of new indictments heading in the direction of Mr. Tacetta. ("Martin Tacetta Didn't Do Nothing!")

I wonder whether Mayor Thomas Cassella has visited my blogs? New Jersey's crooks disapprove of my ethics. I think that the word "ethics" on their lips is a lie and an insult to the intelligence of residents of New Jersey, like claims of honesty by Stuart Rabner. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

"Ronald O'Malley resigned last week as Bergen County Improvement Authority chairman after being implicated in an alleged scam that involved falsifying BCIA pay stubs and W-2 forms to secure loans for clients of his mortgage firm."

Trenton's OAE falsifies statements of witnesses against their targets, allegedly. This is called "witness tampering" and "obstruction of justice," except when the OAE does it. They (OAE lawyers) have taken to taping lawyers and clients in lawyers' offices, invading illegally a fiduciary relationship, and altering transcripts of those recordings to damage lawyers outside the clubhouse, probably at the request of politicians like Bobby Menendez. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

Rumors suggest that O'Malley was kicking back to prominent Trenton politicians, like Richard J. Codey, Esq., who is President of the New Jersey Bar Association (NJSBA). Others in Trenton are said to be on the take to mortgage companies and banks receiving so-called "stimulus funds." The taxpayer gets screwed coming and going. ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "New Jersey's Xanadu Mess.")

Many of these persons have been dismissed by on-lookers and residents of the Garden State as "Ridgewood scum bags." I concur in part and dissent in part.

"The allegations became public Thursday when Ed Olimpio, [Gambinos, allegedly,] O'Malley's partner in Ridgewood-based Residential Mortgage Corp., pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and implicated O'Malley in the scheme." ("More Trouble for Ridgewood, New Jersey.")

"The admissions from Olimpio and another employee, Rachel Fishbein" -- allegedly, Rachel is connected to her special friend, Sybil R. Moses, Esq. -- "prompted Bergen County Executive [and friend of Alex Booth, Esq.] Dennis McNerny to appoint a former Superior Court judge to review 'the business and personnel matters of the improvement authority.' ..."

Everybody is a friend. These are nice-and-cozy arrangements, are they? Only the people get screwed. Cover-up? Is the Pope Catholic?

"County Republicans are criticizing that decision. ..."

"The county executive who appointed [O'Malley] is now appointing someone to look into the guy he appointed,' Republican county freeholder John Driscoll said. 'It's a little bit of a conflict of interest." (emphasis added)

Who will speak to me of "ethics" in New Jersey's befouled legal profession? Conflict of interest? No, you don't say? The appointee to provide the alleged cover-up is none other than Douglas K. Wolfson -- a.k.a. "Dugout Doug" -- a well-known clean-up man for the Democrat machine from Middlesex County and bosom buddy of "Slim Jim" McGreevey. Who gets the canolis?

Mr. Rabner, your legal system and court are disgusting frauds. You still have the opportunity to meet with me in order to turn over the torture files. A campaign aimed at obstructing my access to the Internet or destruction of my home computer will not solve your problem. Threats and intimidation efforts will not solve New Jersey's problems, if that's the game plan from Trenton. Insults will not fool anyone in the global legal community.

Turn over the torture files, Mr. Rabner. Do the right thing (for once) in your "miserable life."
