Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.

May 20, 2010 at 11:45 A.M. "Errors" inserted overnight will now be corrected. ("More Child Molestation and Porn in New Jersey" and "New Jersey is the Home of Child Molesters" then "More Mafia Figures Arrested in N.J. and N.Y.")

May 19, 2010 Daniel Van Pelt was convicted of taking bribes and other corruption today. Dozens of trials for corruption among New Jersey politicians and legal officials are still pending in state and federal courtrooms. "Business as usual," Jaynee? ("Does New Jersey's Latest Mafia Informer Know Jaynee LaVecchia?")

Whatta-ya say, Jaynee? Gambinos? Genoveses? Little of this, a little of that ... huh? What happened to the $300 MILLION from the HIP deal, Jaynee? Did you have to cut Debbie in on it? ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

An attempt was made to delete this essay from my files today. I wonder why? Who would do such a thing? The title of this essay at the blog was altered. I will repost the essay with the hope that the same sabotage will take place again. I hear Debbie's happy if you get her a willing young woman for a little action. True or false, "ladies"? I mean, women. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

"Four men [have been] charged ... with operating a corrupt $4.6 MILLION enterprise to harvest human tissue from funeral homes and sell it for use in transplants and research." The matter was brought before "State Supreme Court in Brooklyn. Justice John P. Walsh set bail of $1.5 million for the former Dentist, Michael Mastromarino of Fort Lee, New Jersey, described by prosecutors as the ring leader, and lesser bail amounts for [four] other men."

Michael Brick, "4 Men Charged in What Officials Call a $4.6 Million Trade in Human Body Parts," in The New York Times, Friday, February 24, 2006, at p. B4.

The more things change in New Jersey, the more they stay the same: Stephanie Akin, "Insurance Broker Calls in Political Pals: Lobbies Fair Lawn to Keep No-Bid Contract," in The Record, May 17, 2010, at p. A1. (New Jersey's former insurance commissioner is Jaynee LaVecchia who knows BGIA very well.)

Such an enterprise could only thrive on the basis of contacts between these traders in (possibly "diseased") body parts and officials in local medical facilities in at least one state in which the group operated, probably New Jersey. Criminals no doubt acted together with New Jersey's battalions of corrupt political and judicial figures.

Was Stuart Rabner New Jersey's Attorney General when these guys were in business? If so, where was Rabner when these matters were taking place? Out to lunch? Lost on the Turnpike?Diseased body parts is a fitting metaphor for New Jersey's role in the United States and Jaynee La Vecchia's role in the judiciary. New Jersey is America's cancerous organ. New Jersey's legal cancer must be removed by a skilled surgeon from the U.S. Justice Department. I can only hope to convey a small sense of the slanders and attacks against me over twenty-one years coming out of Trenton. I hope to spend the next thirty years, if I am lucky, doing exactly that. Profiles of more prominent members of the bar and judiciary are coming up, including some members of the Appellate Division of New Jersey's Superior Court. (Soon: "Is Joel T. Leyner, Esq. New Jersey's Slimiest Fixer?")

New Jersey lawyers explained that they were going to "instruct" me concerning the philosophical issues that interest me. Ms. La Vecchia was probably among them. I am looking forward to that instruction. I wonder how many members of the New Jersey Bar Association visited the Philosophy Cafe at MSN? I wonder how many N.J. lawyers were asked to "cooperate" with Terry Tuchin's illegal efforts to breach confidential relations with my former clients in order to solicit or manufacture grievances against me? Perhaps persons were offered money or other "assistance" -- sexual favors -- in exchange for their help in slandering me?

I wonder whether elected officials from Hudson County were involved in such efforts? Why would a dissident inspire such hostility? I am such a nice person. What did the N.J. Supreme Court know and when did they know it? 1988-today? Do N.J.'s justices claim not to be aware of these blog entries? Ever heard of sua sponte, Jaynee? Does the continuing silence of the N.J. Supreme Court in response to the items published in leading periodicals and books -- disseminated and emphasized by me -- not suggest a concern to avoid responsibility? It does to me. These are the people claiming that I am "unethical." I am sure that they, New Jersey's lawyers and judges are more often "unethical." You are invited to decide who is most unethical in the Garden State. There is intense competition for that title. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

How can anyone respect decisions by a state supreme tribunal dismissed as "legislating" along partisan political lines in a "corrupt and inept" manner, just like the former Attorney General of the state, Ms. Milgram, who is said to be controlled by Mr. Norcross? Ingle & McLure say: "The New Jersey Attorney General's office is corrupt and inept." I agree. These journalists were referring Mr. Rabner. The point is still valid. Ms. Dow, it is time to turn over the torture files to me. Mr. Christie, you cannot hide from this issue as your predecessors have attempted to hide from the controversy. You must deal with this matter.

New Jersey law, lawyers, courts should you make you sick. I wonder whether there is a relationship between this investigation of merchants in diseased body parts and other on-going inquiries involving "medical facilities" in New Jersey. What happened to the $400 MILLION that was "misspent" or "inappropriately billed" in the University of Medicine and Dentistry (UMDNJ)? Why did the Mastromarino case wind up in Brooklyn? ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Probably this forum choice was made because the feds want to avoid New Jersey like the plague, which it may be. This indictment may be viewed as part of a continuing effort by the Feds to "connect the dots." (See "Same Old, Same Old," "Cement is Gold," and "Da Jersey Code.")

Such a criminal enterprise must have involved the cooperation of legal officials or the indifference, at best, of the legal system of at least one state. Guess which one? Bank fraud? Money laundering? Whatta-ya say, Bob? ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

Elected officials and judges in New Jersey are believed by many to have been in on this caper, probably sharing in the lucrative proceeds of the various scams. Until now, only the federal authorities have pursued vigorously these matters involving alleged Medicaire and Medicaid fraud in New Jersey to the extent of $70-100 MILION or more. Perhaps this is merely a coincidence, but I doubt it. Jaynee claims that she is highly "ethical." What do you think? Do you have any medical bills not covered by HIP? Send them to Jaynee.

Another charming local custom affecting judges in the Garden State concerns the overly broad power to seize property for public purposes. By "seizure" is meant giving the property to friends -- who are usually developers -- at below market prices, and getting a kickback under the table. Right, Jaynee? Politically connected developers are good at getting spouses appointed to the bench, for example, who will then "judge" such seizures to be entirely appropriate and in the public interest, which looks a lot like their interest.

How about it Jaynee? Any real estate developers and construction people close to your heart? Anybody seen Bob Torricelli? ("Is there a New Jersey Mafia Informer?" and "How many N.J. judges are in the mafia?")

The rumors that swirled around the OAL concerning Ms. LaVecchia's "family connections" would make your hair stand on end. Jaynee is notoriously stupid and abrasive on the bench, adding to her reputation for corrupt associations, rarely displaying a minimal awareness of the issues under discussion. Jaynee probably does not read much of what comes across her desk. This is not unusual for New Jersey judges. A friend who drives a cab in north Jersey said, with a weary sigh: "They [judges and politicians] think we're stupid." As a matter of fact, yes they do.

David W. Chen, "New Jersey Public Advocate Says Power to Seize Land is Too Broad," in The New York Times, May 19, 2006, at p. B1.

Were sexual favors offered to Jaynee by Diana? Was Jaynee aware of sexual "relationships" involving Debbie Poritz and "inapprorpriate partners," if any? How close were Ms. Poritz and Diana Lisa Riccioli? How close are (or were) Jaynee and Diana, if they know each other at all? No comment? Nobody knows nothing. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

Responsibility for pervasive and repugnant corruption must be placed at the doorstep of the highest tribunal in New Jersey, whose energies and efforts seem "misdirected" at best. Take another look at the portrait of Justice "Jaynee" LaVecchia (that's how she spells her name, folks) accompanying this post, unless the image is blocked by Jersey hoods. So many expensive portraits of judges have been provided to the residents of New Jersey -- delighting one and all -- making recent tax increases worthwhile.

New attacks against this essay this morning and further harassments. No images can be posted by me at blogger, access to MSN groups is still blocked in a nation lecturing to the world about freedom of speech and tolerance of dissent. You are witnessing content-based, public censorship in America that is sanctioned by corrupt authorities. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "Waht is it like to be censored in America?")

It isn't only citizens or members of the civilian population who detest that state's highest court. "Off the record" members of the bar can't stand the "justices" who are seen as living in an unreal world, often failing to appreciate the problems of small firms and solo practitioners. I concur. "Jaynee" is one of the worst offenders, who is said to insist on one of her law clerks following her every movement, then unrolling a red carpet whenever she walks into a room. Lawyers laughed at her incompetence as one of the most stupid members of a moronic and corrupt tribunal. ("Peter G. Verniero and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Verniero may be even more stupid and is certainly more of a racist, but is probably less corrupt. I will be happy to name members of the bar in New Jersey and to recall their cafeteria conversations with me concerning New Jersey's Supreme Court. Some of these persons are now members of the judiciary. How are you Tom Oliveri? Time to insert another "error" in one of my essays, boys? ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

No price is too high to pay for citizens to be enriched by owning wonderful portraits of these distinguished jurists. Curiously, however, corruption only increases every day within the legal profession and among politicians in New Jersey -- most of whom are lawyers -- whose shenanigans escape the eagle-eyed attention of the OAE, while disciplinary efforts by that agency are directed at minority and other solo practioners, especially if they refuse to "play ball" with the official (and unofficial) powers that be or express radical political opinions that are offensive to the mafia bosses who run the state.

"I gotta kill two birds with one stone today." A N.J. lawyer said that to me a long time ago. Still worrying about me, boys? ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

It is important to bribe the right people in New Jersey in order to be a successful lawyer or judge -- preferably legally, if necessary, illegally. (See the films "The Verdict" and "Bullworth.") I appreciate readers' concerns for my welfare. I am past the point of such concerns for myself. Time to speak a little truth to power. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

One Latino professional, Dr. Oscar Sandoval, refused to "play ball" with the hoods, opting instead to cooperate with the FBI in order to put away the former Hudson County Executive and several of his goons, only to find alleged cronies of the disgraced and jailed politician suing him. (See "More Problems for Menendez -- Tapes!")

Most of the recordings of Menendez, allegedly, have not become public. I wonder why? Have the federal grand juries come to a decision in the Menendez matter? I have a feeling that we will find out very soon whether Senator Bob will be indicted. Your gonna have to make some calls, Bob. 8 or 9 grand jury investigations in New Jersey? More? ("Is Senator Bob 'For' Human Rights?" and "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?")

This is the third time that I have closed the parentheses in the foregoing paragraphs. As a result, I will focus on allegations concerning the reputed sex partners of Ms. LaVecchia in future essays. You may wish to remove another letter from one of my words right about now. Maybe you can "fix" the measure of visitors to my site in order to ensure that readers will not be counted, not even "approximately." My estimate is that 15 to 20,000 readers, at least, have visited these blogs. Visitors to these sites from Cuba and other countries do not count because they are not seen as persons. Neither am I. ("America's Holocaust.")

For some reason, it was never the State authorities who went after the crooked Hudson County Executive, until it became academic. In other words, New Jersey only investigates when it no longer matters. I wonder why? Dr. Sandoval has also refused to "play ball" with County bosses by going public with allegations of "murder and/or criminal negligence" in Hudson County's jail, where "torture" may have gotten a little out of hand. Hey, Jaynee -- What does your husband "do" again? Construction? Linen supply? Cement? Real estate "development"?

The Hoboken Community Activist reports that: "Dr. Sandoval was silenced regarding the DEATH of a prisoner he thought might have been a homicide." http://www.edmecka.com/articles/86/1/Sandoval:-jail-cover-up

Dr. Sandoval is represented by a Dominican-born, brave, intellectual and highly ethical attorney, Thomas Espinoza, Esq. It is likely that reprisals by the powers that be in Hudson County or New Jersey state government will also get him, eventually. At the very least, he will probably be investigated, secretly. Most things done to people selected for harassment or destruction in New Jersey are done secretly in violation of basic Constitutional principles. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")

"I have reason to believe" that they'll get "Lourdes-the-lawyer" to help them, right Terry? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "What is it like to be tortured?")

I fear that Mr. Espinoza may also be questioned some day, under hypnosis, by torturers and/or psychiatrists affiliated with the authorities in that dismal jurisdiction. Maybe he won't be tortured and raped, however, since these are horrors reserved for those insisting publicly, as I do, that their rights be respected and that corruption be punished. If Mr. Espinoza is indeed interrogated under hypnosis, then he may never know it:

"... light dosages of drugs coupled with hypnosis ... to induce a complete hypnotic trance. This trance was held for approximately one hour and forty minutes of interrogation with a subsequent total amnesia produced by post-hypnotic suggestion."

Alfred W. McCoy, A Question of Torture: CIA INterrogation, From the Cold War to the War on Terror (New York: Henry Holt, 2006), p. 27.

Ridgewood, New Jersey's Terry Tuchin's specialty is such methods of interrogation, preferably used secretly and illegally against African-Americans, while Clifton's Diana Lisa Riccioli relishes sexually abusing people in that condition -- "allegedly."

How many of you had sexual contact with Marilyn? Diana? Terry? Jaynee? Anne Milgram? Others? Do you do a little stealing while people are under hypnosis, Diana?

Nearly two hours of interrogation of a person in a highly suggestible, weakened and impaired state should do the trick. Damaging information can be extracted, then the entire ordeal can be erased from the victim's memory. Most of the events will be unprovable anyway. The authorities will always deny these crimes publicly, happily lying about it, then they speak of "ethics" to others. New Jersey's OAE and Supreme Court will demand truth, in other words, only after lying about what they've done to victims of such methods of inquiry or saying nothing at all, which amounts to the same thing. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

Are you going to judge my "ethics," ladies and gentlemen? Hey, isn't that "obstruction of justice"? Isn't "obstruction of justice" a crime even when judges do it? Should OAE lawyers be present at the secret questioning of a victim placed under hypnosis or drugged, against his will, in order to extract information to be used against him in subsequent legal proceedings? Should OAE lawyers be present at the alteration of a purported transcript of a secretly tape recorded conversation in violation of attorney/client confidentiality before the existence of a grievance against the targeted attorney? Isn't that both criminal and unethical? Are cover-ups "ethical," John? What do you think, Jaynee?

Each day that the cover-up continues is more feces piled on the U.S. Constitution and your judicial robes in New jersey. Tell me how ethical you are, Jaynee.

Why not insert another "error" in this essay, boys? Come on, try again. The life-long psychological harm that may result for victims is also not a source of concern because most victims are minorities anyway. Right, Jaynee? Who cares about them? Jaynee doesn't. What does your schedule indicate, Terry? Can you accomodate one more victim this month? You like to put drugs in a person's Diet Coke, I believe? Does your family know what you do, Terry? Are you really a Jew, as you said you were? And if so, then how did you become "Dr. Mengele"? How about Diana? Is she "booked" yet? How's the torture business in New Jersey these days? Money laundering? "Let's get tough on crime!"

Where did you go to medical school, Terry Tuchin? How are things in "white man's" territory, Terry? Ridgewood, New Jersey? Are most of your victims African-Americans, Terry? Other minorities? Did you, Terry A. Tuchin, question or use hypnosis or torture, in any way, Assatta Shakur a.k.a. Joanne Chesimard? Yes or no? Did you or anyone that you know, Terry A. Tuchin, question under hypnosis or otherwise torture Mumia Abu-Jamal? Yes or no? "No comment" will not be a satisfactory answer. These questions will not go away for you, Terry Tuchin.

Did you subject Ignacio Saavedra, Esq. to questioning under hypnosis, Terry? How many other attorneys have been "questioned" by you before they are robbed, Terry? I had two suspicious break ins in my home, several in my office, I wonder why? Alex, any thoughts? Diana? Edgar? You said: "We can learn from you." I hope you will, Terry. Face-to-face. Where are those videos? Reports? You don't want to hide them from me, right Terry? Are you planning to make money off of them, Terry? Or to use such records for your professional "enhancement"? Is that "ethical," Terry? Who are you, Terry, to judge me? Who said you could interfere with my life beginning in 1988? I didn't. Who was paying you, Terry, and for what services were you paid, Terry? Public money? Public money means public interest.

How does it feel to be addressed in these terms, Jaynee? You like it? No, you don't like being insulted -- right? It's a lot better when people say, "your Honor." But I don't see too much "honor" in 200 convictions and a lot more on the way. I don't see too much honor in questioning people under hypnosis about matters that could expose them or others to liability -- right, Terry? -- in the presence of unidentified adversaries in violation of basic Constitutional and human rights. You betrayed your oath as a "physician and therapist" (if that is what you are), Terry. That's a big no-no. These are serious crimes. I will do my best to see to it that you are prosecuted for those crimes, Terry Tuchibn and Diana Lisa Riccioli.

This may be a good moment to insert another "error" in my writings. I don't see too much honor in the continuing cover-up of these atrocities by New Jersey's cowardly and corrupt legal establishment indulging in cybercrime. Talk to me about ethics. Go ahead. How many of my family members were manipulated, secretly, into assisting this effort to violate my rights?

Let me ask you once more: Did you have sex with Marilyn while she was unconscious, Terry? Or was that only Diana? Is that a perk? Sex with unconscious victims? Is that part of being a "connected" forensic psychiatrist-torturer in the Garden State? (Again: "An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry A. Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")

Do you supply sexual "opportunities" for powerful officials in New Jersey, Diana? Is this a way of obtaining balckmail material against judges and politicians? How about it "Jaynee"? Is torture hunky-dory with you? Or is it only O.K. when victims are members of despised minority groups? One more time! Where are those reports secretly "filed with the court," Terry? I bet they were a million laughs for Jaynee, huh? Gambinos, Jaynee? How can the New Jersey Supreme Court's members claim no knowledge of reports filed with their own court? OAE? Discovery is not what you decide is discoverable, John.

I know what the response will be: 1) Hackers will alter the spelling of words in this post or otherwise attack my computer; 2) Mumia Abu-Jamal's picture was blocked in my msn group. So was Barack Obama's photo. Coincidence? KKK? Swastikas? Ethics? 3) A smear campaign will be directed against me, preferably anonymously. (See my essay on "Censorship and Chomsky's Turkish Publisher" and "New Jersey's KKK Police Scandal.")

Michael J. Garcia of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York was quoted in the Times anouncing indictments of 32 persons charged with racketeering. Julia Preston, "32 Indicted on Racketering [sic.] Charges in Manhattan," in The New York Times, February 24, 2006, at p. B3. ("Racketering" or "Racketeering" are O.K., according to my dictionary, so you can relax in Bayonne.)

This was before the 62 mafiosos arrested in Hudson and Bergen counties as well as the recent arrest of 48 more alleged underworld figures in the Soprano State, according to news accounts, plus 44 political figures in the most recent New Jersey scandal. By the way, the persons indicted on these charges were active, allegedly, in the Bronx and Westchester, but may also have acted "elsewhere." It is suggested by some observers, regrettably, that the U.S. Attorney's Office wishes to avoid actions brought in ANY New Jersey state forum or contacts requiring information-sharing with ANY New Jersey state agencies, together with a reluctance to appear in ANY New Jersey courtroom. I will not meet with or discuss any topic with New Jersey lawyers or officials unless it is on the record or in writing.

It is anticipated that there will be further developments in these, possibly related stories, also in investigations still taking place "elsewhere." Whenever you read about the U.S. Attorney's Office alleging that criminal actions took place "elsewhere," it is likely that they mean New Jersey. They may want to change the name of the Garden State soon to "elsewhere." It could only improve the image of that unforgettable territory of marshes and aromatic swamplands, surrounded by industrial parks, filled with buried bodies. The most offensive stench in New Jersey is the smell of moral corruption escaping from the Supreme Court's chambers. Is it Jaynee who smell of this putridness? Most people think it is all of the members of a tainted court in Trenton who reek of corruption. I concur.

Whenever you see one of those portraits of New Jersey's Supreme Court justices, remember the blood that is on their hands -- smile, like they do -- then hold on to your wallet. Now the "justices" are (allegedly) secretly arranging ethics complaints against each other. That is called "civility" and "collegiality" -- both of which are mandated by New Jersey's Rules of Ethics and the Canons of Judicial Ethics (judicial temperament?) -- only in Trenton are exceptions allowed for Supreme Court justices acting secretly to damage one another professionally. Of course, rules apply only to some "little people" in the Garden State, not everyone. Right, Virginia?

"Hey, whadda-ya want? You a trouble maker?" I hope so. "Governor Jon S. Corzine ... selected Bruce C. Vladek, a national health care policy expert, to be interim president [of the university of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey] ... The university [is still] under scrutiny in an investigation of alleged Medicare and Medicaid fraud."

The New York Times, February 28, 2006, at p. B6.

What was Jaynee's "cut" of the UMDNJ loot, if any? Two university presidents and $400 MILLION later, U.M.D.N.J. is still called the "cash cow" of organized crime and corrupt politics in New Jersey. Has Mr. Christie helped to control that situation? Not yet. Yes, these are overlapping categories, corrupt politics and organized crime:

"... prosecutors [state?] want a former administrator at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey who was convicted of witness tampering in a pollution case to go to jail." Guy Sterling, "State Seeking Jail Time for ex-UMDNJ Administrator," Star Ledger, March 4, 2006, http://www.nj.com/printer.ssf?/base/news-2/114145241051910.xml&coll=1 (He wasn't sharing, huh? "Witness Tampering," John!)

Perhaps the presence of so much medical waste in New Jersey waters is somehow related to events under investigation. Traditionally, organized crime and corrupt politics in New Jersey meet at the point where medical and other hazardous waste needed "to be disappeared," cheaply, in violation of federal anti-pollution legislation. It appears that, in Hudson County, people can also be "disappeared." Cheaply?

Be especially careful around Bradley Beach, which is only ethically (not geographically) located in Hudson County, which is home base for the mob in America. Just ask Mr. Healy in Jersey City about Bradley Beach. Those OAE turds are floating on their backs in the waters off the Jersey shore. (Again: "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

One is reminded of Argentina's reign of terror under the Generals. Yes, I know that I should be careful. "Disappear" has become both a transitive and an intransitive verb in New Jersey. It is both something that one does and that is done to one, often against one's will, especially in the Hudson County jail. I worry for Mr. Espinoza because I no longer worry for myself. Any threats today, boys?

Is it a coincidence that some areas of New Jersey lead the country in the incidence of cancer? Perhaps not. The residents of "cancer alley," however, need not fret over the circumventing of safety laws by some local medical facilities -- with the possible cooperation of New Jersey's politicians and legal officials, right Jaynee? -- since there are all of these lovely portraits of judges and politicians for people to admire from a suitable distance, which makes any financial or health sacrifice worthwhile for working people. ("Richard J. Codey Immortalized on Canvas in New Jersey.")

Massive containers placed in Newark Housing Projects -- where children may become sick from their mysterious contents -- were not removed for years. I think we should place them next to Jaynee LaVecchia's office in Trenton. If you wish to express your concerns about corruption in New Jersey, feel free to contact the courts and tell them what you think. Give 'em a buzz. I'm sure they'd love to hear from you. After all, this is still a free country.

http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/supreme/images/soto.jpg (This is a photo of what they call a "Latino Judge" in New Jersey.)

How you doing with the ethics charges, amigo? You should think twice about turning your back on your colleagues at the New Jersey Supreme Court, especially Jaynee.

On September 10, 2007 at 11:55 A.M. -- a visit to the Lulu site indicates that my book, "Why I am Not an Ethical Relativist and Other Essays 2000-2006" is listed as being "published by Lulu" or Lulu is listed as "publisher." This same publisher refuses to send my book to Bowker's or on-line booksellers because my book is not "published by Lulu." The nonsense concerning listing the thirteen digit ISBN number is belied by the fact that many other Lulu titles, which have been and are distributed, have no such listing. http://www.Lulu.com/content/567258. Also, Lulu prints this information on ordered copies. A revised version of my book with the ISBN number has been uploaded. Now it appears that this ISBN number may be fraudulent and that the money I paid for it was stolen.

What is the connection, if any, between the Lulu site and N.J. politics or politicians? State censorship? (I just corrected an "error" not found in earlier versions of this essay.)

The true number of visitors to my sites is not reported accurately. It is estimated that the nearly 6,500 visitors to my blogs, more to my MSN group, and comparable number of hits at my books' site is a gross understatement of numbers that are really much higher than this. 25,000? I anticipate efforts to discredit the book and/or blogs. In keeping with past practice these efforts will be anonymous and sabotage will be surreptitious. My adversaries will not risk a fair debate with me. This is typical of the legal process in New Jersey. The time for debate is long past.

New Jersey has anounced tax increases for 2009-2010 totaling about $1 BILLION. The portion of this sum to be paid to deceased state workers is not known at this time. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.") Bold script and italics come and go, like the rule of law in New Jersey.

"TRENTON, Sept 6 -- Eleven current or former public officials, including two members of the State Assembly, were charged Thursday with taking thousands of dollars in bribes in exchange for promising municipal business to undercover officers posing as insurance brokers in the latest federal probe into New Jersey's rampant political [and legal] corruption."

"... The investigation initially focused on the Pleasantville Board of Education, which runs a tiny, impoverished school district near Atlantic City. With 13 superintendents in the last 10 years, the district has been plagued by turmoil and is now working with a state appointed monitor."

It is fortunate that, unlike the Teterboro School District that receives several hundred thousand dollars per year for its budget, Pleasantville actually has schools and students. Teterboro doesn't, but they spend the money anyway. (An "error" was inserted by N.J. hackers in this text overnight. I have now corrected it.)

I'm sure they'll come up with some bullshit to explain this absurdity. Most people call it good old fashioned "theft."

Any New Jersey appointed monitor will be worthless if your goal is to ensure the legality of public institutions and processes. This is because anything that matters -- government committees, bar association "spots," judgeships -- will be contaminated by the state's corrupt politics and mob influence. Anyone appointed to such a position will be a "known guy or gal." Such a person will know how to "go along in order to get along." (See "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Don't ruffle feathers, make only small waves, so it looks like you're doing something, then it's "business as usual." Also, it helps to kick back loot to the higher ups, probably including corrupt judges and justices or New Jersey's traditionally corrupt Attorney General. (See "Law is Dead in New Jersey" and "Does it look like I'm negotiating?")

According to journalists and most bar association members, N.J.'s Attorney General, Anne Milgram is obviously incompetent. Ingle & McClure describe the N.J. A.G.'s office as characteristically "corrupt and inept." I believe that this is too kind an assessment of Ms. Milgram as Attorney General. One explanation for Milgram's ineffectiveness in crucial matters is her desire to protect fellow lesbians -- such as Debbie Poritz and/or Diana Lisa Riccioli, allegedly, possibly Nydia Hernandez and others are part of the "Meow Mix."

This essay continues to be a target for hackers inserting "errors." I will continue to make corrections, focusing on more members of the N.J. bar and judiciary in the weeks and months ahead as new scandals explode in the media. As for efforts aimed at harming me, see "A Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!" and "Another Letter From the DRB, in New Jersey!" Keep it up, fellas!

Anne Milgram's incompetence is the subject of jokes everywhere in the state, while the unusual sexual habits of Debbie Poritz have always been common knowledge. Hide your kids. Speculation will center on Rabner and some other members of the Garden State's disgraced high court: "In New Jersey's super corrupt atmosphere," Ingle and McClure point out, "nothing is sacred or beyond conversion to a patronage pit. Seemingly everything Jersey politicians do is designed to help themselves or their friends." This is especially true of the state's corrupt Supreme Court: "Little is done because it is the right thing to do." (p. 9.)

Under Debbie Poritz, for instance, corruption was easier than ever because she was known to lawyers, unaffectionately, as Ms. "out-to-lunch." Naturally, lawyers would deny this publicly. In other words, Poritz was either distracted or stupid when it came to administrative matters, so the mob had a field day. I will be happy to quote lawyers and judges on this subject. The consequences are visible all around us. By the way, Poritz was also a mediocre or worse judge. Any other judge speaking in Atlantic City, at a podium bearing the logo of a casino, would at least have been "spoken to" about decorum and the appearance of impropriety. A minority judge would have been executed. The foregoing sentence was not intended literally.

Hypocrisy and double standards by Poritz makes her years as "Chief Justice of New Jersey" (and her life's work) a dismal failure and a lie. The foregoing sentence was intended literally. Poritz will be remembered as a fraud who never should have been appointed to the position that she disgraced, especially if she had anything to do with the unconstitutional and criminal methods used against me since 1988 and still today. It is unclear whether Poritz traded favors for sex with young women, but it would not suprise me and the suggestion certainly has been made before. I will not pretend that "nothing happened." I will not adjust. I will not take up stamp collecting. How many African-American victims have you tortured, Terry Tuchin? How many Palestinians have you "interrogated," Terry? How does a Jew become Mengele?

Debbie's alleged "lesbianism" is incidental and irrelevant, of course, unless it was used as a means either to threaten her with "embarassment" or to influence her decisions with the promise of "introductions" to willing VERY young women. Both possibilities are plausible or even likely, as many New Jersey lawyers have suggested. Debbie's shocking and unforgivable ignorance of most matters relevant to her decisions as Chief Justice, including applicable provisions of law and the U.S. Constitution, is more worrisome if not unusual in Trenton. ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!" and "Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")

Rabner is more of a politician, but he is just as ignorant and insensitive to the plight of poor people, minorities and others whom he "dislikes." I believe that he "dislikes" all the "little brown people." No wonder I had to correct an inserted "error" in this essay today. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Rabner, Poritz and Milgram condone censorship of critics and victims of New Jersey's legalized criminality. 1988-2009? What happened to the First Amendment? I am renewing my request for Tuchin's and Riccioli's reports, records, and all torture files. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

January 22, 2010 at 3:36 P.M. Several essays have been vandalized, again, even as the U.S. calls on China to respect civil rights and Internet freedom of expression. Is Google concerned about the violations of American writers' freedoms and privacy? I hope so.

"But then unexpectedly Pleasantville officials led investigators on what Christopher J. Christie, United States attorney for New Jersey, described at a news conference here as a 'corruption tour' of New Jersey by referring the fake insurers to other parts of the state."

Did you scam insurance companies for fees, Terry Tuchin? Did you kick back to Poritz, Terry?

"That tour, prosecutors said, ranged 125 miles north to Passaic and Paterson, two gritty towns just outside New York City known for rough politics, as well as to Newark and Orange. And the way it transpired resembled the New Jersey of Hollywood as meetings unfolded in parked cars, rest stops on the Garden State Parkway, restaurants and hotels."

At 42nd Street, between Bergenline Avenue and JFK Boulevard, in Union City, New Jersey (Bob Menendez turf!) meetings take place betwen mob capos or cartel jefes, local elected officials, mayors, judges and prominent members of the bar -- "allegedly." At a comfy little diner in Hoboken, on election day, local "committee men" chuckle merrily over the votes being cast by names taken from grave stones in local cemeteries. The stories I was told about the early days of Bob Menendez would make your hair stand on end. (See "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.") No wonder Hudson County Democrats always win. ("Is New Jersey Lucky Luciano's Havana?" and "Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?") The politicians are the pimps; judges are the whores. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

To have such persons decide that one is "unethical" -- after one's rights have been criminally violated by them, publicly -- amounts to a hideous, Kafkaesque farce. For some reason, I experienced difficulties accessing this essay again. You think they don't like me in New Jersey? I wonder why? An essay concerning the conduct of Superior Court Judge Mark Baber is coming up, then Judges Tolentino and Schaeffer. All three are poor excuses for decent human beings; none are intellectually impressive; they are all equally disdainful of persons appearing before them whose skin is dark or who come from the wrong ethnic group. Let us hope that none of them are still around. Baber was described to me by a member of the bar as a "racist" and worse. I will be happy to name that prominent member of the bar. Several other attorneys concurred, as do I.

I recall one elected official, who has since been indicted, by the feds, alluding to his friends in the local prosecutor's office in Hudson County. I understood him to say that he would get "a heads up" on any state investigation, which is why New Jersey law enforcement -- and many honest people trying to do their jobs -- is mostly neutralized by the mob families that run the state. I wouldn't talk to any New Jersey police or prosecutor, if you can help it, about possible corruption charges against state officials. Go to the feds -- in New York -- with any information about corruption in the Garden State. (An "error" was inserted, brazenly, in this essay posted only hours ago.) Any time you talk to local cops or prosecutors in New Jersey, you're probably talking to the mafia. This is common knowledge in many towns in the stench-filled counties of New Jersey. If you own a home in Ridgewood, New Jersey, then it is likely that you have adopted lethal amounts of radium and chromium. Enjoy. Luckily, many of the lowlifes in Ridgewood deserve what they get -- which will be probably be a brain tumor given the poisons in the ground and their drinking water.

New Jersey lawyers and courts merit no respect because they are corrupt and incompetent in the vast majority of instances. The New Jersey legal system is a clubhouse, one set of rules applies to the "little people" and another secret set of practices exists for "insiders," like Tuchin. Tuchin's disdain for the dignity, privacy, property, cash, welfare of his secretly selected victims should ensure him a trip to prison. Tuchin claims that he is my "ethical superior" and qualified to "instruct me on philosophical- and life-issues." You decide. Anyone who cooperated in Tuchin's illegal information-gathering efforts will be reminded of that fact each time I find myself in their presence.

"But even Mr. Christie said that he was stunned by the business-as-usual boldness uncovered in the most recent investigation, which the F.B.I. dubbed Operation Broken Boards. Mr. Christie noted that one of those charged, Assemblyman Mims Hackett Jr., is the chairman of the State Government Committee, which is responsible for government rules and oversight, including ETHICS legislation."

New allegations concerning rape -- yes, RAPE -- by several state police officers in New Jersey (no judges?) were reported in network news programs on NBC, December 11, 2007. None of the police officers were indicted for these actions. What the hell. Boys will be boys. Not so long ago a Superior Court judge from Camden County was arrested for having sex with a minor, as a so-called "sex tourist" in Russia, or was it "elsewhere"? (See "We don't know from nothing.") Compare "One of New Jersey's Highly Ethical Attorneys Has a Problem" with "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House." You can order prostitutes as young as seven years-old in Atlantic City. Right, Terry Tuchin? ("New Jersey is the Home of Child Molestation.")

Judges and political bosses have been reputed to do much worse in the Garden State, for years. I am looking forward to discussing allegations against many members of the N.J. judiciary in the months and years ahead, together with my own recollections of gross incompetence and shocking stupidity on the part of persons still affiliated with the bench and politics in that soiled legal system which leads the country in child porn distribution. Speaking of morons, Judge Tolentino? I plan to visit law libraries to research ethics matters, judicial discipline, and other instances of corruption swept under the rug in New Jersey. I will publish discussions of such matters in the years and decades to come. I hope. Do I have your attention, "gentlemen"? ("Does Senator Menendez have Mafia friends?")

New Jersey "Justice" Jaynee LaVecchia, for example, is said to have many friends in the real estate and construction business. (Yet another "error" was inserted in this last sentence, after my twentieth revision of this essay.) Jaynee's buddies are, thus, into "cement." In every sense. Allegedly. Right, Jaynee? Many of Jaynee's friends and "family" find that their knuckles graze the ground as they walk. But enough about Jaynee's colleagues on the New Jersey judicial bench. New insertions of "errors" in these writings may provide further confirmation of these accusations. They have, as a matter of fact. (See "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State," and again, "Jaynee La Vecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," and "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Let us continue to hope that "Cheech" and the boys, along with other prominent members of the New Jersey Bar Association from the North Bergen area will cooperate by demonstrating their true colors, while leaving electronic bread crumbs behind. Never underestimate the stupidity of political criminals from New Jersey. Garcia? Profiles of several New Jersey "judges" and leading members of the bar are coming up. You won't want to miss them, especially when I get to New Jersey Superior Court Judges Gallipoli and Tolentino. By the way, Ms. Tolentino is not Italian-American. This a source of relief and joy for Italian-Americans. Speculation among lawyers centered on whether Ms. Tolentino's I.Q. approached 100 or was below that number. I suspect that Tolentino's intelligence was at the level of what they call a "mongoloid imbecile." How you doing, Luisa?

Is it true that "Jaynee" was behind the recent charges against her "colleague" Mr. Rivera-Soto? Or was that Virginia? There are several theories about that little episode. Inquiring minds want to know. How about it Jaynee? By the way, do you know Diana? Are you two gals "bosom-buddies"? How close are you two "gals"? Is my mention of Jaynee enough for hackers to insert "errors" in this essay? If so, as I say, then they're proving my point. If I find new "errors" after this, then I'll be sure to discuss "Jaynee" at greater length in the future. Were the images of atrocity in Gaza so disturbing to Debbie Poritz or Stuart Rabner that their "friends" obstructed my access to MSN and hacked into my computer to prevent my use of images? Do Rabner and Poritz accept the principle of free speech? Even when persons criticize Israel? What did they know and when did they know it at New Jersey's Supreme Court and Attorney General's office? Lying to the FBI, "ladies"? Jaynee, got a problem, huh? Sybil likes the girls? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

Based on new "errors" discovered this morning, I have decided that "Jaynee" (New Jersey's favorite former cheerleader) merits further discussion. How does someone like Jaynee get to be a judge anywhere, much less on a state Supreme Court? Pull? (See "Let's Ask Jaynee La Vecchia About Corruption in New Jersey.") Jaynee takes care of her own. Where's the $300 MILLION from the HIP deal, Jaynee? If Jaynee La Vecchia has the slightest regard for the tribunal on which she sits (no one else does), then she should resign immediately.

N.J.'s legal system displays hypocrisy and fraud on a cosmic scale: Zazzali's and Verniero's participation in racial profiling (no hypnosis for them?); Rabner's splendid isolation, even as colleagues conspire to get ethics charges filed against one another, even as Mr. Prisco walks out of prison for a "small fee" -- allegedly? Poritz's visible incompetence and laughable spectacle in accepting her portrait and tributes as the New Jersey legal system is plunged into a latrine of corruption, cruelty, discrimination, injustice and fraud. Ethics? You want to chat about ethics? Go ahead. (See "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" and "How to be a Politician or a Lawyer in New Jersey" as well as "La Cosa Nostra in North Bergen, New Jersey.")

Still on the public tit, Stuart Rabner? Can't hack it on your own in the real world, Stuart? These N.J. judges are self-professed "ethical examples" for the rest of us. They make most people sick to their stomachs with their lies and theivery.

How do you judge others and wear judicial robes knowing about the crimes committed by your tribunal and its minions against people like me, Mr. Rabner? Hypocrisy? Tell me how vastly morally superior to the rest of us are the members of New Jersey's judiciary and Supreme Court. Come on, Debbie. Let's hear all about Debbie Poritz and that moral exemplar, her pal, Diana. I'm sure that you two gals are very tight. Did Diana provide Poritz with introductions to young women? How young were they? Were the "young ladies" conscious at the time of the introductions? Diana, did you disclose your sexual relationship with Marilyn at the time of the so-called "sessions" to which I was subjected against my will? Did you invite others to have sex with Marilyn while she was unconscious? Did those others include Tuchin? Poritz?

In the most racist, crime-infested, politically-warped state legal system -- where the ethics-enforcement process is tainted by political influence and (probably) cash or other "favors" for functionaries -- the very word "ethics" spoken by people like Poritz is sickening to listeners and a ridiculous lie. (See "America's Holocaust," "Driving While Black (DWB) in New Jersey," and "How to Execute the Innocent in New Jersey.") Cooperate fully with any investigation, John McGill.

"Think of the Garden State's ethics laws as what banking regulations would be if Bonnie and Clyde made them." (Ingle & McClure, p. 4.)

New computer troubles and difficulty updating my system on November 2, 2007 at 2:45 P.M. I wonder why? My cable signal was illegally blocked on December 5, 2007 at 10:55 A.M. I am running my second scan this morning. You think that such harassment will stop me? How about Tuchin? Is Tuchin "ethical"? "Irreconcilable conflict" between therapeutic and forensic roles, right Terry? No questioning of impaired persons by any so-called "psychiatrist" for the benefit of the state or any persons whose presence is unsought by a non-consenting victim is anything other than torture. What legal authority did you, Terry Tuchin, have to subject me to hypnosis beginning in 1988? How many sessions in total took place? Who was present at those sessions? How much did you or others at your invitation steal from my office, whether in clients or cash? ("The Experiments in Guatemala.")

How does it feel, Tuchin, for a Jew to become Mengele? Are you a medical doctor, Terry? Are you any kind of doctor, Terry? Is it true that you questioned the so-called "Ice Man" in New Jersey, Terry? Was that defendant ("The Ice Man") under hypnosis when you questioned him, if you did Terry? Is it not a violation of a victim's Constitutional rights to be questioned under hypnosis, possibly framed, by an agent of the state? (See "What is it like to be tortured?") Is it O.K. to violate a victim's rights if the victim is a Muslim, Terry? Torturing African-Americans is fine, right Terry? (See "Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Peter G. Verniero and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

I suspect that Terry began his professional life as a torturer of Palestinian Arabs or other Muslims. How many lives have you destroyed, Terry, through your illegal questioning of "objects" under hypnosis? How's Manny doing, Terry? When did you first question Manny Diaz, Terry, Senator Bob's former law partner? Did you set Manny up to get rid of him and cover your ass for what you stole from him? (See "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey" and "Law is Dead in New Jersey.")

How many of your "patients or victims" become sexual partners, Diana? ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "No Charges for Child Molester in the N.J. State Assembly.") Did you participate in the questioning of Assata Shakur, Terry? How about Mumia Abu-Jamal, Terry? Are they "objects," Terry? Are Mr. Abu-Jamal and Ms. Shakur "slaves," Terry Tuchin? ("Richard A. Posner on Voluntary Actions and Criminal Responsibility.")

How many of you raped Marilyn? Was it only Diana who "enjoyed" sex with a vulnerable and helpless woman? Again: Did you disclose your sexual "relationship," Diana, at the time when these events (my questioning) began in 1988 or ever? Is Tuchin Debbie's "friend"? Is Diana Debbie's "friend"? What kind of scams did you two pull to milk insurance companies and the state for money in exchange for torturing me, secretly? Face-to-face, Terry. Who was paying you, Terry, and for what services were you paid? You like Ridgewood, New Jersey? "White man's country"? Paramus? Where are those reports, Terry? Did you file them with the New Jersey Supreme Court or with the OAE? 1988-2010? I want all of them. Both places got the reports? How come I didn't get or see them? Did all of you steal $100,000 or more over the years from me? Clients and fees? Where are the video and audio tapes that you made? Statements that were obtained and used secretly? What conversations did you have with my family members and friends? How much spying were they asked to do, secretly, long before there were any grievances manufactured against me? Were they compensated for their efforts to inform against me? ("Jennifer Velez is a 'Dyke Magnet!'")

What were you, Terry and Diana, doing going through files in my office for years before the first grievances were SOLICITED or MANUFACTURED against me? Did you or "others" prepare letters and documents -- for years! -- items purporting to come from clients, without identifying yourselves? What is a "fiduciary" relationship, Terry? Whose homes did you enter under false pretenses, Terry? What did you steal from those homes? Money? Who else was subjected, secretly, to questioning under hypnosis? What legal right did you have to do that questioning? How much was stolen from my office and by whom was that money stolen? Do you presume to judge or comment upon my ethics? Did you comment on so-called private matters to friends or relatives waiving all confidentiality, Terry? Who has this right to confidentiality -- me or you? Did you ever have any legal right to speak to me under hypnosis without my consent, Terry? Do you believe that I have privacy rights, Terry?

Is the OAE a conspirator to the violation of civil rights and other federal crimes, then to a cover-up of those violations and that original conspiracy? Take another look at your rule book, John McGill. Are OAE offficials participants in a criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights and in another conspiracy to cover-up their outrageous criminality? Do you, Stuart Rabner, speak to me of ethics? What does the "E" in "OAE" stand for, John? (This is a good time to insert more "errors" in this essay, boys.)

Were the civil ethics allegations against me "ass cover" for your criminality, Terry? How many prisoners in New Jersey had their rights criminally violated by Terry Tuchin and his assistants? How many of them will never know it? How many friends do you have in The New York Times, boys? What were you, Terry, doing at the OAE offices when I was there to review what they laughingly called "discovery"? Terry seemed to find my predicament "funny"? Are you laughing today, Terry? What was Diana doing in my office? Why was Diana at my computer? Stealing? What did she say to my secretaries concerning her credentials and legal rights? Where are those videos? ALL of them? Preferably unaltered. Should the OAE disclose exculpatory material, like, hypothetically, exchanges with translators unable to decipher the contents of alleged "tape recordings" being told what their conclusions should and MUST be by OAE officials not speaking the language to be "translated"? How would they, those OAE officials, "know" the contents of such alleged tapes? How about records of phone calls made to attorneys inquiring about a subject who was not yet the target of grievances that were unsolicited at the time when those phone calls to colleagues were made? Why the interest in that individual on the part of OAE officials years BEFORE grievances against him existed? Why insult and defame me to friends and family members before bothering to solicit those grievances, huh? Whatta-ya say, Diana? Should lawyers' offices be bugged by the OAE? Should lawyers discuss mere allegations that are meant to be confidential in the courthouse cafeteria with a chuckle before any such allegation has been proven? How about when it turns out that the transcript on which those allegations are based has been altered with the knowledge of an OAE lawyer? Criminal obstruction of justice is unethical, right John? How about tampering with witnesses? Talk to me about your ethics, boys. Come on, let's hear all about it.

Stuart, did I wake you up? Who would alter a translation of what purports to be a secretly recorded conversation between an attorney and client, violating confidentiality, which was not admissable in legal proceedings? Why would you do such a thing? Do you speak to me of "ethics," John? Who should be disbarred, John? How about our friend "John" at the OAE? Should John McGill be disbarred? Did you explain to my relatives the price they would pay for spying secretly for you, John, for the rest of their lives? Terry? Diana? Did all three of you meet with my in-laws? I believe that such conduct is criminal. (Again: "Jennifer Velez is a "Dyke Magnet!'")

Go ahead, take a letter out of what I've written. I'll put it back in the sentence. It'll be like ping pong. We'll keep going back and forth, proving my point and piling more shit on New Jersey's high court. I've got my shovel. I hope you have yours. At this point, it's all good. Is this standard practice? Secret crimes committed by agents of American "Supreme" courts that can be denied publicly? Or is that only New Jersey's practice? Does New Jersey target, politically selected attorneys, for professional destruction? What did Senator Bob know and when did he know it? ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

A question mark was removed from one of the titles above, probably by one of Debbie's "pussycats." Shouldn't a person who writes and files a grievance against an attorney actually speak and read the language in which he allegedly "wrote" this document that is to be evaluated by persons who secretly wrote it for him in the first place? Does it comport with the OAE's notions of due process to have their agents, unilaterally, alter transcripts with the consent of a decision-maker who is paid by the same agency -- the OAE -- employing one of the parties to so-called "litigation"? Should the "judge" and one litigant in a case be paid by the same state agency? Did you pretend to be a "judge," John? Inquiring minds want to know.

How many other victims are there, Terry? Again: who was paying you and for what services? Whose interests were you really serving? Your own? Were witnesses paid off or threatened to utter lies against me? Why did you, Terry, not act on the knowledge of Diana's sexual contacts with an impaired and suffering woman, severely and further damaged by those contacts? You knew of those contacts because I told you of them. Why did you not listen to me? Are ex-parte meetings by one side with an arbiter (paid by the same employer) and unilateral alterations of transcripts permissible in New Jersey administrative hearings? John? Whatta-ya say about my "ethics," boys? Are you going to instruct me about philosophy or law, John? Do you really believe that the Constitution of the United States of America, in your words, "does not apply" to N.J. administrative proceedings, John?

Any tribunal worthy of the name -- aware of criminal violations of the U.S. Constitution's guarantees to which I and so many others have been and are subjected -- should act, forthwith and sua sponte to take remedial and meliorative action to halt the on-going tortures and injustices, censorship, destruction of written work, and cover-ups. Limitations of actions are equitable doctrines having no application to instances of criminal fraud or worse. Have your law clerks look up sua sponte. Perhaps Mr. Rabner will need to borrow some testicular fortitude from judges in another jurisdiction. Don't tell me that Rabner still "demurs"? Are you afraid of the mafia, Stuart? Call the FBI. Do you speak to me of cowardice, "gentlemen"? Do any one of you have the balls to face me? Tell your friends in law and police work, both in the U.S. and globally, about this disgusting spectacle of criminality among America's judges and lawyers in New Jersey?

Report these crimes -- including obstructions of your access to these writings through abuse of government power -- to local law enforcement in your area. These are your tax dollars at work. (One more "error" inserted and corrected.)

How you doing, Anne? Got your shopping done at the "Xanadu" mall? I wonder whether those two, Stuart and Anne, visited "The Philosophy Cafe" at MSN? I am available for further debate any time, boys and girls. Did I kick your asses in debate? Are you two among my philosophical interlocutors? Would either of you two "legal eagles" be a party to the commission of cybercrimes? And cover-ups? "Chief Justice" of the New Jersey Supreme Court? "Attorney General" of New Jersey? What do these titles mean to these people? Anything? Nothing? Do Stuart and Anne wear price tags? Do either of you plan to lecture me about Hume, Wittgenstein, or Kant? How about "ethics"? You want to borrow some of my ethics, Stuart? Looks like you can use some ethics.

Attorneys -- even more so a Chief Justice and Attorney General! -- aware of CRIMES, like rape and theft, are obligated to bring those crimes to the attention of the authorities, aren't they? Furthermore, no attorney can participate in a criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights, isn't that so? Hey, why don't you insert some "errors" now?

New Jersey's high court responds with ... silence, greed, indifference and daily betrayals of the justices' oaths as state Supreme Court "judges" along with all semblance of legitimacy for New Jersey's shit-stained tribunals and their vomit-stained decisions. Perhaps hackers will seek to delete letters from this essay, again, or affect the spacing between paragraphs. In fact, they already have defaced my work today. Get some weed for "Justice" Wallace. ("America's Holocaust," and again: "What is it like to be tortured?")

New "errors" inserted and corrected. February 11, 2008 at 9:59 A.M. The struggle continues March 6, 2008 at 12:26 P.M. More "errors" and corrections. March 11, 2008 at 1:15 P.M. New "errors" and corrections. August 17, 2008 at 12:43 P.M. and April 4, 2009 at 11:21 A.M. Keep it coming, boys. Yes! Once more with gusto: November 1, 2010 at 11:05 A.M. "Errors" inserted as Mr. Zisa faces new charges, again.

July 8, 2009 at 2:24 P.M. an essay posted earlier today was defaced by N.J. hackers. Judge Tolentino? Is Luisa (Tolentino's former law clerk) part of the lesbian love-fest who was intimate with her judge? Did Ms. Luisa misrepresent herself as "Judge Tolentino" to my former clients? Lupe, did you get into these scams? I wonder whether any of these persons can explain the insertions of "errors" in my writings? "Ladies?" How many of you women were partying with New Jersey's lesbian judges? Mary Anne Kricko?

Censorship, violence, threats and frame-ups are typical responses to criticisms from persons entrusted with enforcing the U.S. Constitution, along with attempts to alter and destroy written work that is protected by copyright laws and the U.S. Constitution. (This last sentence was also altered since my previous reading of this essay earlier this morning.) Again: How do you live with yourselves or call yourselves "justices" in New Jersey's shit-covered high court? Ethics? How about hackers destroying manuscript files at my home computer to prevent me from writing? I will write my book with my own shit on the walls of your court house, metaphorically speaking, since that court is already covered in shit. Christopher Christie stated:

"... 'It's been six years doing this job, and I thought I could no longer be surprised by a combination of brazenness, arrogance and stupidity, 'but the people elected in this state [by names on gravestones?] continue to defy description.' ... "

Yep, Mr. Christie's right: "... corruption is a disease in New Jersey." Wait till you see what most judges are like in that horrible state legal system. This has nothing to do with party affiliation. One of those arrested was a Republican. Democrats have enjoyed one party rule in New Jersey for too long, which is unhealthy for any democratic system. Tragically, New Jersey's Syndicate is influential in both parties. Latinos were well represented in this little shin-dig in the form of Mayor Samuel Rivera of Passaic. Anthony Suarez, Esq.? This isn't ethnic, it's greed-based. Right, Senator Bob? (See "Mafia Influence in New Jersey's Legal System" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

Xanadu? Where are those 2 BILLION guacamoles that belong to the taxpayers? Has anybody seen the "nearly completed" Xanadu mall? Last time I checked, there ain't nothing there! Senator Bob says: "On the one hand, but then on the other hand ..." You people make me sick. And you're judging my ethics? You must be joking. How strange? I have just discovered an "error" not found in my previously printed version of this essay.

The most honest people in New Jersey politics happen to be African-Americans (I'm excluding you, John, or anyone employed by the OAE) because: 1) African-Americans were kept out of real power in the state for so long that arrival, to some extent, has been with great caution; and 2) African-Americans receive a hell of a lot more scrutiny than anybody else -- especially if they are brave enough to risk their lives by getting on the Parkway or Tunrpike when there are state police officers around. A Corey Booker Governorship would take gradual steps to increase real ethics enforcement, appoint a qualified and diverse judiciary, and bring money back to a jurisdiction that looks like Capone's Chicago to investors heading for the hills when they see Turnpike signs. I don't blame them. ("Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" and "How to Execute the Innocent in New Jersey.")

Efforts must be made to redress some heinous injustices that stain the institutions of New Jersey and will continue to do so until something is done to balance the scales of justice. Attacking my writings, illegally, is not a solution. Your bullshit about me is not working, boys. I am not a thief and you know it. You have to come up with better lies against me. Feel free to post whatever bullshit you like about me, John. I will be in your faces for the rest of my life. Any threats today? I will continue to urinate down your throats for many years to come pumped up by each inserted "error" in my writings.

"TRENTON, Sept 6 -- In the ethically murky realm of New Jersey politics, where it is common practice for state lawmakers to collect multiple government paychecks, Assemblymen Alfred E. Steele and Mims Hackett Jr. are known as minor players who have refined their skills at working the system to find job opportunities for themselves and their relatives."

It becomes very clear that former Newark mayor, Sharpe James, should not be used as a token or sacrificial lamb by the New Jersey political establishment and mob (which is the same entity) because his offenses are minute and pale compared to the routine criminality and incompetence in New Jersey government. Codey, Roberts, and any backstage Svengali or as the New York Times described him "power-broker" (GEORGE E. NORCROSS, III) should also get some scrutiny. I have a feeling we'll find many of these people have "visited" my sites. I also have a feeling that we're going to find out, very soon, just who's been eating my porridge. I bet some commentators at "The Philosophy Cafe" will love having their own statements read back to them. A lot of political careers will probably be ended on the spot if people do that PUBLIC reading. I plan to do exactly that. Incidentally, copies of the exchanges at that Internet site may surface soon. Should American public officials express Nazi opinions?

"Under pressure by Gov. Jon S. Corzine and other Democratic leaders in New Jersey, two assemblymen, the highest ranking of 11 current or former public officials charged with taking bribes in a federal sting investigation, signaled yesterday that they would resign from the Legislature tomorrow."

Anthony Suarez, Esq. is not resigning and he wants to keep the $10,000 in cash. Badda-bing, badda-boom. Suarez got away with it. ("Anthony Suarez Goes On Trial" and Suarez Gets a Walk!")

Where is New Jersey's attorney general? What is Anne Milgram doing about the cancer that is devouring New Jersey law enforcement, politics and law? Nothing. Ms. Milgram is in way over her head. Paula Dow? I have posted evidence of what appear to be New Jersey government computers being used to commit cybercrimes, allegedly, cyberstalking, harassment, infliction of MORE emotional distress and interference with economic advantage, slanders and destruction of legally-protected creative work. I have raised the issue of a conspiracy to violate civil rights (which is criminal) and of another conspiracy to cover up such violations (which is also criminal), together with many other crimes and far worse over years. (Oh, a new "error" since my last visit!) All of this takes place, publicly, every day. Nothing happens. Take a look at your ethics rules, John, see what it says about OAE officials participating in a criminal conspiracy. I bet that's a no-no.

Everything I have said about New Jersey is a dozen roses compared to what was said about me to others. How do you like it? Think of this communication as a form of behaviorist conditioning aimed at "nudging" the N.J. system in the right direction. "It is all for your own good." I have requested, also publicly -- so the requests won't "disappear" -- any and all reports, notes, videos or recordings of any kind ever prepared by Tuchin and/or Riccioli, or others on their behalf, filed with New Jersey's Supreme Court or government, or elsewhere, of which I am a subject or even mentioned or relevant since 1988. Nothing happens. Forgot, fellas?

I am legally entitled to all such medical records and discovery from the OAE, including all files denied to me, unconstitutionally, and all communications between that office and its torturers, including material known to be helpful and exculpatory, i.e., all of Tuchin's files. No speak English, boys? You are not cooperating? All information pertaining to NJ government agents or the "participation of OAE friends" in the destruction of The Philosophy Cafe at MSN is also sought. Any and all information concerning Internet monitoring or interference, or contacts, of any kind and in any manner, with me or my family members, or with my on-line writings on the part of New Jersey government employees, lawyers, or legal officials is also sought, together with all evidence in the possession of N.J. pertaining to cybercrimes or harassment aimed at my sites, myself, or my family members which is also requested in addition to any information concerning illegal monitoring of phone conversations AFTER my departure from the state of New Jersey. Have I been followed by agents of any New Jersey governmental entities even as I reside in New York? Who has accessed my e-mail at MSN, or yahoo, or home site?

Who was behind the successful effort to destroy "The Philosophy Cafe" at MSN? I was no longer a member of the bar, allegedly, why the interest in my writings? Why would New Jersey's powers-that-be not want my writings read by the people of the Garden State or the world? Is MSN "closed"? You think that it's a good idea to have N.J. government agents deciding on whose writings and opinions will be permitted in America or the world? Is there a connection between Lulu and N.J.? You want lawyers and other whores of a corrupt system like New Jersey's caudillo evaluating philosophical essays to decide who gets to post writings on line and who doesn't? Most of them are not capable of understanding a complex philosophical or legal argument. I don't want and won't accept censorship from the brain-dead likes of "Jaynee" and "Debbie," or their "chums." I will not be silenced by anyone. This has nothing to do with whether they, Jaynee and/or Debbie, are "Dykes" or "friendly" with Diana. Maybe they're just switch-hitters? Any more letters you want to remove from words today, boys and girls? Were your feelings hurt because I kicked the shit out of you in debates, boys and girls? Hey, it's all relative.

"Laws grind the poor, and rich men rule the law."

Attempts to revise other posts in this blog have been obstructed today, but I will continue to struggle against hackers.

New Jersey is a place with a tradition of political and legal corruption which has, sadly, become an international joke any time the words "democracy," "free elections" or "rule of law" are mentioned. Scott Turow territory is a paradise of legality and ethical behavior by comparison.

The most recent gubernatorial contest exposed, yet again, the open sewer running under the New Jersey political and legal system by revealing the secret power-structure of that state. Each of the candidates, allegedly, resorted to vicious insults of the other.

Republican Doug Forrester stated that the Democrats "planted" false stories about him in the media, which would not surprise me. Let me guess, "anonymous stories"? The same pattern emerged during the recent budget crisis. It also seems to explain the difficulties experienced by Mayor Healy and Attorney General Zulima Farber, both of whom have drawn unusual media attention, after bizarre recent incidents.

Defacements and alterations of these essays will be constant; corrections will also be constant. This helps to prove my point, which the Trenton morons probably haven't figured out yet.

Each political party (and others?), allegedly, has "friends" in the so-called "independent" media, who are used to slander the other party's candidate or anyone they wish to target for harassment or destruction. Maybe journalists are paid to plant things in their stories. Candidates are usually forced to respond without knowing exactly who is responsible for the slurs. Bribes may include the sexual favors of coerced women, sometimes very young women -- right, Neil M. Cohen, Esq.?

For example, the goal for the political club house boys (who usually run the "attack machines") is to smear Forrester with accusations that he has had an amorous "affair." The things said about Mr. Healy, based on unidentified or "anonymous" witnesses, were vicious. Ms. Farber -- and even a friend of hers, who is not involved in politics -- were subjected to a surprising amount of unfavorable publicity because of a traffic stop that did not result in the issuance of a single summons.

My suggestion to Mr. Forrester and Mr. Corzine, or to any future candidates -- Governor Corzine (personally) probably had nothing to do with these slanders of his rival -- is that they "consider the source" any time one of these insults is "put out there." And they will be. The usual method for coping with critics of "politics as usual" in the vicinity of the Turnpike is to "arrange" for charges of some kind to be brought against such a critic or to conduct a behind-the-back slander campaign against him or her (everything is "behind-the-back" in the Garden State), all of which is meant to cause financial or other harm to that person, and to his or her loved-ones.

If you can get someone arrested on some trumped up charge in New Jersey, then it is easy, allegedly, to arrange for that person to be assaulted or assassinated in prison. Terry Tuchin? A class action suit alleges, among other horrors, the use of vicious dogs "as part of a nightmarish form of psychological torture" in New Jersey. See Nina Bernstein, "9/11 Detainees Describe Abuse Involving Dogs," The New York Times, April 3, 2006, at pp. B1-B2 (concerning the Passaic County jail). The Hudson and Essex County jails are probably worse. A legal system where results are obtained through torture, purchased and/or arranged before any evidence is heard in a courtroom is no longer a legal system, but something much more ugly. I think such a legal system is unethical. Don't you? Where's the OAE?

Organized crime is a player in New Jersey politics and law, as recent convictions attest. 200 convictions so far and more are on the way. These efforts to destroy or intimidate critics are usually successful, though not always. For some reason, I can relate to this. Hey, Diana are all of your friends in the "family" (to use your word) or is it only you?

Organized crime and/or political "machines" have a lot of influence in the selection of judges, or other appointed officials, who will remain indebted to these "behind-the-scenes" operatives who get them the jobs that they want. So part of the fun in the legal system is to figure out exactly who is really running things behind the scenes. The hoods in machine politics in New Jersey have recently gone high tech, developing methods designed to silence Internet critics.

I wonder why I seem to have so many problems with viruses and spyware? The spacing between paragraphs has been affected in a number of these posts, images are often blocked and I experience difficulties in gaining access to the blog at times or in receiving my e-mails, probably because of spyware. I bet that's just a coincidence.

I am always hopeful that some feisty individualists will continue to find ways to express dissent and criticisms of the strong arm tactics, cronyism, and theft that has become New Jersey's "politics as usual." (see "Da Jersey Code" and "Same Old, Same Old.") The opinions of the low-life, scum-buckets wielding power behind the scenes in such places must never deter us from speaking our minds freely or living our lives with heads held high. Stuart Rabner? Anne Milgram?

After opposing "development in Bergen County [and helping] to halt plans for a multimilliondollar housing complex," Charles Mysak was disbarred. "There's so many dirty rats in New Jersey -- and I'm the [person] they come after?" Jennifer Medina, "A Sidewalk Bookseller With a Keen Ear for Outrage," in The New York Times, December 27, 2005, at p. B3. Some of the dirty rats are now in serious trouble, since it looks like the feds are getting ready to move in for a while. My guess is that more trouble is on the way for the pols from New Jersey. I have a feeling that even their friends in the newspapers will run away from them.

I wonder if Ms. Medina knows Manohla Dargis? Or Senator Bob? I am not surprised by Mr. Mysak's experiences. Much worse horror stories abound, seemingly without effect on the culture of corruption and favor-mongerring in a New Jersey legal system devoured by the cancers of corruption and secret deal-making. See Tina Kelley, "Study Finds University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Overused No-Bid Contracts," in The New York Times, January 11, 2006, at p. B3.

The wisdom in New Jersey legal circles runs something like this: if you don't have the facts, argue the law; if you don't have the law, argue the facts; and if you don't have either one, call a corrupt politician (redundancy?), after making a campaign or just any "contribution," of course. ("Senator Bob Loves Xanadu?")

Politicians make sure to appoint law enforcement and other legal officials, like judges and justices, from among their own ranks. There is little grounds for hoping that things will get better any time soon. Recent appointments to a State Ethics panel included a former New Jersey Attorney General criticized by U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie for, allegedly, failing to act on a corruption probe with "due diligence." (See "Same Old, Same Old.")

It seems to me that, if one is going to be accused of having an affair, one should at least be in a position to recall, fondly, some pleasant weekends in Las Vegas or the Bahamas. Nothing is worse than accusations of sexual impropriety when one has only been going to the Knicks games or (worse) to the public library. This is a good time to insert your errors, boys.

Most of the political operatives or "hacks" in New Jersey are the sort of "guys" whose knuckles graze the ground as they walk. Many of them are lawyers. They are "appointed" to positions of importance and real power by their fellow goons, so as to judge other people, only after they have helped to elect the goons to office. Meanwhile, everybody's property taxes are going up and public services are suffering. Yet there are plenty of expensive portraits of judges for all of us to admire from a suitable distance. Still smoking weed, Justice Wallace? Jaynee?

New Jersey is the sort of place, allegedly, where people show up with paper bags filled with cash in order to get "legal" permits of one kind or another. So long as they have the right friends, nothing will happen. By reputation, the state court system and government agencies offer little possibility or hope of achieving justice, since they are also products of that tainted political system. As they say, in Jersey City ... "What else is new?"

I wish any New Jersey public official responsible for law enforcement not to look away from the reality of crimes -- like torture and theft, or conspiracies to violate civil rights by torturing people in their homes -- even if the victims are not politically influencial and the victimizers are "connected" (politically and in other ways), or are otherwise powerful. Any more computer troubles today?

Have the decency to tell the truth to the victims of such secret tortures. It is bad enough that officials are corrupt, but there are so many of them in the Garden State that it is difficult to tell which corrupt official has to be bribed in order to get something done. It may be time to simply write off that state, in its entirety, as beyond repair.

I suppose that what I find most puzzling about the realities of that terrible place is not the spectacle of human greed, malice and hypocrisy masquerading as the opposite. After all, "hypocrisy is the tribute that vice pays to virtue," in the words of Oscar Wilde. What is really shocking is that someone can sit in judgment of others and be aware of, or complicit in, heinous and despicable actions, without pangs of conscience, in order to further a career or to get along with the powers that be, while becoming increasingly unaware of his or her own moral confusion, projecting guilt and disaproval towards others, while deviating energies into, say, an obsessive concern with rules combined with disdain for moral consequences. There are lots of physicians in New Jersey who should heal themselves. (You getting this, Terry Tuchin?)

If you know that a person's rights are being violated in New Jersey, that persons are being tortured or otherwise abused, anywhere in the state, then please go to the FBI or to any appropriate FEDERAL agency, like the U.S. Attorney's Office. Tell the feds about it. 200 convictions for various forms of corruption have been obtained over the past several years. There will probably be more soon, lots more and very soon. For as long as I can keep this blog going, I will continue to say it. It is time for a change in New Jersey.

By contrast, New York's Mayoral campaign was tough, but conducted with a lot of class by a diligent, well-intentioned and committed challenger, Fernando Ferrer (Democrat), who lacks the big money but has a lot of heart, and a popular and highly competent incumbent, Mr. Blumberg (Republican). I like and respect both of them. Mr. Ferrer refused to indulge in negative ads at the end of his campaign in order to raise his numbers. I hope that he will remain in public life. Blumberg and Ferrer have provided a lesson -- by example -- for neighboring states. Sadly, this is a lesson that is lost on the lowlifes in Trenton.

Yes, democracy is a messy business, but to paraphrase Winston Churchill's famous line: "You got something better?"
